I will also tell you about some hair benefits of heat, deep conditioning treatments. I got this soft hair bonnet from amazon for less than 20 dollars, not bad right. It'S a hair, dryer attachment bonnet, meaning you attach it to your blow dryer when ready to dry your hair by the way love the name elegant. He sounds fancy right. I still want to get another one though in the future, but until then this soft hair bonnet, which i will be trying for the very first time ever today, we'll have to make do if it works. For 30 to 45 minutes, whereas with additional heat from a steamer hair dryer or this hair bonnet etc, you don't have to spend as much time deep conditioning 10 to 15 minutes is all that you need. Sometimes you could use this hair bonnet for hair conditioning treatment, which is what i'll be doing with it today. You could also use it for hair curling accessories, such as rollers clips flexi rods, curl formers. It also comes with a headband to protect your forehead ears and neck from the heat.
