Hi everybody Rochelle here - and this is my client, Jessica, hello and one of our amazing models. So you have questions about your Kelly. We are both wearing Kelly, I'm wearing it in Champagne, Jessica's wearing it in chocolate, Frost, r with roots. So give me your question because we've just trimmed a little bang and um ask away okay, so I like um, I like little bang, but I like it to kind of be on the diagonal. Okay, it's out of my eyes but kind of looks like it's sloping down towards my ear got it, but I don't know how to make it stay because it's the perfect length, but I want it slanted. So how do I make it stay? Slanted? Okay, great question! So, first of all, this looks just fantastic on you, so a new wig. It doesn't have any memory, but our wigs have what we call memory curl and that's the benefit when you wash them and condition them with our products they're going to dry. The way you bought it, so my Kelly's always going to look like this. Yours is always going to look like that so right now it has no memory. It doesn't know what you want. So if you want these bangs to start sloping, you can do a few things you can take it and just actually, I would use my teasing brush or a rat tail comb and just connect these hairs with these hairs over here, and that will start to do It, but what will hold it is our keep it there Hairspray. So I would even I'm not a big believer in spritzing a whole bunch, a lot of you, you're spritzing, your hair, because you're afraid it's going to move or it's thin or whatever. But to me I like to keep the wigs looking as great as long as possible, the less I do to them the better. So I'm just going to put whoop a little Spritz and I'm just gon na touch it right there and then get my hands off of it and the hairspray I'm going to put a touch more. The hairspray will, as it dries so right now. It'S wanting to just stick there that's going to help it as it dries. It won't be as stuck right there, but it's training that bang to stay here awesome, so I just would prefer to use just a little bit or if I have some loose hairs. They'Re jumping around - I just touch it with this spray. I put on my fingers and just look at that little hair down, and I love this also I'll, keep it there low alcohol, Hairspray um for my own hair too, oh nice, yes, so I'll definitely use it. I love it because it has less alcohol, so it's not as dry and we want to keep every hair we have so that's your best way the thing about low alcohol, hair spray and why we love. It is also the reason that once you've spritzed it spritzed it on it's damp, don't touch it until it's dry. Okay, because you'll take that hold right off. It'S the extra water content. It needs a little longer so I'll even fan it with a mirror or do whatever or just leave it alone and then, as you do, that it will just start to have a memory about that cool yeah. So a little tease a little Spritz. Okay, any other questions right now, um, I don't I don't think so. Okay, so that's I'm gon na suggest as a new wave aware if your new wig wears please commit one or two brushes just to your wigs and not to use your own hair brush on our wigs, because your own hair brush has your hairs and dirts and Oils and all that kind of stuff, and so you'll keep your wigs cleaner longer, if you're, only using them on your wigs, okay and another quick little tip. You know those of us that wear makeup, not everybody does. Although are you aware I wore makeup today beautiful. Thank you, high fun, love, it love it honey and I'm not saying you have to but um. If you're wearing makeup, We Touch our face, it's oily, it gets greasy from makeup and then we touch our wigs. It'S like no, so wash your hands. Do your hair. However, and then get used to keeping your hands off your wigs, okay, that's good to like keep your hands out of your face, anyways right, especially on a long wig. If you all of a sudden have a long wig like you, you want to keep touching it and some clients will come into our store and say. What'S up with this. I have two stringy pieces of hair here and we know exactly because we are detectives about wigs and we'll say: hmm you're, loving that wig and you're touching it constantly. Is that true, yeah how'd, you know? Well, we can tell because the wig tells us what you're doing to your wig the wig tells on you anyway. So that's another good tip for a newbie. Okay, that's great all right! So thank you so much for watching thanks Jessica thanks! So much bye,

Sandi Anderson: Another great video! I love binge watching your videos over and over in preparation of me getting my first wig very soon. I have been looking at your site for about 2 years and think I am finally ready to take the plunge. I can hardly wait. I just have to decide which fabulous wig I want. It's a little scary....but I am very excited!

Piano Forte: Another great tutorial video. Thank you. I really enjoy learning from these! Jessica and Rochelle look great in Kelly. Both beautiful colors!

Can you do a video on how to make Perma-tease less noticeable on wigs, especially on hair pieces? I now own several of your wigs and hair pieces. I wear them daily. They are so beautiful. The Perma-tease is my only real challenge to work with.

Susan Pussilano: Love the shorter look on you Rochelle. Very Chic!
