Good morning welcome to the salon i will be giving you your haircut today. Is this your first time here perfect well welcome. We recently opened, so you are one of my first customers, but don't worry, i've been cutting hair for a long time. So let me get you checked in and are you here for a cutting style, okay and then what about hair color you're gon na keep it, as is very perfect. So let me just grab my few supplies and then we can get started. So, let's take a look at this hair, i'm just going to start brushing it out and i love the color of your hair and you said: you've never colored it before yeah. That'S so impressive! When i do this initial cut okay and sit up tall very good, i just want to make sure i get the correct amount. Okay, very good, very good and yeah just keep looking straight ahead. Good and like i said, i'm gon na get this initial length for you and then i'll put in some layers: okay, okay and let's see just checking, so that is with the one inch cut off. So what do you think perfect all right? So then, i'm going to put in those layers and give the rest of your hair a trim. So you can just continue to relax and are you working this afternoon or do you have off very nice? It'S always nice to have a break. So i love that. Okay and i'm going to ask you see what shampoo do you use yeah, that's a good one. I used to use it myself, but then i stopped for some reason so to try it again, a good one. It makes your hair really soft and shiny. I'M just going to spray. These ends a little bit right brush this here. Are there any other products that you use on your hair yeah? I never used that before, but i do see it on social media a lot. I think it's a popular brand. I'Ve actually been thinking about getting my hair cut too. I used to have it really short and then i grew it out to be really long and now it's kind of that in between kind of wanting it to be shorter again, so we'll see i'm kind of always changing my mind. Okay, i'm just gon na add in some layers now so can you look straight ahead? Very good, i'm just going to see. Let'S see so right here right here is where i'm going to put there so we'll put those starting at your chin. Maybe, or would you like them a little higher chin's good, all right, let's go for it. Okay, yeah just continue. Looking straight ahead, see i want to make sure these are even on both sides. So, let's see looks good, and how does that feel, and do you like how it shapes your face? Maybe a little bit more okay, two right here, two okay, a little bit more on each side, and i wanted to mention too something that's really exciting. We'Re going to start having some spa options, so i don't know if you like, facials or massages, but we're going to start having this offered. I know we're gon na. I can do that so kind of like a mermaid curl sure i can show you so with the mermaid curl. You basically want to leave the end out a little bit. So i'm just going to wrap it a few times and again leave that end out see. Then it just makes the perfect mermaid type curl and that type of girl is very popular in the salon right now. Yeah people ask for it all the time. So i kind of just spiral it down like that, and then it just lays really pretty on your shoulders. Actually, i'm going to just clip back your hair a little bit so clip it right there and then clip it right there and how do you typically style? Your hair, nice yeah - i kind of do that too, i'm just too busy during the day, so, okay, so i'm just gon na work on this side now and you said that you're from the area - yes, oh my, i actually live right down the street. Do you have any plans for the weekend very nice yeah? I haven't done much traveling recently, but i would like to sometime soon maybe go somewhere new. I'M actually one of those people who loves the snow, so maybe some kind of ski trip and how are you liking it so far? How do you like the look good, i think it looks really good and at the end i can put some hairspray and that would kind of make it more of a tighter curl or i can brush it out, and that would make it more of a loose Curl loose all right, so then yeah i'll brush it. Let me get these back pieces, i don't know about you, but i always find getting my hair cut is so relaxing okay, so that looks good. So what do you think? Let me take out the clips so, like i said i can leave it, as is with some hairspray, if you'd like or just leave it like that or i can brush it out, which may make it look a little bit more relaxed if you're going for that Brush it perfect and i'm just gon na, have you stay where you are right there and i'm just gon na brush it all out for you, you can see it's making the curls flatter, but that's also a really pretty look and does this feel relaxing for you. Good, you can feel free to close your eyes and just enjoy okay. I would continue using that shampoo you mentioned, but maybe cut back on the amount of times you wash your hair every week. I try to do about two times and i use dry shampoo in between.
