Whose hey everyone and welcome back to my channel, I'm Jamie Joe and today I am showing you might go to formal hairstyle for classic curly girls. So this hairstyle is perfect for natural girls, who don't want to use any heat on the hair, but really want to spruce up their evening. Look for a formal for a wedding for a christening for whatever event you have. This hairstyle is the perfect and go to curly girl hairstyle for you. It is so classy super easy to achieve, and it just looks really beautiful and last or not hoo-wah and lasts all night long. So what more? Could you possibly want stay tuned to see how I achieve this gorgeous hairstyle? It is pretty easy guys. The hardest thing, I would say, is parting it down the center and like getting this like sweep the pot the right way, but I explained that to you. So keep watching if you want to learn that also, I just have to say the biggest. Thank you for a hundred K cannot believe. I hit a hundred go on YouTube. That'S actually crazy. I'Ve been working really hard on YouTube pumping out videos every single week, because I love doing them, because I love sitting in front of the camera and having a chat to you guys and reading your comments, and I just love uplifting it. Girls who have curly hair, who are struggling with it because I struggled with it when I was younger too, so thank you book 100k guys. I cannot wait to see where we continue to climb and where this channel will take me. Also, I have a kid away. Coming very soon, the giveaway might be up before this video or vice versa, all right guys, let's hop straight into the video, ok guys. So this is the state of my hair. I'M gon na give it a good shake yeah. This is the state, so I've still got you know. I'Ve still got some curls mainly on the ends of my hair, but the roots have been so select and smooth back for like a week because of the show I'm in so it's looking at grows. I really really do need to wash it, but that is something that you want to keep in mind for when you are actually doing a hairstyle, and you want it to last a long time to the journey. Oh, your hair is. That means it's going to hold a lot better and it's just going to actually be easier to style, your hair. So keep that in mind. You do not want to start this with really freshly washed curls, because they're going to be a bit too soft and they're going to slip around a little bit when, in fact, for this hairstyle, you want a maximum hold okay. So what we're gon na do to start is I'm just going to run through I'm just gon na quickly pull my hair back without crazy, we're going to quickly talk through the products that you will be using for this hairstyle or more that I will be using. But that you, if you are creating this look, should use so I'm going to start with a spray bottle full of a water. You want a high hold finishing hairspray, so I'm using this one from alterna. You want a gel I'm using the Chi GI, n, curl, balm, moisturizing styling gel want a teasing brush and a comb. Some good, steady, hair ties whoops in some bobby pins. So now that I've got the tools are out of the way. What we're going to do to start is take out our hair and decide which arm parts you want your hair to be on, so I, my hair, naturally kind of falls this way. So I like to pop my hair from this side over, but you can pipe over here from this side over if you feel like that looks best on you. One way to kind of decipher where you want the part to sit and where you think it will look, nurses is kind of just almost before the arch of your brow, so that will kind of line up nicely and shape your face and frame your face really. Well, so this is where my part will be, but we're going to clean that up and that's what I like to use this comb for so this is actually really hard without a mirror just going to pop a mirror right in yep. So I can see what I'm doing so, I'm gon na start by flattening the hair over a little bit and just running the tip of the comb straight down. Where I want my part to be, then I'm going to flip it over and have something a little bit like this, and I'm just going to keep on doing that until it's a super straight. I hear so naughty a straight part. If you don't have a brush like this, you can use a bobby pin to do the same thing. It will really help now. My baby has a near-impossible to part these here. So don't stress too much about those we'll sort them out a bit later. So that's what we have so far. That'S kind of your step, one, if you will the next thing you want to do is start to part it or choose where you want. Your part to be for the top of your head. I don't want my hair at the front like so I've ever popped. Three two thick: I like, I don't want it to be all the way from Becky from the crown of my head, I'm going to kind of kind of back to the top of your ear. So if you stick your comb here and then you run it down meet the top of your yard, that's where I like to pop my hair from so we're doing just a quick rough one. Now like this, when I climb your head downwards, so you can have a clear vision of what your part looks like and then we're going to clean that up the same way we did the other part only I'm pretty happy with how that looks. There'S the part. There'S the part, I actually don't need this much hair all the way down to my crown, but I wanted to get the part right so now what I'm gon na do is I'm actually going to do another part from about midway of what we have so I'm Gon na go midway down and this hair is going to actually join the rest. Now you don't need to part this perfectly because we're going to cover it with the swoop, but what we're gon na do now, just to make things really efficient. This is pretty much the hardest part of the whole hairstyle done. We'Re going to just quickly tie this up, so it is out of our way, but this is what we've got. We'Ve got kind of like a rectangular section of hair straight up and across need to wear your top of your ears, and then you just can really roughly part it. So this hair is going to join up into the bun / po neeta. Well, that was really hard that was personally the hardest part, just because showing you on camera was a little bit difficult, but yeah. So now we're kind of moving straight on to the easy part, which is to put all the majority of your hair up into a high bun /, a high ponytail. If you have trouble with combing your hair, because you know it's curly girls, we have really naughty hair. What you want to do right now is spray, a little tiny bit of water at the very roots of your hair. So I'm really just really lightly doing this. You want to take your teasing brush, which is going to be your best friend, but actually first, you want to just kind of smooth it out as much as possible with your hair, then you're going to start at the very front of your hair and you're going To climb it straight up with the teasing brush, the teasing brush, amazingly grips your hair and just smooths the poop out of it right back into the ponytail, and I'm going to really focus on not overlapping their hair /. This part, but instead swimming swooping. It away from their part now we want to smooth from this part back as well, some of the starters back, I'm just grabbing their hair each time I smooth it back. What I'm gon na do now is I'm going to spray some hairspray onto my hair. You want to take a nice distance when your spring and now we're going to go back to this brush again and really start to slick your hair back, I'm grabbing it all up together. This is the difficult part you want to get your hair tight. I'M doing a bone, so I'm collecting on my hair at the very top I'm going to do one chain loops around full loops and this fifth loop, I'm going to do a half loop and I'm going to thread half my hair through and then once it looks Like this, I'm going to twist the straight parts to the front of my hair, your buns gon na look something like this and now we're going to fix that with our hands. So we're going to start by fluffing apart the fun making sure you're, giving it even volume on all sides and then you're going to start pulling out these little curly parts here. So at this stage, if you want to kind of fix your bun into the shape, you want that's when the bobby pins come into place, these like big strike, curls and pin them in place, so I'm just pinning into the root and the base of the ponytail. So I'm super happy with how the shape look. This is it's so distracting the second being unicorn down now to focus on this a very, very funny front front, part of my hair. Now this kind of is a harder part of the hairstyle. You want to start by spraying some hairs right onto this section so from underneath and on top so I like to start by flooding it out with the teasing brownish. Then I'm going to start by sweeping it down and across also I'm flooding it it out. So I'm happy with how smooth flat and shiny, despite my hair, looks what I'm gon na do is use the bobby pins again now to secure this in place upwards. So I've got five pins in there right now and it's really nicely secured. But what I'm going to do to make sure this stays really flat is take a pin upwards from the front of my ear and back like into the hair black. So that's gon na, like really keep it pulled back and slick with this little rat tail. You have here you want to manage to this part is a little bit hard, but you want to kind of blend it in with the back of your hair. So I'm going to start by adding a bit of spray combing it with a teasing brush and then pinning it up into the fun. This is pretty much the majority of the headland. The reason I like to keep the gel on hand is for little edges like this. I want to just kind of sweep them and keep them right back into the hair, so I'm gon na use the TDI tgin gel place it on this edge right here and these edges right here, I'm going to swoop them into the hair. So this is the final look guys. I just think this is so dressy and beautiful for curly natural hair. You do not have to use any heat for this hairstyle, but it is so effective. It looks formal, it looks classy it's put together. It will last you all night long and it is perfect for formal events and not to mention it's really achievable at home and it doesn't take too much practice at all. So I really really hope that you like this hair. So let me know what you think of it in the comments below. Let me know if you're going to try it out, um and yeah, so guys that wraps up today's video. This is the go to formal hairstyle that I am that I have currently fallen in love with Jessie.
