I did Sarah Tran's 14 day hair challenge near the end of August, and this is my review on it! I feel like this video is kind of embarrassing, and so amateur, but I'm putting it out anyways.

In this video i'll be reviewing the 14 day here, challenge by sarah tran i'll first go over the reasons why i decided to join it then i'll give an overview of it. And lastly, i'll give my final review and thoughts about the challenge and if it's worth the cost, i decided to do this challenge because of the insecurities i have with my hair. What i've been struggling with, especially over the last couple of months, is my scalp i've. Just had so much dandruff recently, where some days i just touch my hair, and there is a bunch of dandruff that drops from my head. It makes me feel like dandruff, danny from hannah montana, and then i'm also very self-conscious about just the tangliness like yeah, like i couldn't. Even i still can't even it's been after the 14 days um but yeah i feel like the ends have just always been really tingly, especially after i bleached my hair. It'S just been extra tangly. Also, sometimes my boyfriend runs his hands through my hair and he'll get caught in a tangle and it's just kind of embarrassing. My hair has always been pretty thick and coarse. I don't know if this is genetics. My mom's hair is pretty nice and she says her hair, never tangles like that, so i possibly get it from my dad's side, but maybe it's also just my hair care routine too. Throughout the challenge they went through cleaning up your hair routine. They have a blacklist that shows you ingredients that you want to try to avoid in your hair products. The first challenge was to like get rid of those products from your bathroom. So that's what i did here and i was actually very surprised to see that there weren't that many products that i had that were too terrible. The worst one i had was this victoria's secret weightless hair oil thing, but that was super old anyway. So i probably should throw it away. I just smell so good and it does make my hair feel softer. He also went over myths and benefits of sulfates and silicones and also hair oils, which definitely gave me a change in perspective. I really thought that all sulfates and silicones were all really bad for your hair and all hair oils were just all really good for your hair, but they really go into depth to explain the myths on that. They also went over the importance of having a balanced diet and especially getting enough protein, which i definitely don't get enough of when boosting your day with healthy smoothies. Along with your diet, you also want to take care of your well-being and stress methods. They suggest are meditation and working out. They also go over supplements and minerals. This portion - i was a bit confused about it, so i'll probably have to go back and rewatch the videos and re-look at the materials that they had for it going over supplements and minerals that also went into testing out what deficiencies you might have, which i thought Was a really cool tool that they implemented inside of the challenge the second week we got to create our own shampoo at home, and they talked about the benefits of that and also the benefits of aloe vera. Honestly, i was surprised at how well it cleaned my hair, i'm definitely going to continue using it and continued playing around with what works. For my hair, i really hope to create my own conditioner at some point too. I do have to finish the current shampoo and conditioner i have for the past week. I'Ve just been using the shampoo i created and my hair has been looking pretty good and the dandruff has not been as terrible though i do still have some. I feel like my hair kind of feels a little smoother and is very voluminous, but i could be all in my head too. I'M just going to say that yesterday was the first day that i used that bridgio shampoo again after using the shampoo that i created at home, and i never i didn't think about it until i was editing this video. But in my hair, my head, my scalp has just been so itchy today, so i definitely think that i should stop using that bertio shampoo, because maybe that's why my dandruff was so insane the last couple months. So i guess my hair profile just doesn't like. Whatever is in that burgeo shampoo, the challenge is only two weeks, of course, so the results aren't super crazy. I do feel like my scalp is a bit less itchy and my hair just seems shinier and thicker. I really love this course and i definitely thought it was worth the money and it cost less than my conditioner, and it also costs less than my shampoo. So i would say it was a steal just for like the amount of information they have in it. I really love the format and the organization of everything you still have like a community of women and people who want to make their hair better and they're in the same struggle boat as you and it's kind of amazing, to see how many people are actually taking The course too, and everybody wants to make it better, but in different ways, that's very cool to see the different hair types, so it was nice to have a community there, but then also to complete it at your own time and at your own pace i would Skip a couple days and then i just like catch up on one day and then afterwards, you'll have all the courses forever too and yeah. I'M very excited to continue this hair journey for making my hair softer, hopefully and healthier, and making my scalp better with less dandruff. I'Ve gone to like the doctor before they gave me this um little. I guess it was for eczema is what they said. I don't know how much it helped at the end. She opened it up to purchase her hair growth lab. I did end up purchasing it because i was like i spent so much money to damage my hair. I can spend that much money to make my hair healthier too. I really hope that this helps me, and i hope this video helps you if you're trying to decide whether or not to join this challenge. I would say it's worth it, especially if you've been struggling with your hair and trying to find what works for it. I would encourage you to join i'll, put a link in the description to the challenge. If you want to check it out, i'll also try to keep things updated if this does continue to work or if it doesn't work out, but from what i've seen so far, i have a good feeling about it, i'm so excited to share my hair journey. Let me know if you have any questions or tips thanks for watching you,

Dance In The Moonlight: Thick hair is a blessing and less likely to break and not everybody has hair you can run your fingers thru your hair looks very healthy. Self acceptance is part of any hair growth journey. Very nice video

Yusun Chung: Hello! I just finished her challenge and thought it was an amazing course as well. I’m debating if I want to sign up for her hair growth lab though. It’s so pricey I’m so curious what your thoughts are on the hair growth lab !!

Leprix d'Amour: Hey, girl! I don't know if you'll even see this, but I also just signed up for the 14 day challenge, and am already looking into the 5 week course. Would you say that it's been working for you so far, and have you seen improvements in your hair quality? I'd love to hear your thoughts on the five week course, if you've completed it!

B. H: Try the elvive line ❤️ it helped me alot with the tangly hair especially after bleaching it ♥️

Cha: I did the course too and was so glad! It was super informative and I think my scalp and hair have been much healthier since I eliminated/changed my hair care. I'm also debating on joining the course but maybe in the future. YOU RIGHT THO, I SPENT SO MUCH MONEY ON DAMAGING IT TOO LOL.

Anusha Roy: I signed up for it and today was my first day. I'll share my progress if anyone is interested. I want thicker and stronger hair. Also regrowth

Meritxell Hernández Gras: I did the challenge too!! I have curly hair and was very used to ironing it, so curls had kindda straightened a little...from the fist day I used the home made shampoo I noticed it started being more hydrated so...I decided to not iron it anymore and recuperate my curls! Where country are you in? I use a very effective detangling spray that passed the mission on silicones cleaning.

Lara Bardot: My holy grail when it comes to dandruff is Ducray Kelual DS. It never fails and I’ve been using it for years now. It helped me heal my scalp from seborrheic dermatitis and since I have a very sensitive scalp whenever I don’t stick with my usual products and I try out some new product that my scalp ends up not liking I get a bad dandruff but after few washes with ducray kelual it’s completely gone and it doesn’t come back unless I use some irritating product again by accident.

Charlene O'Sullivan: Hey! When you were brushing your hair you used a lot of force to rip through your hair and you brushed from the top down. That causes quite a bit of breakage/split ends and damage etc. especially if your hair gets tangled easily. Perhaps try gently brushing from the ends of the hair gradually making your way up and you’ll prevent a lot of hair strand damage by gently getting the tangled parts rather than using too much force. I just watched a video from Sarah Ingle another science based hair youtuber and she did a whole thing on how much brushing technique affects the hair. I also took the 14 day challenge and am also in the monthly course. Hope this helps!

vicki26xoxo: This information is basically free. Why would I pay that much for an online package?

Preshilicious: Thank you for this review ☺️

Janine Dear-Barlow: I use clays to wash my hair and I know longer get dandruff. Something in shampoos and conditioners wrecks my scalp.

Suzana Abu Samra Katsouri: The challenge is very expressive, i would be very grateful if i know the ingredients for the shampoo please

Rose E: Also you could look into other youtubers like organicallyanna, lilmisslouise, and naturallyantonia. They have a lot of similar tips like this. Also there are shampoo lines like aquableu or calia that are sulfate silicone free and have tea tree, peppermint and/or rosemary lines that may help relieve itchiness. Or a scalp treatmemt like the one by innate life or earths nectar

Alex Niculita: How much does the Hair Growth Lab cost? (it just says waitlist on the website, no price)

WEBAZE Labs: Thank you for this review. I'll consider follow :)

Srishti: Hey they have again started this hair care challenge . I want to know if you can still have access to all the course and content after 14 days ?

Alex Niculita: Can you please do a review of the contents and results from Hair Growth Lab, the 5 week course?

Fatimah Hassan: Shiseido Fino Premium Touch Hair Mask will help you with the tangles. It leaves hair smooth as silk, however I never had a problem with tangles.

Julia Rosso: How do you feel about it now months later?

afia saba: Natural way to keep hair detangle free is to brush hair and apply few drops of sweet almond oil before going bed.... Next day u'll be happy to see ur hair.... give this a try for a month .... trust me it will help.... by my personal experience. ... love from india

Elese Clarke: Your hair does look a lot shinier x
