Hey everyone. It'S me megs and i'm here to show you how i achieved this super easy style on my bob using some of my favorite products by africa's best originals olive oil line that i've been loving so much. It gives my hair oh so much slip. So i'm going to show you my whole routine and how i got this style. So, first i'm going to start out with the olive oil shampoo and i'm just going to make sure that i saturate my hair with water really good and make sure that my hair is going all back in one direction. To avoid any tangles during the shampoo process. And you all, this shampoo smells so good and it's really creamy. I love that and the shampoo is formulated with extra virgin olive oil, which stimulates hair growth and helps improve thinning and dry hair and itchy scalp. Next, i'm going to deep condition with africa's best original olive oil deep conditioner. This conditioner is a great treatment if you need to treat weak or damaged hair. This is a moisturizing conditioner formulated with my favorite oil. Of course, olive oil - and i make sure i apply this in sections - and it's really important to make sure you apply your deep conditioner in sections to make sure that your hair is getting all conditioned in all areas making sure you start out at the ends and Work your way up to the roots - and i put a little bit more on my hairline, because our hairline can be you know pretty weak, sometimes and definitely your nape. So you want to make sure that you apply your conditioner to your nape and your edges to make sure they stay nice and strong. So i am all done and i just clipped my hair in the back - and i am gon na - put a plastic cap on and sit underneath a dryer for about 15 minutes just to really get a good deep condition on too and another tip make sure you Always deep condition when it comes to shampoo wash days because it really helps you retain length, because that's what i'm trying to do, and so my hair has so much slip you all my hair is now air dried and i'm ready to start detangling, my hair. It feels so good. Okay, now i'm going to use africa's best originals olive oil, leave-in conditioner, and this conditioner is fortified and enriched with olive oil as well. This is great because it goes beyond just conditioning by reaching a higher level of hair moisturizing. That'S really important, especially during these colder winter months, i'm going to make sure i apply this in sections to follow up with the olive aloe anti-breakage growth lotion. I absolutely love this moisturizer and with consistent use, it provides moisture and will help you retain length and avoid breakage. Now it's time for the olive and clove oil therapy to seal my hair, to lock all that good moisture in you all, it smells so good. I love how this oil smells and it gave my hair such a smooth, moisturized, feel i make sure i apply this from my ends and work my way up to my roots, and i make sure i gently detangle and make sure that i always apply the product In sections, because i'm trying to grow my bob out, so i'm gon na do this again, i'm gon na start with the leave-in conditioner apply that in sections work. My way for my ends, because the ends is important and make sure i get all the way up to my roots, because again, that's how you retain length over time, making sure you get each and every section and gently detangle through like so so. I started with my leave-in and then next i'm going to use the moisturizer the anti-breakage moisturizer and apply that from my ends and work. My way up to my roots again in sections, because you don't want to miss any areas of your hair and really make sure you seal your hair, i'm using the clove oil, which smells so good and gives my hair so much slip and shine really making sure That i apply it to my ends, because the ends is what we're trying to preserve, because i'm on a whole new hair journey you all i'm so excited for 20 22.. So that is done. My hair feels so good. My hair is really moisturized and my hair is damp right now, so i'm never split my hair when it's in a bob like this, i'm just gon na tuck, my hair under and let my hair finish air drying overnight. My hair is pretty dry it's about. I would say about 90 percent dry, but it's a little damp in certain areas so by the morning i'll be ready to go to finish my style. So here we are next morning. My hair is fully dried. Look at the shine! Look at the shine! Okay, it's so shiny, it's so smooth and it feels so good. So i'm just going to kind of just comb through my hair to get myself ready to do the style and it feels so good, very lightweight and so much shine. I love it. So i decided that i'm going to do a center part for the two side pieces and what's really good about this style. I air dried it because i do not want to use a lot of heat on my hair because i'm trying to grow my hair out for 2022 right, so this style requires very minimum heat okay. So i have the two pieces here. You can choose whatever thickness you would like, but i want mine a little thicker and i think i want my sides out. I want a cute little, you know, you know just something extra for the sides. You don't have to put the sides down, but i did because i like it. So i'm going to go back in with the anti-breakage lotion here and i'm just going to apply a little bit more to this style for the ponytail, and i just apply a little bit around the top part. I always do this when i style my hair, even though i did moisturize and seal last night. I always apply a little bit more when i do style my hair, when i go outside just to add a bit more moisture, because when you go outside you know, especially because it's winter time now, the air can have ability to dry your hair out. So you want to make sure you apply a little bit more moisturizer for your style, so i brush my hair all up and i'm so surprised that i'm able to put my hair up into a high bun. My hair is growing out after this haircut that i got not too long ago. So look we're moving on up, so i was able to get my hair into a high bun and i am gon na put a little more moisturizer on just to make sure i got all the areas that i want and just really take my time smooth it Out - and i am going to put a very light heat on my hair - this heat on this flat iron was on 190 degrees. So i just wanted to get some of the bumps out of my little pieces here and out of the ponytail part just to make it look a little more neat. So, yes, it's just very, very low heat just to get the bumps out. So now it's time for the bun we're going to figure it out, because this is my very first time putting my hair up into a high bun. So i was really excited about it. So i'm just gon na take the pieces and i'm just gon na tuck them under to make a kind of like a donut bun now for this style. If you do have shorter hair, like myself, you could use a sock and do like a sock bun, but i'm just going to pin my hair with some bobby pins to make the bun and it's coming together, like my hair, is growing back out. I'M so excited and it's super cute, i'm like so happy like look at me, i'm in a high bun, so i'm just making sure that i get all the stray hairs tucked and out of the way nice and neat and we did it y'all. We got our hair into a high bun. It'S super simple, so i am going to apply a little more of the clove oil and apply that to my pieces here and the back of my hair, especially the front pieces since those are out and not tucked away in the bun just to make sure they Do not get dry from being out in the air, so, yes, it's really coming together. I'M really really happy and really excited about this new hair journey with growing my hair back out. So this is pretty much the final style you all. If you do have any questions, everything that i use will be down in the description below and where you can find these products for yourself, if you are looking to try out some of africa's best products which are available now at your local walmart. Can you wear this style consistently every day as a protective style (not the flat ironing of course), but the high bun for like 10-12 weeks prior to relaxing your hair again, or is it too much manipulation? If so, what would be a suitable alternative? Thanks again :)
