Hey guys for today's video, we are going to be testing out a hairstyle that I saw on YouTube and I thought it was cool. So let's go ahead and get started so believe it or not. I do try a lot of hairstyles that I see and I feel them and I never show them to you guys, um hoping this one is not the case. So if you don't follow a girl name another grade, you should because she's amazing, but this is her. Hairstyle right here and we are going to recreate it because it is beautiful, so her hair is a lot shorter than mine and I don't know if it'll work, but we're gon na test it out together. Okay, so what you want to do is divide your hair into two sections in the back, just tying them with hair ties. Now I'm going to take a small section from my left: ponytail I'm going to cross it over my right, ponytail, so past it and then I'm going to clip it away. Then I'm going to take a small section from my right ponytail and just bring it right. Above and then clip that away - and this is what we do - the entire time so again take a small section from my left cross it over my right into my clip. Take a section from my right: bring it right above and just clip it away, and you just do this the whole time so again take a section from my left cross it over my right and clip it away. Take a section from my right bring it above. Clip it away, and then you just keep repeating these steps until you run out of hair, I'm not exactly sure how many times I did this, but it's all just going to be dependent on your hair. How much you have um but yeah! You just are basically kind of weaving it, and it just creates this beautiful pattern that you will see. Now I'm going to take the clip off my right section and I'm just going to go a couple inches over and tie it with a hair tie and then I'm going to let down my top section of hair and then what I'm going to do with. That is grab it and then just cross it over into that right section, and then I'm going to tie it with a hair tie right where we tied the first one. Then I'm going to fold that section in bobby pin it with the ends hanging out. I'M just going to wrap those around my finger and basically just shove them up underneath the bun to hide them. So if you have a lot of hair, this is not going to work for you, but if you have thin hair short hair, this is going to be really great. So again, just bobby, pin everything make sure you press the flat against your head bobby, pin the top of it. I'M gon na show you guys my first attempt again this I've never done this hairstyle before had no idea what to expect, and now that I did it. I'M gon na do things a little bit differently and see if this maybe helps my length of hair. I I know I can do better than what I'm going to show you. I don't think it's bad. I love the concept. I think it's really cool, especially for those that, like can't braid, you know it almost kind of looks like a fishtail of some sort. So I'm gon na show it to you guys and we're gon na. Do a second attempt. I don't like the hair elastic showing here. If I could do it over, I'd, probably take out hair in the front and then just cross it over the back or put a clip here, but I think it's really cute. So now I'm going to speed this up, but we are doing the exact same steps that we just did. I will show you the differences here in a second, but I don't want to bore you and make you guys watch the same thing. So I'm just going right through it really quickly. Um, once you cross over all your sections, you're going to do the same thing tie the right section. Now let down the top section, and instead of doing it like we did the first hairstyle where we took it and then added it into the right section. We are just tying it off, so just going a couple inches over tying it off. So now we have all this hair left hanging out. I'M just going to take one section twist it around my finger, wrap it around the bun. I wish I would have went under that ponytail, but I went over it. It'S fine looks the same either way and then just bobby pin it do the same thing with the other section hanging out, but I'm going to wrap it the opposite way. Twist around my finger, wrap it around the bun bobby, pin and just add more bobby pins to secure it. I left out hair in the front, so I'm just going to take those sections and just drape them around the bun. The steps not necessary, but it adds a little nice detail and then pinch and pull the top for texture, and it gives you this really beautiful updo. So it's the same type of technique, but two completely different hairstyles. So let me know what you like best one or two: okay drum roll. Please! Personally, I like number two. I think this is such a cool way to do a hairstyle and updo. I I think everyone should try this again. Medium short hair. Try the first one long hair, try the second I love it. I think it's so pretty. I hope you guys like it too. Let me know what you think in the comments below. Let me know which one was your favorite. If you guys will be giving this a shot, um don't forget to like subscribe, leave a comment and I'll see you guys in my next one bye,
