Hey everyone welcome back to the channel thanks for being here, so today's video is going to be a Hyundai versus a pro die and I'm bringing you this because I get really um intrigued into what is in here. I want to know why my clients are choosing to put a home diet on. I know like in the comments going to say, cost cost, but I want to see longevity. I want to see if it actually drops to the level that we want a level five in comparison to what this will do for us um, and I want to see if this is as easy. If it's I mean a lot of clients say this is really messy, really messy when it comes to coloring their own hair, um, but again cost, and I get it. I get the cost. But again a lot of people come in and they've got hot Roots. Their loose their Roots a little bit brighter than the rest of the hair, their mid lips and ends a little bit sort of oversaturated. Where they've pulled it through and to be honest. As a as a hairdresser wants to see people's hair in the perfect color and condition, I understand that people are doing it at home, so I give them little hints and tips. I'Ve got one client who used to use or does use um. I think it's one of these ones to be honest, um level 10 and she used to put it all the way through and her ends were becoming so frazzled, which is what I didn't really understand. I don't I don't know what peroxide or developer in these to get the end result, but her ends were so frazzled and I said like please just put on your route. You don't need to put it through your midlips and ends. She was already a really nice level 10. and she stopped doing it and over time, after all, the haircuts, we've sort of cut off that fuzziness and she's got a really nice blonde hair. But she comes in and there's that the roots are a little bit lighter and there's a little bit, obviously application issue that there's missed pieces, which I totally get because you can't get the back of your head. But this is why I want to do this. Video and then with this, I would never just drop a 5n onto a level um on a level nine. Purely for the fact that this is this. This the tones in this, which are going to be a cooler, are going to drop onto it and, being that what I think that's going to turn out like, I think it's going to turn out cooler as an end result. We would have needed to put some warmth into it: a gold, a gold or a natural copper, or something like that into that hair to make sure that this sticks. So I can pretty much guarantee this is going to drop to a level five on here, but with the the home dive. No idea, I, from from experience of seeing clients come in with with hot roots or brighter routes, or I can. I can pretty much predict that the home side is going to be lighter level. Seven, maybe I don't know I'll just mix it up in the bottle, give it a shake put it on and then uh we'll we'll see the finished result, but yeah development times are quite similar, so I'll be doing that the one I'll do first I'll, obviously take Off sooner because then I've got the application for the other side, so yeah, if you want to see a home diverse as a pro die, make sure you stick around. Let me know in the comments what you think did you think those results would be. The finished result, I'd love to know the comments down below so yeah. Let'S get into the video foreign everybody always a problem, foreign foreign foreign. I know you do it all right. What are you doing all right, foreign, all right, foreign there's, a huge difference. I don't know if you can see it on camera yeah. You can see that on camera, this side is the home color and it is, I would say, probably like a level seven when we wanted level five and then this side is a level five. But like I predicted it's a lot cooler and flatter because we didn't have that warmth built in to the pre-fill, but we've got a level five. So if you are wanting a level five, a home color won't get you there. You'D have to do another color. On top of it, which is also something that you see you see, people buy a comb, color put it on, it's, not the quite it's not quite what they wanted. So they'll go and get another one and put it put that on you're already, like doubling the cost of your color um. But with the pro side like I said, I would have pre-filled this with some gold or some natural, copper, um natural, just some natural warmth. In there just because it has gone really quite flat, but I do actually really like the color. So let's grab our level finder and then you can see that depth in there now, because this is cooler like I predicted the coolness in there Ash tones and everything like that. That makes the hair look darker, because it's flatter now, because there was no warmth in here - we'd have actually pre-filled it with warmth. This is obviously looking a little bit flatter, but still if this was a cool level finder, this would be a level five, because that four is too dark. That six is too bright. That five is is pretty much bang on, but it's just a bit warmer than. What'S on the hair, so Hyundai, so prodi has done what it's supposed to do, albeit a little bit cooler and flatter because we couldn't pre-fill. Now, let's go over here and you can see the difference here. So this is a lot lighter a little bit creamy. To be honest, there's a there's a lot of green in there um. So we get this shade chart level finder and we put that level. Five is too dark. If you can see there level six, possibly level, seven there's bits off so between six and the seven. So we're looking at a seven six and a half is what we're looking at. So we're already missing a shade and a half of depth with with the home color now predicted. All of this. This is this is not new. I would have. I would have guaranteed what would happen with this working on that level, nine that we did with no warmth built in for here for pre-filling. We thought this was gon na go cooler because it was a natural level, a natural tone, sorry, and then, with this I didn't have a clue what it's going to be because it says it's got three built in three different tones or something like that. Uh with with highlights, I mean the color's, not bad. If you're wanting a like a six and a half, it's not bad. Maybe you can see the difference in the colors. So, there's that and there's that you can see that's a true level five through there and there's a little bit of sort of natural tone in there. But it's a little bit cooler. But then, with this, it's just a lot brighter, but a little bit green. So yeah hope you've enjoyed this video. If you want me to do more sort of like testings or anything like that, let me know in the comments down below what you'd like me to test uh comparison, wise and um yeah, a top tip. What I would just say again, like saving money as well, if you're, if you're someone who you're using home, die because of the cost issue check in with a salon and see if their assistants or apprentices are doing color, promos or they're they're applying color, because our Girls apply Color and we get so many people come in one like hassle-free. Two, it's a reduced cost three, it's just so much easier um having someone else. Do your hair and and the Precision that's the main thing, the Precision of it so yeah hope you enjoyed the video. If you have, let me know and uh until next time, I'll see you on the next video

Luke Gardin: Hi!! I noticed that the LumishIne 5N was mixed with 10 volume developer... Wouldn't it be fairer to use the same developer for both sides ? Most home colorants are formulated around either 20, or 25 volume peroxide... Their higher lifting shades are mixed with anywhere from 20 to 40 (!) volume activator... You get what you get, and all formulated around covering 100% white hair as their primary goal. They are created purposefully lighter, I believe, to make up for bad application technique at home... So it won't be too botched-looking. Love the content you create!!

Purple People: More testing for sure of pro vs at home products tools etc
