I will definitely be going back to using colds here's the thing guys in 2021 and for most of 2022. I was exclusively finger detangling because my hair was going through a little phase. If you know my story about the pressure overload experience, you will be quite familiar with what I'm talking about. My hair is not as damaged as it was previously, so I think that I can know incorporate combs in my routine again, however, I will still be finger. Detangling, I posted a video on already Tango, my hair, and in that video I was finger detangling first and I proceeded with a comb, so that is exactly on my routine will be. If you have not seen that video, I will link it up here. So you'll be able to watch it. No, I could have continued to solely finger detangle guys, but my job back with finger detangling is: it does not fully get old. All my shed hairs and the thing about that is if shirt hair is continue to accumulate it. In your hair, after a while, your hair will be more frizzy, it will look untidy as if you weren't detangling at all comb is not the enemy. It'S all you use that can make it become the enemy. If you use it properly, you can still go along here healthier. You can still minimize breakage, while using alcohol I will be giving my hair regular breaks from protective styles guys. I'Ve just been wearing twists right through for about two years now and it's 2023 and I'm still wearing twists. I want to give my hair a break. It'S good to protective style. Protective styling helps you to manipulate your hair, less, which reduces the chances of your hair. Breaking but protective styling back to back for too long will not have a good effect on your hair. I will be sticking to a trimming schedule because not trimming your ends can cost you more later. The more you hold on to damage ends is the more they travel up along air here and then, when it's time to trim, you will have to trim off more than you planned to. I have never really talked to a schedule. I I've always just stream whenever I feel like it's necessary and the truth is guys. Sometimes I put it off because I'm just saying I'm going to trim anyway. So no rush like I don't. I don't have to rush, but the thing with that is putting it off over and over is going to cost you in the long run. So I want to be serious about sticking to our schedule and doing it when it needs to be done. I will not believe in conditioners on my hair for more than five to ten minutes, and that is because I think that it's totally unnecessary to believe the conditioners on your hair for more than five to ten minutes. After that time, I think the conditioner would have done all that it was supposed to do so. Why keep it for longer on your hair? That is exactly how I ended up with moisture overload, because I was sleeping in my conditioners overnight and it just sat on my hair kept my hair wet that led to my hair, being damaged conditioners, have instructions so if it says five minutes on the jar or The bottle it's best to just keep it on for that time and then wash it off, no need to keep it for half day or a full day, because anytime, after what is instructed, obviously we'll have some consequences. I will not be sticking to our wash Day schedule. That sounds wrong right. What I will be doing this year is, I will be listening to my scalp. So if my scalp is telling me that it needs to be cleaned, I will clean it, but if my scalp is okay after a month or even two months, I will not be washing yes guys. You you're, maybe saying, oh my God, that's so nasty blah blah blah, but each time you wash your hair, you are stripping your hair off moisture the natural oils that your scalp produce, the oils that you put on your scalp and that leaves the hair dry and Susceptible to breakage and damage so the longer I can go without washing my hair and allowing my scalp to stay moisturized. I know that that will give my hair more protection against breakage and in the long term. My hair will benefit from that, because I will be able to retain more length. I will be able to retain my thickness and the truth is wash days are just too stressful. I will admit that guys, wash days are not my most alike days, so I am in no rush to wash my hair. If it doesn't necessarily needs to be washed, I will not be wearing my satin Bonnet right through the day when I'm at home. I will be taking that thing off my head and giving my hair some fresh air and some sunlight. What I've noticed is when I keep my satin Bandit on throughout the entire day, it causes flaking around the perimeters of my hair or my edges. It is being trapped under there and you know the products, the moisture everything is just trap. Your hair needs to be free, so it can get fresh air and be able to breathe.
