So today is Friday and I'm about to go get my hair slide. I have been rocking a sew in for the past two weeks, so I was like damn. I feel like I'm putting a bit too much heat on my hair and yeah. Let me just go back to wigs for a while, I mean I was doing a wig thing from my birthday like Wigs, Wigs, Wigs Wigs and then I was like okay. I feel like my hair's good now, so we can go in and do a sew-in, but then I did a sewing for two weeks and it was fun. It was really good. I just really am nervous about putting that much heat on my hair, and I know the girls are saying like no um so in the back zones are back like wigs are gone, we're done with the lace, but for me I don't think that's true. I don't think anybody ever would want to would want to put that much heat on their hair all the time and I'm not even talking about excessive heat. Okay, I had a kinky straight sew in in my head, so I wasn't putting as much heat as I would have if I had like silky straight bundles or body weight or something like that, but it was still heat. You know I was still blow drying. It was still a form of heat right, so that's why I feel like stones are great. I really really like them, but I'm always going to be a wig girl because of the level of protection that it gives my hair, especially because I don't use glue. I use got to be so. You know I use a hairspray to adhere my wig to my head, so I don't even feel like I'm gon na lose my edges or anything like that. I just think yes, protective styles are great, but I really like wigs and that's why I will always wear wigs. I'M not gon na stop anytime soon, because all my hair is covered and yeah. I like that. I really do so anyway. Leave me some rambling about that um. Today, I'm gon na get a wig in my head and I'm going for a color, I'm going for a reddish brown color and I'm very excited about that, mainly because I've been doing black for a very long time. So I'm ready for a little bit of color and it's about to get cold. Now we are almost in the middle of March. I mean outside is pretty warm, but you know I'm just I'm calling I'm beckoning Autumn. I'M saying awesome. Come baby, I'm ready for you baby, so I'm doing the reddish brown and I'm excited about that because yeah like I love a pre-colored wig, I've always been a stand for a pre-colored wig and I've always been a stand of a like. A pre-done pre collect pre, uh, bleached, pre-everything, wig and, of course, my favorite company. Ever while African came through okay, they came through and I'm just so excited guys. You need to see I'm gon na insert clips of how the wig looked when I took it out of the box girl. How is it that that is a wig that nobody has touched like? I have not touched it April. My hairstylist has not touched it. How is that? How the weight came like one thing about wild African, they will make it so easy for you to serve scalp and I'm just so excited. So my unit is a 22 inch unit. It is a reddish brown color and I'm going to be styling. It in a so it is already a body wave right, so we've already got the body and I was like okay. Why don't we just like Elevate the body right? Why don't we just make the body wave like better okay? So I'm going to go in and feather my layers, I'm going to add layers to this hair. I'M gon na make it big. I'M gon na do almost like a feathered bang, but it's not going to be a bang like you know, like a bang, that's going to be more like a bang like the layer is going to be kind of shorts, and I send my insole to my hairstylist And the color, with the way that I want to style the hair, I feel like it's so perfect, so I'm excited my vision, I'm very excited for my vision, um yeah! So I had a lot of hair like in the middle. So we basically made sure that we put that all the way down and pressed it down so that the you know Foundation would be really flat but like we always do in every single install we're using got2b and we are doing the ball cap method, mainly because I just prefer got to be, and I really think that it's the least harmful way to adhere your wig, and I also love the cleanup literally. It just takes water, so yeah, I just have a hard time with actual lace glue so yeah. Basically, this was her. Cutting off the excess cap - and I love the base and the foundation that April uses, because with a wild African wig, you are going to get a very pre-plucked wig. They do a very meticulous job at having your wig come already pre-plant. I'M going to show you guys, like April, didn't have to do anything. I didn't pay for customization. I didn't pay for bleaching. The nuts were already bleached. It was very well done and it's so natural. They didn't pre-plug it to where it looked weird or bold. So yeah um when it comes to the foundation and the way that you apply the cap when you put a wild African wig on I've, learned this because I have really worn their hair guys. So we've learned me in April that you don't want the foundation the um, the cap. Basically, you don't want that to be super obvious, because you're going to be able to see it very clearly, if you don't have a good base, so make sure that it matches your skin. Make sure that you look bald headed underneath a wow African wig, especially because the pre-placking looks so natural that, like you're gon na be able to see, if you didn't take time and make your scalp like seamless, you know what I mean so anyway um we are Now going to brush out the curls, when I came for my appointment, she had already curled my hair, so yeah we're just working on the layers right now, like I told you guys, I want something very layered. I want something with a lot of body, but I don't want to lose too much length. I love the length of this hair, the thickness as well. I think the reason why I'm not oh, I wasn't nervous about um layering. This hair is because it's so thick there is so much hair on this Wig. It kind of gave me like Beyonce pageant girl, full bundle Vibes. I believe I got 150 density. I will check for you guys, because it's giving 200 it's giving 180 it's giving thick. So I wasn't nervous about layering the hair, because I knew that it wasn't going to lose a body so yeah. This is her putting the hairspray on my head and then we just finished and finagled the bangs. The bangs are much shorter and we layered that a lot compared to the rest of the hair, and you can see it in the end of the results and yeah you guys.
