How To Apply Lace Eyebrows

How to apply lace eyebrows

Yes you don’t need to go grab your glasses, that is exactly what I wrote. How to apply fake eyebrows otherwise known as lace eybrows. The first time I saw this video I immediately thought, girl you need to go have several seats with that foolishness but then I saw quite a few more videos on how to make lace eyebrows, how to apply them and most importantly women who actually prefer them to their real ones.

This is going to sound rachet but personally I do not chase down perfect brows, I will get my eyebrows threaded every two weeks maximum and when I don’t make it to the shop to do it, I don’t sweat it. But that’s me, I am a minimalist when it comes to that kind of thing hey don’t judge me!

Yet there are women out there who are plucking entire chunks of their eyebrows just to draw them in with makeup or apply a lace units in their place, and while we appreciate the need for this sort of thing for cancer survivors or those of us with naturally thin eyebrows; I can’t with the deliberate stuff.

If you are wondering what a fake brow is made of, well, stylists tend to pick soft Brazilian hair because it is fine and soft and looks ‘natural’ when applied to the skin. This hair also curls easily making it perfect for brushing and shaping. I am not making this stuff up, this was the message linked to one of the ‘how to’ videos.

Clearly there is a bias here and we are not ashamed to admit that but we do think this is a very viable business despite our personal reservations. We are curious to know your thoughts and if you have ever heard about this sorta thing. Would you ever apply a lace eyebrows to replace your own?

Here is a video of the application of the lace eyebrows, enjoy:
