In my opinion, it helps with feeling if you completely saturated the hair or not, and with fashion colours, that's a big deal. impossichannel: Here's a fun fact: my hair is always relatively long- at least shoulder length or longer- so after my first blue hair at the top disaster, I decided I'll always be pink on top (my favorite color) and put the other colors further down on my hair so I know that they'll be able to either be cut off or I'll just work with whatever it has faded out to. I literally ruined my hair by trying to remove blue on top (at a SALON.... it was a whole ass disaster). Of course this isn't helpful for you because you have very cute short hair that really suits you! ❤️ I'm rooting for ya!

ro-hoe •3•: Using gloves to dye your own hair is an inconvenience, it's hard to know what you are doing when you can't see well or feel well, bleaching you have to use gloves because chemical burn but dying hair is different, it's just easier. Plus it's fun to see how messy your hands get after

Cold showers are good for right after exercising, since they help decrease the inflamation in your muscles. Cold showers are also better for your skin and hair, as hot water opens the pores, which can leave you open to getting bacteria in them and acne, and frying your hair. If you really want best of both worlds, I personally take a warm/hot bath soak, and finish with a cool/cold shower.
