Heatless Overnight Beachy Waves/ Curls Tutorial | How To French Braid

Hi everyone welcome back to my channel, so in today's video, i'm gon na be showing you guys how to get this beachy wavy hair without using any heat. It is super easy to do and it gives you such beautiful waves, look at how the back looks. So let's get started so you do get this look by doing overnight. French braids, i'm just gon na, have my little sister do the two french braids for me, since she is very good at doing hairstyles and she loves it too. So why not ask her to do them for me? Okay, so you're gon na want your hair to be about, i would say 85 to 90 percent dry, so you do want it to be a little damp. So here i had showered and i waited a few minutes until it was almost dried. I never blow dry my hair, so i did let it air dry to start you're going to want to detangle and brush your hair. You can also add any hair product that you normally use, then you're gon na part, your hair down the middle you're gon na start, your first french braid by grabbing three small sections and begin a normal braid. Then you're gon na add little pieces of hair to each strand before crossing them over into the braid. It does sound a little difficult, but you just need practice. So all you're, pretty much doing, is adding more hair to the braid each time as you go along and make sure you pull as tight as you can to make it as neat as possible. But remember it doesn't need to be perfect and your braids don't have to be even - and you just continue this all the way down your head until you are able to do a normal braid, then you move on to the next side and again you want to Make sure your hair is detangled and just repeat the same exact process so start by grabbing three small sections and begin a normal braid, then start adding little pieces of hair to each strand before crossing them over into the braid and remember to pull as tight as You can to make them as knee as possible. These braids are actually pretty comfortable and they look cute as well. I had no trouble sleeping in them as they were very, very comfortable, so it is the next morning already. I ended up leaving them for about 9 hours total they might get a little messy overnight, but it doesn't affect the waves at all. So you want to undo them very gently so that your hair keeps its shape. You don't want to ruin the curls. I have pretty long hair, so it does take a little more time and this hairstyle is actually good for any hair types. I did speed up the video so that you don't get bored of watching me just undoing my braids and there we go. There goes half of our hair and oh my gosh, it looks so pretty. I suggest you don't brush them or do anything to them, because they will lose their shape and they are perfect the way they come out now. Moving on to the second braid, i feel like the longer you leave the braids, the wavier they'll be, and there we go. This is how it turned out you guys. I love it. I'Ve actually done this before, and i've got so many good compliments and a lot of people asked me if i got a perm, but it's all natural and heatless, which is very good. You can spray your hair with hairspray so that the curls can keep their shape when i add hairspray the curls actually last a whole day. This is a good way to curling your hair, but still keeping it protected. I really really love the results. Comment down below what you guys think of it and if you guys are gon na try this someday.
