Hi um, my name is crystal. I actually uh never do stuff like this, but um. Recently, i kind of came across a new experience in my life and i really wanted to try a wig because my hair started thinning and i highly believe that it's because of stress and just poor diet. So while i heal my hair um, my mom highly suggested hair baby and i got to see her wigs and they are so realistic. Looking it's crazy, so i went ahead and ordered one um and i wanted to do a refund because i wasn't gon na be here in time for my birthday, so i went ahead and emailed them and legit yeah, hair bibi went above and beyond to get this Wig here before my birthday - and i want to thank them like seriously - thank you because i really wanted to wear this wig um for my birthday, so here baby. Thank you. So we are going to legit openness together. Um i've been at work all day, but i got home, and this is here so we're gon na do this. So this is my birthday present from hair baby. Well, my birthday present from me through hair baby and they were awesome and you just need to know that. Oh let's be real here. Ladies okay, so i open it and i have a gorgeous box. All shazamed, okay! Well one! It'S really snug! So beautifulness here y'all! Don'T know that so we have a nice silky bag that feels like the way can then a goodie bags. What'S up, it's beautifully wrapped, it's super safe and there's a little breathing hole somewhere so right at the top there's a breathing because dude this? Yes, it's beautifully hair netted up, it looks like so i got the iso wig, the easter wig bob. It'S i got the side part with the curls, so i got look. Three is what i got and that's this little light right here. Okay, so there is that gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous. What is this? Okay? Look at this like legit, come on that like looks like my part and my airline like seriously look at this, it's gorgeous wow wow wow hold on. I just need to kind of admire this for a second, because i was pretty nervous to wear a wig, because it's not something i do um and this one looks to be like the most natural and it's super lightweight. But it's not thin because i live in arizona and it gets hot and the last thing you want is a crap ton of hair on your head. But this is super light airy, bouncy, um wow, so inside there's this adjustable band that i see here and it has like the bra hook thing. So you can adjust it. It has three little hooks and then i see the two side cones right here and a big back comb right here. Look at that! It'S gorgeous! It'S awesome! I can't get over this hairline, so they do pre-bleached pre-plucked legit looks like a hair like a hairline like really like. This is growing out of your head, real, it's kind of creepy. So i'm going to oh, my goodness. It'S gorgeous guys! It'S so soft smells good. It doesn't smell like it comes from a nasty trashy warehouse so like these people are legit and i could say, they're legit, because i've been emailing back and forth with them for, like the last two weeks now um and they are on it. I get a response right away: um like they're in a different time zone. Obviously so my night time is their daytime and i'm usually writing them at nighttime. So i always have an email ready in the morning. Like a response, all right, let me get my hair. Put away so i can put that on so you guys can see that, so i can see that i'm super stoked. Okay, excuse, my friends guys! Okay, do you see this this hairline holy crap? What is this dude? Oh my gosh, it's all my sideburns! I have a thing with sideburns like i need them in my life, because i i personally have my own beautiful sideburns, but if i can't wear a wig that lets me do my own or have something. Oh, my god, dude like seriously look at this. Look at this, i don't even get it. What is that? Okay, dudes wow? I actually love my part on the other side, so i'm gon na have to get that back home and fix my part dudes. What is that that looks like my real hair come on? Let'S be real here, what wow, i really don't need to say anything. It kind of speaks for itself, but here's what i know thank you here, baby for sending me this um, you guys are an amazing company and you go above and beyond to make your customers happy and i'm one of them and my event was my birthday. So, thank you um. As far as i'm concerned, you have a forever customer in me and that's just the truth. I think esa is it's the perfect fit for me. It'S perfect and i think i know i can walk out of my house confidently. I don't get it and thank you mom seriously. Thank you mom. I love you. My mom is strutting out every wig that hair vb owns their awesome confidence and me like tripping out because my hair is falling out, but now i have this. Do here's the two little clips and these are heavy duty - clips they're, not cheap, you love it so, as we know life's crazy, it's been crazier with this whole pandemic thing and businesses have slowed tremendously and a lot of them went under and they will not be Coming back so for them to acknowledge this and to get me this wig by my birthday um and give me free gifts and send me a five dollar gift, also as a sorry or thank you or whatever, it was just thank you for being patient, um and Understanding it's a company that we need to support because they're here for us and um the more we support them, the more they can give us like this awesomeness right here like what is this. This looks like my scalp guys and i don't got ta. I'M excited sorry um. We got ta, stop supporting businesses that don't get that don't care that we're just a number airbnb showed me that i'm actually a person and that's awesome. So thank you, hair baby.
