3 Things To Lk For In A Pixie Cut! Plus A Try On Show With 5 Wigs!

Hello friends: this is Barbara from wigs and fluff. Now today I want to talk to you about what to look for when you're. Looking for a pixie. What kinds of things do you want to look for in a pixie wig, and I have a list of some that are kind of important to me. One of the first ones is the nape of the neck and how long it is in the back, so it can cover my natural hairline. That'S real important to me because I have a low hairline, and so I like a one and three quarter inch at least nape and different hairstyles will have different names. Now not all of the wigs give you the measurements now they're, just starting to do that and they've got a lot of them that do give you the measurements, but not all. This is the new wig. This is the Betsy. This is a preview for you of the Betsy, I'm going to be doing a full review later on, but you can see it's a pixie. It'S a really pretty one. You can see what that pretty cut looks like you can see the nape of the neck. It barely covers my bio hair, barely covers my bio here, and you can almost see it in the bottom there. So I would have to even either shave my bio hair back there, which I don't want to do or pin it up with a bobby pin, which I have done or use tape underneath the wig. I could use that. So this is the Betsy. This is uh in Golden Lights by Paula, Young there's, Paula Young tag, you turn it around and you can see it's golden lights or color. Sf, 613, 14., now I'll get into the Betsy in greater depth on another video. But this is just to show you. It'S a short little pixie style haircut. It'S made to go to the side like that. It barely covers the nape of the neck. So that's a real problem for me, but I like this hairstyle, really dude. This is the keeper for me. I think it's a really cute hairstyle on me. That'S my opinion. Okay, the next thing - that's real important to me outside the hairline is the crown I really like it to be three to four and a half inches. It makes for a cuter profile when you turn to the side acute it profile see. This is the longer one. I don't know what the measurements are on the Betsy, because this is one that they just don't tell you um, but I think it's long enough. It looks like it's way longer than three: it looks like it's in that range of three to four and a half inches. It just makes for a cuter profile and it looks better and then lastly, I, like The Fringe or the bangs to hang down like that. You know I love bangs and Fringe, so I like it just swept across like that. I like it like that and you can fluff it up and make it even higher. You have to work with this little wig a bit. It comes pretty flat, but once you shake it out, you comb it real good. I sprayed it with a little sea salt spray and I've used some hairspray on it. It does appear to have a bit of a shine, so I may use some. What is it? The the dry shampoo, my dry, shampoo - I may use some of that on it - to get rid of the shine on this little wig. Okay. So I'm going to take this one off. This was the new one. I'M going to put that one over here with its tag, so I'm not going to lose it and then the next one I'm going to put on is the Acclaim, and this is right like this. This is a wig that is really put it on and go um. It'S in ginger mist. You can mess with it a little bit, but it's pretty much. Okay, put it on and go wig. This is a comfortable wig, I have to say it is pretty comfortable and this is in ginger Mist. It'S a kind of a red, color, Ginger mist, and I really like this one. I think it's pretty um show you turn around. Let you look at. It'S got a pretty back, I love the acclaims, so that looks really really really pretty, but my bio hair is falling out again. Every time I take one on and off it falls out again, so I either have to shave it or pin it up again. So the measurements on this one is the front, is four inches front, is four inches uh. The crown is three and three quarter inches. The sides are two inches and the back is two and a half inches. That back is two and a half, and the nape is two inches, so I like that nape, it's a longer one. It feels longer than the Betsy. You see how that comes down longer. It feels better on me. I like a longer nape because of my hairline. So this is the Acclaim in the color Ginger Mist it's a kind of a red, and I really like it all right. Let me take that one off. This is the sparkle wig, it's a little bit even longer, but it's still considered a pixie um. This is in buttered toast, and this is by Raquel Welch. This is a Raquel, Welsh, Sparkle wig. I really love the sparkle wig. I think it is the cutest thing ever. I really like it um the front and Crown are four inches. So it's nice and long on the front. I really like that so that you can do different things with it. The sides are three inches on this one. The sides are three inches. The back is two and a half inches. Look at that pretty pretty back. The back is two and a half inches. My bio hair keeps sticking out because I'm putting things on and off so that doesn't help two and a half inches on the back and the nape is one and a half inches, but it comes down pretty long. This would cover my bio hair. You can see it right there um if I wasn't taking wigs on and off so this one would be fine. It'S got at least a one and a half inch nape. So that's good! For me, this is the sparkle Wig by Raquel, Welch and butter. Toast turn around and let you see the back look how pretty that is. I really like this one. This one would be considered a pixie. I think, because it is very, very short in the back. So, okay, that's the sparkle Wig by Raquel Welch in buttered, toast and take this one off and the next one is the gala by Eva Gabor, and this one is in wheat, mist, wheat Mist. This is the gala nice little asymmetric, pixie cut it down there right. I'M thinking that looks pretty good okay, so this is the gala. The front is four and a half inches on this Gala uh. The crown is five five and a half inches. The sides are three and three quarters inches on the gala and the back is going to be three inches. The back is three inches right there and the nape is one and a half inches. You can see how short that comes down, so this would be considered a pixie, although it's asymmetrical, it comes down on this side. I'Ve done a review on these before, except for the Betsy. I was looking to see make sure I get that color right. It is, then, it is wheat Mist very, very pretty. I like this one, a lot: okay, the next one, the last one is the page Turner. I'M going to take this one off and I'm going to go to my page Turner, and this is in Buttered Biscuit the page Turner in Buttered. Biscuit noise have to work with the wig once you put it on it takes a minute. Sometimes it takes more than a minute with some wigs. It does take more than a minute with some wigs all right. You can see that by taking them on and off, sometimes your bio hair gets messed up and it's not as neat under there as it needs to be there. We get my ear tabs there all right so now you can see how it works. How this one looks this one's a cutie? It really is, this is the Paige Turner in Buttered Biscuit, and this is by Eva Gabor. Now the front on this wig is two and three quarters inches. This is a nice long front. I like that. The crown is four inches uh. The sides are each one and three quarters inches. I really like this wig, it's so cute uh. The back is two and three quarters inches. Let me turn around and show you look at that pretty profile see. That makes a pretty profile, and this is the back. It says two and three quarters inches and the nape of the neck is one and three quarters inches. So this one comes down a little bit more than some of the others. So, like I said at the beginning, I like that nape to be at least one and three quarters inches, and this one comes down enough. Some of the others are like one and a half which was sort of okay, but my bio hair will stick out. I, like the crown on most of them to be three and a half to four inches and I pray. I think that they all met that criteria and uh The Fringe or the bang should be at least three inches. This one comes down and below my eyebrows, but it doesn't get in my eyes. It'S really really cute. I like wearing it. This way it's got uh poofy bangs, which I like, and it comes down nicely. This is a really pretty one. I really like this one too, so those are the five pixie cuts in what you should look for in a pixie. Now I want to talk to you about something else. I want to talk to you about prayer. Are you in need of prayer right now? We all need prayer from time to time prayer engages God. It enables God's people and it enlarges the kingdom without me, you can do nothing, that's what Jesus says in the Bible. We need God. We need him in every situation that we face once you have prayed, then you're ready to face the world in any situation. But until you pray you can do nothing you're going to fail. It'S going to be a disaster more than likely um, but once we do pray then we can do anything just about anything. So let me pray for you now, dear Lord, in heaven I pray for all the people, all my friends out there on YouTube who are having issues right now. I pray that you would just be with them and around them and through them, and that you would just lift them up and give them a happy competence today. Countenance today and I pray Lord - that you would solve every issue and problem they're facing. I pray that you would give them Grace to see them through to see them through it in Jesus name.
