Slick Back Braided Ponytail| Ft. Outre Xpression Hair

Foreign ponytail, I have some extra hair that I had from last style. I have my wine curler. I have these flexi rods. This wax stick. Some edge control, freeze, spray, rubber bands, comb got ta, have that comb a blow dryer and some brushes and combs all right. Y'All, so I already blow dry my hair, as you guys can see. Yes, y'all, look at that hang time. That came a long way all right. So first I'm going to separate the front from the back section just so I can get it as slick as possible. I know it ain't straight, so don't talk about me all right, so I'm gon na use this wax stick and I'm using the cheese bomb wax stick to make sure it's flat as possible and go over it with my comb to make sure it's flat. So this part I wanted like some baby hair, like you know like some little strings in the back just so so I left those out, so I can curl them later I'll. Just continue to straighten it. Now I'm using the freeze spray to make sure it stays in that position, and you want to make sure you don't use this much because it'll get watery from them. I'M gon na go ahead and blow dry. It use a rubber band to put it in the ponytail. You want to put them in a ponytail each time, so you don't, you know, mix it up, and so it stays in that position as well all right. So now I'm trying to figure out how I want the part in the front. I wanted to do like like a middle and two sides. If you get what I'm saying like you'll see what I'm talking about, I can't really explain The Parting all right, so you kind of see what I was going for so now, I'm just making sure the rest of the sections are pressed out, freeze spray again and We'Re just gon na keep doing the whole process until I get it to the ponytail like the finished ponytail foreign. So at the front I'm gon na do the sides first and I'm pulling out baby hair that I could use later. You know all right all right. So I'm gon na do the same thing to the front, as I did to the back. It'S just with the front. You really want to make sure you do it correctly and flat, because you know this is when people's gon na see your hair. So I'm trying to use the flat three, the hot comb, to make sure it's as flat as possible and you'll see at the end my hair is still puffy. It'S just. I need mine's trimmed. So if you want to do this styling, you want it to look like like as slick as possible. You you need to cut your hands so yeah, so I'll just make sure you're as flat as possible, like it needs to look like that y'all, I even flat ironed it before, but yeah my hair. Just like yeah. I don't care what you do. I'M gon na do what I want to do, but yeah so you're gon na make sure you put that um section and the ponytail that you have already created at the back and you can see like I said like this was a workout and it was puffy. So I had to put arm strength, so I finished both sides and now I'm gon na do the middle, so I'm gon na start with um sectioning, a part of it and I'm gon na start with the back. So when I get to the front, it'll be flat same thing, wax stick spray and you know put it in the ponytail same tips. Thank you, foreign foreign, but that was The Parting I wanted and I'm just trying to get it a little less puffy. So I can braid it foreign I'm doing like this little rubber band method. It helps to you know, make your own Little ponytail or whatever it's gon na. Have that and I recommend using a little bit more because that wasn't enough for my hair. So I would say, use a bundle and a half. I would say that was like one or even just three quarters of it for you. So after that, I attached it to my ponytail and you want to make sure the hair is on top of your real hair. So it Blends like that and, like I said, you should use a little bit more hair than what I did but yeah. So yeah. You it should look like this when you put it on all right, so now I'm taking the section just a little section out, so I can use that to wrap around the base of it once I'm done with the braid. So now I'm sectioning my hair with the braiding hair into three equal parts, and I also suggest using shine and Gem at this part too mind you. This is my first time doing this style, so I it was a trial and error, but yeah. So I would say, put shiny jam on it, so it could be even more slick and more of a cleaner boy too, and this was difficult because braiding, the back of my hair, like that was hard. I definitely I couldn't definitely since I couldn't see but yeah. So you're just gon na braid, the hair down and you're just gon na keep going all right. So I added more hair um to make it a little bit longer and thicker too, like you know, add it like you're doing a novice braid. But you see the little frizzies, that's what there you go. It'S coming out to you all right, so I put a rubber band on the end of it. Just so I don't unravel all right, so I was done with the braid. I don't know if I showed you guys or not, but I fluffed it out to make it look a little bit bigger just so I don't look as skinny, so I took that extra piece I had I used to freeze spray and wrapped it around you. I can't see back there, so I did the best that I can okay yeah, so I did show you guys, so I flipped them out to make it look a little bit bigger and seamless, because at first it was just looking a little. You know a little skinny, so I just flipped it out to try to make it look a little bit like give it a little bit more value all right so now, since I was done with that, I'm gon na go ahead and curl my baby hair with The warm curler like those fluffy baby hairs are so cute. I Got ta Give me one of those mini um flat IRS, so it won't be as hard because this wouldn't have been as hard with it, but I burned myself all right. So now I'm gon na go ahead and um flexi rod the end of the braid, so I can have a curly in on it, go ahead and wrap that up, so it stays flat. While I do what I need to do and the quality looks different because I use my other camera because it's my phone, I think it was either dead or else running out of storage but yeah. So I got my Kettle put some foam in there. Yeah yeah and went ahead and dipped braid in there dried it off, put some loose on the braid just so it can be a little sleek. Oh yeah, look at that. I love curls they're, so cute all right, you guys, so this is the fit! The first look, yes y'all, I love it. I love it so much. It is too cute. I could get into it get into it. I got the baby hairs popping. I know that it was curled a different way but yeah. I wasn't Gon na Keep curling my hair every day it I'm gon na do a 360.. I have a few imperfections, so don't you to travel everywhere. This is my first time drawing in style. Yes, Y'all, I'm so happy, it's so cute.
