Curling My Hair With Roses! | Valentine'S Day Hair!

Hello loves welcome back to my channel, i'm hollyanna and today we're curling my hair with roses. Let'S do it. You may have seen my videos recently where i curled my hair with pencils or when i curled my hair with glow sticks. I asked you guys how i should curl my hair next and you said with roses for valentine's day. This was a tricky decision, figuring out what kind of roses to buy, and i'm honestly, not even sure if this is going to work. This is going to be a whole adventure. I wanted to use real roses, but i think that the thorns and the leaves would be way too likely to get stuck in my hair. So i went with these fake roses. I had to find fake roses that had very smooth stems and very bendable stems, so my idea is to wrap my hair around these and literally use the stem to close the curler. I'M basically going to be treating these like flexi rods. If you don't know what flexi rods are, these are flexi rods, so basically you curl and then you just bend it upon itself. So that's kind of the idea that we're working with here with the rose this may be terrible, but it could be so cute if you are brand new to my channel. Well, first off welcome to the sunflower family and secondly, i should show you my hair is pretty long so, every time i attempt to do these crazy curls, it is always an adventure. Valentine'S day is right around the corner. I think these rose curls are going to turn out super super cute without further ado. Let'S do it when i do crazy curls. I pretty much always start by pulling half of my hair up. I want to keep the middle part, so we're going to keep the hair part in the middle and just throw these into buns. Now it's time to figure out how the heck should do this, as always adding aloe vera spray, when we did the pencils and when we did the glow sticks, we used teeny, teeny, teeny, tiny strands of hair and the curls turned out super gorgeous. But my hair was really tangled afterwards and i obviously want to avoid breakage any way that i can with my hair. So we are going to do bigger pieces tonight, i'm going to try to maybe use this. Much is kind of the goal. Let'S see how i would do this, maybe the top you can bend it over. Maybe i should wait to like secure it to the bottom. This is a complete test, run folks, complete test run. Is this cute? I don't know if this is gon na work. Oh, that is, that might be kind of cute, though, if i have them all around my head, why do i always start doing this so late at night? It'S 10 until 10 pm right now, gon na take this out and see if there's an easier way. I'M already worried about how stuck this is getting to the to the rose stem. This may not be doable. Oh guys, i don't think this is going to be doable. I think these are going to be way too harsh on my hair. I can't do it. I have a crazy idea what, if i combine the roses with my flexi rods. I know it's not like the same exact thing as curling my hair with roses, but this is gon na do way too much damage to my hair and flexi rods. I don't have any problem with my hair, so can i do it like this? I still have roses. I know this is cheating, i'm sorry, i'm sorry that it's cheating this could be really really cute still and i wouldn't have to risk breaking off. So much of my hair okay moment of truth open this we're running with it we're gon na. Do it we're going to curl my hair with roses and flexi rods? I'M sorry that it's cheating, but i'm so excited this is gon na, be so cute. Oh, this is going to take twice as long as i thought it was going to take, because i've got to thread every single one of these roses through these flexi rods. Why do i do these things? Why do i do it? Because i love making content and i love making hair content and i love the ideas you guys give me for the crazy hair content and i'm just i'm here for it. I think it's going to be faster. If i do all of these first then start curling. My hair so i'll be back. I have been putting roses into flexi rods for um a while. Now we still have some more roses. We still have some more flexi rods, but we have enough to start. I think this should do the bottom of my head. I hope i really really really hope so now we are going to just continue on the journey of curling, my extremely long hair with roses, we're going to use kind of big pieces bigger than we did with the number two pencils bigger than we did with the Glow sticks, but still not really big aloe vera, as always spray on the aloe vera. Okay, so we got it to the bottom, we're gon na twist it up and we twist the flexi rod to secure it in place. These are gon na, be so cute. My head is gon na be covered in roses. A little bit of a twist got ta make sure my roses aren't getting caught. These are pretty cheap roses, so i'm kind of worried, they're gon na fall apart. There we go we're officially on the last rows of the bottom of my hair. This is not taking as many as i thought it was going to because of the flexi rod curlers, so we've been using kind of bigger chunks of hair and i'm really excited to see how these curls turn out, because i've done like tiny curls and i've done. Like ginormous curls, but i haven't really done these like medium small size curls before so i think this is going to be super cute, curling, curling, curling curling. So now, once we get to the end, it's kind of difficult to do with the roses, because i can't like figure out where i'm reaching behind the roses. Okay, now, once i get to the back you twist, it keep waiting for one of these just to fall out, and the bottom is officially done time to do the top. The top ones stick up a lot. They look very silly. I could probably bend them a little bit, maybe like this, we're just gon na like bend them into place to make them look, aesthetic and cute for some photos after we're done curling the whole thing, oh and so far we still have enough curlers, but i do Have more roses and some more flexi rods if we need to put some more together, i think we're probably gon na need to put at least a few more together. This is officially so much more ridiculous and so much more incredible than i thought it was going to be. I love the way that all of this is turning out. I should split this into two, so two more and we will be three-fourths of the way done. I cannot believe how much faster this was than the pencils all right twist it all together. This is awesome. This is gon na be so cute. We are down to this one little section, let's add some more aloe vera. Oh, this is so difficult to keep it out of the way of the rest of the roses. All right, we're gon na start in the back and work our way forwards. All right, we've officially been going for one hour and ten minutes. So that also includes the time to you know: stick the roses into the curlers a phrase. I never thought that i would say it's so difficult to work throughout the other rows, we're officially down to the last rows. Okay, now, let's bend them and make them all. Look pretty oh, no, we lost a rose. Where is it here? It is now. I just need to leave these in my hair for probably like an hour, and then we could take them out and see how the curls look i have had these rose curlers as we're gon na call them in my hair for a couple hours. Let'S take them out and see how the curls are. I honestly don't even know where to start taking out the roses. I guess i'll start at the bottom, all right, curl number one now in theory these should come out just like regular flexi rod. Curls we put the roses on top of the plexi rods. Curl number curl number one is beautiful. I love having these little rose curlers. These are so cute, we're down to the last two. That'S one, oh, that last one was so perfectly satisfying all right time for a full bounce test. We'Re now gon na finger comb. It flip it upside down a few times and get the curls nice and fluffy. I love them. My hair is successfully finger combed and i fluffed up the roots a little bit. These might be my favorite curls. I have ever done. I think i've already said this a couple times while filming this video, but literally i've always either done like teeny, teeny, tiny curls or like really big and like wavy curls so having this type of curl is new for me and i really really really love it.
