Must Have Amazon Kinky Curly Ponytail! Style Inspo With 10+ Styles

All right, so, let's get into these ponytail styles, so i like to use this aussie prime and proper spray as a heat protectant, because what i'm doing is flat ironing my hair. So i just do the perimeter now i am leaving out a front part to do like some cute little styles with so i go ahead and separate that and then go ahead and separate the perimeter perimeter of my hair and just straighten that i don't straighten my Entire head, so here is the pony, the famous kinky curly pony from amazon. I love this thing. It has two combs in it and then it's a drawstring pony um. I'Ve had this thing for years like it can do so much and that's why i wanted to share this video with you guys, so you can see all the different ways to style this. So i'm going to start out by detangling my entire ponytail, because i'm going to change it from this kinky curly style to a more wavy style. So i'm going to go ahead and straighten the hair. This is going to help the waves look, nice and smooth and very much pretty so. The wafer that i'm going to use is this one by remington, it's on amazon i'll. Have this link below i'm going to put it on the heat setting of 410, which is the highest setting, and then i'm just going to go ahead and start to wave the hair? Now this has like this little locking um thing right here, so you can actually just go ahead and push it to lock. I like doing this because i don't have to hold the waiver the whole time just lock it in um. You know release when i'm ready to release it. That way, like my wrist, isn't hurting as much so i wanted to show a close-up of where to place the waiver, because when i first started it wasn't common knowledge for me and i kept messing it up. So if you can see, there's like three grooves, so one goes up one and then two go down so make sure you're placing it correctly. Here'S just from this angle, so you can see because it's kind of hard to explain just slow it down. If you need to - and you definitely want to straighten your hair beforehand - because this is what it would look like, if you don't straighten it so now, i'm going to just take off the pony, because i feel it'll be easier to just go in and pin it To my mannequin head and just go ahead and wave the hair that way since i'm having to detangle and then straighten and straighten it with a comb, also help to get it a little bit straighter, because the straighter, the better another thing to note, is when you're Waving the hair make sure you're not pulling it down because that can make the waves like elongated so just make sure you're holding it in place or like holding it up while you're waving it. So this is what the ponytail looks like once i was all done waving it, and so now i'm just going to go ahead and place it on. I put the combs in one at the top one at the bottom and this is how i look in a high ponytail style. So i didn't really like this. I wanted it to be a little bit shorter, because this is the 20 inch ponytail. So it's pretty long, but it's still a cute style. Now that i'm looking at it like, if i would have went ahead and crimped my you know my hair that i left out, i think it would have been really cute like in those styles. So there are some styles there, but this is me just working it, my natural hair down into a low ponytail, because i decided i'd rather it be a low ponytail style. Well, for this day, i wanted to do a little ponytail style, so just grab that drawstring and just wrap it around your ponytail and then you can just grab a bobby, pin and pin it in. I just like, tucked it into the ponytail and now just crimping or waving the sides of my hair. That'S left out, i don't know, i just love these little side pieces, but i'm going to use the gummy hair gel. This is also linked on amazon. I love this hair gel because it literally lasts all day. I also made sure to go ahead and smooth back this part of my hair as well, and then just flat on this front part as well as wave it to go ahead and match the back of the ponytail. And here are the final results you guys. So i freaking, i love this ponytail because it's so versatile, like it can literally be waved. It can be curled, it could be in its natural state of the kinky curly look, and it's just so pretty, and what you can do is grab some of the hair from the back and just kind of wrap it around the base. If it's showing and you want that to look a little bit more natural, but you guys yeah, this is so cute, like it literally looks like my natural hair um, i did notice that my natural hair is not the exact same color. My hair, i think, is like a different type of black um. So just keep that in mind um, it can be apparent, but uh yeah. You can just dye your hair or tie the ponytail to match. It'S really easy to die um. I do have a separate video on that and i'll link that in the below, as well, but here's some different styles that you can do with like the little front pieces hanging out. So you can, like i showed before just hanging off to the side. You can um literally like here what i'm doing is just kind of twisting it, and then i'm just going to put it off to the side, because i live in florida, so it gets really hot here. Um and the front pieces can start looking a mess. Very easy and quick, so if you want to just get that out the way and still have it look cute, you can just twist it up, put it off to the side or like the other styles. But here are some more styles. Um, like i said, kinky curly style boom bam easy here. You can actually put like some ponytail um holders like this and then put some jewelry on it and that's like a really cute style. This is just going to be a little bun in the back, so i just twisted it around and then like stuffed it inside and then pinned it, and so that's a like big bun and then here it's just like me having it like, really high up as The kinky curly style, so that's what that looks like and then the last one is just me, making it a little bit more curly and like pinning it up higher, so yeah just put some bobby pins and like it'll, make it look a little bit of a Higher ponytail so yeah, that's that and then here is how it would look.
