How To| High Genie Drawstring Ponytail

Talk to me, hey girl, hey welcome back to my channel if you're new here my name is lucio trans and in today's video we are doing a tutorial on this drawstring ponytail. You see me wearing right here, so i was inspired by another youtuber of the name of makeup misha. She does these balm ponytails and i just wanted to do one. I'Ve been trying not to wear wigs as much lately just trying to give it a break, and it's the summer time it's hot, so yeah. This is just one of those hairstyles that i wanted to try out um. I got this ponytail from my local beauty. Supply store, so i will try to find it online and have it linked in the description box below don't forget to like comment share and subscribe to my channel. So, as you can see, we already have like a ponytail going on y'all. It is a struggle for me to do a ponytail, so i did do it off camera. So this is the result i kind of put some gel or whatever on this side. So all we have left to do is this side, the uh gel or not the gel, the edge control that i'm using is called true edge plus, and i got it from my local beauty supply store. So i'm just going to apply that on this side of my head and then go from there: okay, okay, y'all! So now we're gon na get into these baby hairs. I kind of already put some down of what i want to be out and i don't do like. I don't go overboard with them, probably because i don't have that much baby hairs like my baby hairs, are legitimately baby hairs. I do be winning those long anyway. So girl, we're about to just uh, do the same thing with the same edge control and just do our baby hair, okay y'all. So i let this sit for, like maybe five minutes or whatever, so we're gon na see what we're looking like. Oh yeah, we're good we're good to go okay, so now for the ponytail. So this is the ponytail that i have. I got this from my local beauty. Supply store it's from it's by bobby boss. It'S called dress up, ponytail series, easy ponytail, oh girl, but yeah. This is the ponytail, let me take it out and we can really get into it. Oh and it was 18.99 so that ain't bad, i don't think it is, i don't buy ponytails, often so um. What does this say? It says: looks and flows replicates human hair. The color is in natural. I wasn't going to get natural black, but it was kind of too dark, so it comes in like natural brown, so they're kind of going for, like a like. You know how you get bundles for that type, instead of doing like 1b. Whatever, whatever it says, human hair blend um and this style is called miss origin, origin, origin, ponytail body, wave 28 inch. Let me show you the stock card, so that is it, it doesn't say: okay, it does say curling iron, stuff, y'all. One thing about robbie: boss is they're they're, going to um, let you know it's curling iron safe, but they're not going to tell you up to what temperature anyway uh. What does it say? It just says, ready to wear with easy pull, drawstring seamless girl, nothing really. True natural yaki, hair texture, so let's, let's get into it girl, okay, y'all. It feels when it says uh body girl. I can't even talk, but it has that natural feel. Definitely this feels like bundles. Oh, i'm so excited, oh, i'm so excited and they had a whole bunch of them like uh different styles, different textures. They had a wavy one that i think i want to try as well. I think is it on here: no, it's not on here, but yeah. They had a wavy one girl. Oh i'm excited okay, let's, let's oh girl, i can't take this off, but let me show you with it on. Okay, so here is the little comb does have a comb at the bottom. It does so it has two combs right here and then the drawstring is right here, girl, i'm super excited, okay, so yeah girl, we're about to just uh, put her on well, no well yeah. What? What am i talking about right now, but yeah we're about to go ahead and put her on girl, i'm so used to doing wig reviews that i can't even get into the to the the swing of things of just doing this little um ponytail, it's what's going On okay, so anyways, i'm going to go ahead and braid my little ponytail and go from there, okay, y'all! So now that i got it braided i'm going to go ahead and kind of like do this girl and just kind of wrap it do. I want to do it like that. No, i don't i'm gon na. Do it like this and then i'm gon na take this little thing and wrap it like this. Okay, all right! So now, i'm going to i got some um braiding hair. Now this braid here is just some braiding hair that i just had so i'm gon na wrap this around to create. You know the little. You know what i'm talking about you'll see, because i can't even explain it if y'all want to pin it you can, but i don't like too many pins in my head, so we're just gon na wrap. Oh y'all, my hair is starting to curl up right here. So i'm going to add some got to be glue, free spray and i'm going to spray it right here where i can see all the the little fly aways because girl i mean i have time: okay y'all, so we got that done now. I'M gon na go ahead and put my ponytail on baby having all types of stuff. Okay, we good okay. So now i'm gon na just go ahead and put my ponytail on and i'm gon na start like she did and i'm gon na put it right here and then put it in the back. Hopefully this part doesn't, but you know we're gon na see and y'all. It'S long enough to where it probably can go over that whole ponytail, but if not i'll just make it smaller y'all. Now i got some bobby pins and i'm gon na bobby pin the string so you're not able to see it girl here. Go that little plastic thing. I cut okay, so this is what the ponytail ended up. Looking like super cute, like girl, i am definitely feeling myself in this ponytail. It turned out really nice i'ma turn around, so you can, like you, know, see the back and stuff. So that's the back says and it is fairly long. Let me stand up as you can see girl. It'S super long. It'S 28 inches again y'all but um. Yes, so let me just tell y'all a little bit more about the ponytail, how i feel about it. Girl when i say this hair is definitely nice. It'S giving me bundle, hair, um. Of course, y'all i said, is human hair blend and it's just super super soft. Like the girl, the hair is super soft. The density of this ponytail is perfect because it's not too thin and it's not too thick. It'S literally just right girl again, it really just feels like bundles, and this saves you the time if you're like me - and you just are like you - want a hairstyle, quick and easy, and you don't have that much time to be spinning on your head. This is perfect because this drawstring, you don't have to do the wrap around pony and try to you know, figure out how your hair is going to be covered up like girl. This is super bomb and affordable. I think 18.99 is definitely affordable, especially for this length of a ponytail and just the quality of it all. I cannot wait to like get into the environment and see how well this ponytail holds up, but yeah y'all, it's super cute. I will uh try to find it because again i got this at my local beauty.
