Have you tried any hair wavers like this?? I've had mine for YEARS but they're becoming super popular now! I am using the Hot Tools hair waver in this step by step hair tutorial. There are a bunch of wavers on amazon that look great, I've only used this one but the hot tools one is kind of heavy so I might get this new one(linked below) and do another tutorial! What do you guys think?

Oh hey there welcome to holding here anymore, I'm Ashley, and today I'm going to talk to you about how to use this Hot Tools, hair crimper, to get a beautiful natural wave hair result. So this crimper actually gives you like a natural wave. Look like it actually looks like they're your hair's natural waves, which is really cool, so I'm gon na kind of show you guys how I do this step by step so that you can do this at home with your hair. So let's just get right into it. So first I'm going to section her hair, I'm going to start in the back. So my section the front out of the way on both sides and then I'm going to take about an inch and a half section in the back here to start with, and then I'm just going to pin the rest of it up and you want to do Sections with this tool, so I'm going to actually split this section in half and start with this side. First, so I'm going to start at the top. This bigger part is going to go on the bottom and then these two prongs are going to go on at the top. So I'm just going to go in and clamp it down, and you just tell me if it's too much and then you can kind of feel like we feel this here to where it gets hot you're going to open up move it down to where the last Wave is and then clamp it right there and then you're, just gon na hold that for a few seconds and then you're gon na open. It again move it down and clamp on the bottom, but the most important thing that you want to note when you're doing this is when you open it. You want to take this way up here and put it at the top and then clamp it down. So when I move the weight that's from here to the top one, and then we open no clamp, even if the hair sticks out, you still clean a bit there. It'S not a big deal. Okay, so that this section is done. We'Re going to go in with another inch and a half section around the back of her head and then we're again gon na split this section in half and start over here and then coming over to this top section. I'M just going to split it in two. You want to hold it away from the head when you start coming from to the top section, hold it at a 90-degree angle, and then you can hold on to the tail. That'S not in the crimper that just helps to direct you to your next okay. So after you've finished going through a whole head of the cramper, you want to grab some oil, I've always loved to finish my oil. It just gives a nice shine, smooths everything out and then you can brush it out. This is going to be in her finished. Look, it almost gives that look like she slept in braids and she took them out in the morning. I love it, so this is it for this tutorial. You guys thank you for watching. AboveAverageBob: Glad I found this. My daughter wants me to help her and as a dad, I’m clueless but I’m also teachable!

rakeenan3: Thank you so much for posting this! No matter what I ever tried, my hair is stubbornly stick straight. Now I can FINALLY have wavy hair when I want to! This is so easy to do, and really doesn't take long! You've saved me from getting a dreaded 'boredom chop'!

James Murphy-Walsh: For more of a stylish look leave the top of the hair smooth. Concentrating on the mid lengths and ends. Also when you finish, you will want to you use an oil preferably Moroccan oil or argan oil. Put a pea sized amount on your hands rub them together to even out any excess and go ahead and use your fingers to work the oil through the waves and don’t be afraid to light brush the waves out so it opens up the style a bit !

Katie Musser: OMG THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS! I’ve wanted to crimp my hair forever but I’m not that hair savy - so thank you! Also, you did such an amazing job on this video

kelly811543: I’m glad I found this! Boyfriends mom wants me to do her hair tomorrow with a tripple barrel waver and I havent used one in 6 years! Lol

CAS Original: Picked up the Conair waver today. So glad I came across your video. My hair looks like it did back in the 80's but I put some hair oil in it and that tamed it down pretty good. I definitely want one with bigger barrels.

clarabow11: The best video I've found on waving hair, really explained it so well!! Thanks so much⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mackenzie Onyx: hey girl! super cute salon and I love ur outfit..the line between a laidback look and lazy can be super thin haha (I think I often miss the mark) but you totally nailed it. anyywho, great tutorial. you explain and pace urself well (as opposed to speeding thru it), the music wasn't over shadowing you, and ur camera person got all great shots! I've definitely subbed for ur future tutorials I can't believe the trick is to just place the iron where we previously left off duhh oh well, at least now I'll finally get the look down, thanks!!

Michelle Huber: Great tutorial! Thank you!

Jaimie Gallegos: What do I do so I don’t get a bump on the top portion that looks uneven from the other side ? I part my hair through the middle.

Amber McKinley: This is the best crimping hair tutorial I've seen!

BabyGirl1: Now I see the things I did wrong! Her hair looks Amazing and She’s Beautiful too!

GVZII: I was doing it backwards I was wondering why it wasn’t coming out how I wanted it to.

Taylor Walter: What oil did you use at the end to give her hair a shine? love this tutorial!

Rebecca Ashleigh Mayer: Does your hair have to be straightened before curling?

Brandi Ruble: New subscriber glad you did this need to know how

Lianathewolf Lover: Would this tool work with balayage? I’m getting the balayage done to my hair and I just got this tool so I was wondering if the two worked together?

Maya: Hi what size is that waver please?

Yazmin Farraj: I know you speed up the video but you should have taken more time with wave curler. Some sections were were wavy than other because you rushed through her hair then you missed the sections with the setting spray. Also you supposed to wait for heat waves to dry before you apply oil

Laura Nuñez: My bed head curler $20 ! Works well.

Aroosa Ismail: Which brand of barrel curling iron?

QueenMinks28 xD: I have a question ⁉️ can you achieve Hollywood waves with this tool?

Tiffany Appleby: Is that tool you’re using the same as the Hot Tools Deep Waver that everyone’s using now?

Chris Sloan: Any advise doing it on one’s self?

Kate 88: @wholyhair what spray are you using? Tysm

True Hope: What temperature should it be at?

ezgi: Fanksss i needed this so much!

Danielle Rhein: What tool is this ?

Whisky girl:

AAE recz: Thank u

April S: Way too much heat on the hair cute, but using that much heat on same parts will cause breakage.

Gelli Lacsa: What brand is the curling iron?

Smartypantzz: How am i suposed to do this on my head lol.

Chase Bennett: can u please do a slick ponytail or a hollywood curl video with a lot of hairspray? or a how you apply perfume if u use it?

Chase Bennett: I ask and some hairstylists do that for me

Ian Go: What is the brad of ur barrels???

Chase Bennett: a different way of shampooing and conditioning

Chase Bennett: or do a video of how you wold pour the shampoo on the hair then rinse the hair with the water spraying from far away like a waterfall if a client asked you to do it ?

Innocent Heart: Wow...

Sara Venti: Who did those highlights on her roots?

I Identify As A YouTuber Today: She put a can of hairspray next to a hot curling iron.....

MideaMusic: This is just bad... You are holding the device upside down and are meant to hold the device another way up, so that the hair gets more root volume.

Kyrie Danielle: she sounds like Miranda Sings

Whylie Cyote: So NOT a video on how to do that for yourself but for someone else. That looks completely ridiculous starting with how in hell does anyone do the back with hair that long? Unless they’re arms are as long as an Orangutan it’s literally impossible. And why I stopped watching.
