L'Ange Hair Straightener | Review

Hey guys welcome back to my channel today, I am going to do a little bit of a battle of the straighteners as you seen in my thumbnail. So if you would like to see the longe hair straightener versus the Chi, then please keep on watching. If you are new to my channel and you bumped across me by sheer accident guys, I do everything to do with the cosmetics world makeup fashion, those types of things I do: unboxings giveaways, tri, ons reviews tutorials. You know go into a bunch of detail here. I'M sure everybody has seen the Chi Chi hair straightener, and this came in today. It is actually something my daughter bought, but I talked her into letting me unbox it with you guys and kind of do a battle of the straighteners go ahead and unbox this one. So we can start getting it heated up. I'Ve already got the Chi plugged in in going the packaging is really really nice and when you flip it up, you'll see the straightener and then in the the top of the box. It actually shows directions. If you want to curl it, if you want to straighten it or if you want wave, so I thought that was pretty neat. I think whenever I got my Chi, it was just the basic box. There was, you know, really no instructions on it. I don't remember ever seeing anything about waves or any of that type of thing, so I thought that was a really nice touch and I'm just gon na go ahead and pull this out. It comes with a book down there. I'M sure that it's just um troubleshooting and whatnot - and this is what she looks like guys - it's a really really nice. The plates are gold. It'S got like the little buttons there too um. I don't know I'm gon na guess it's gon na be to add heat. Take away and the cord is just a regular cord, whereas the Qi you know had that big boxy type I'll insert a picture on the cheek, because I have it plugged in already I'm not gon na get over there and unplug and replug all right. I got it plugged in and it's this is the little power button. We will turn it on and it has a display here. Can you guys see there's the little display there where it's heating up, and it is moving rather fast? How fast that's going guys. I don't smell anything, you know, usually, whenever you hook a brand-new straightener up sort of has that smell? I don't smell anything. I guess it goes to 450. I guess I could have looked on the box and did more of telling you guys what no it's yeah. 450 - and it's it's heated up that that fast she is fast heating too, but as you can see, there's nothing in my Chi to show any of that type. So that was a nice touch on there all right, I'm gon na go ahead and I am gon na spray. My hair, I'm gon na half it up and spray. My hair with this element a silk elements: coconut heat protection spray. This is what it looks like. I purchased this from Sally Beauty. If I can find it, I will leave it down below, but I'm just gon na go ahead. I'M gon na speed through this part, half my hair up, spritz my hair and get back to you when we get to using the straightener you you alright guys on this. I guess I'm gon na do this side with the launch and this side with the Chi. I guess we'll do Chi. First, I'm used to Chi. I know what she's about so guys. I want to mind you that my hair is not a difficult hair. If that makes sense, my hair is basically straight. It has a little bit of body to it, but nothing that, like my hair, is not frizzy and crazy anyways. Alright, in with this one this one - maybe I might have to turn this down. Let'S see, I'm gon na put it down to about 300 because I can feel a little bit of a tug on my hair, which basically means that it's just a little too hot. You will burn your hair completely off. If you're, not careful, can we see any difference so far? I don't think in in my early of saying, which one is better than the other. I would say they're gon na be about the same, but we'll see as we go along and get a little more hair down would it would have burned my leg. I'D have been pissed, I'm a huge chief fan guys back in the day. I want to say my daughter was maybe in ninth grade and we had the Big Chief fight. What I mean by that is she um thought it would be cool for mom to take her clock hard-earned money and go spend $ 100 on a hair straightener. When I had a Remington from Walmart that I thought done a fantastic job anyway, needless to say, mom broke down and bought the QI and mom's been hooked on a chick ever since um. So shout out to the daughter on that upgrade this. This hair straightener, though I seen over on Facebook and wanted to upgrade from the truth, the Chi and I just never did, and my daughter ordered one and I was like ooh - can I do a comparison, video and she's, like sure so shout out to the daughter For letting me unbox and show you guys the comparison of the two now guys whenever I straighten my hair like I'll, straighten the underneath, but then I, when I do like the top or the top parts I always go back over the under. I don't know why. I just always have done that, but there is no no tub, no pool and just to kind of remind you guys. I am on a 300 setting on this, because the 450 was like. It was tugging at my hair and I really don't want to burn my hair completely off. I'M sure I'm doing a number with this Hot Tools on it anyways, but all right last spray of all I didn't mean to get it in my eye, all right. That'S the cheese side. Now this launch all right. Let me turn this off turn everything off, so we're not burning down the house all right. This was the launch side. I hope I'm saying that right, guys, um, as you can see, my hair is very straight straight. As a board, like I like it and like, I didn't, have to really go over it a thousand times. Where is the Chi side? It is straight as a board, and I went over it several times but, like I said it could be that much. He is several several years old. This little sucker is brand-new and will go from zero to Mach. Ten and two point five. I really really like that. This hair straightener overall, is a fire. I really really like it. I may have to retire the Chi now and go with this, but you guys seen how fast that the little temperature changer I mean the temperature went from bumped on that quick where's, my Chi, my Chi is fast. Now, don't get me wrong. The Chi is fast and maybe being to visually see the temperature change might be um, something I don't know for the eye and more appealing. But overall I really got ta say a really really like this and don't get me wrong like if you have the Chi. Should you upgrade to this one? I would oh that's a hard one, I would say just from the my hair, probably not because both sides look really good. I mean if I was to go out in the world and you couldn't tell me that I use two different straighteners, but if this, if your Chi or your straightener went out, should you invest the money in this? I would say absolutely. This is a nice nice hair tool. I really would like to try out their their curlers. Maybe soon I don't know, I'm really got my eye on this now, every you might not get this dang thing back for me and it's pretty much gon na conclude this video on battle of the straighteners.
