New Medium Length Topper- Alana Top! Shown In Each Color (Official Godiva'S Secret Wigs Video)

Hi, i'm danielle the daughter of the mother-daughter owners of godiva secret wigs and in this video, i'm talking all about our alana top she's. Actually, the crown area of our most popular page boy, wig alana, which i am wearing right now. So i'm going to show you the alana top talk about it and then show you all the colors she comes in including three gray colors, so my hair is very long, so i've kind of put it up in the back, i'm just going to try and keep It out of the way, so you can just see the alana top so the top piece here she is so she is attached by four metal clips two at the top and two at the bottom, and you really don't need much hair to have it. Um, stay really secure. All of our clips have this little rubber piece right here. So, even if you have just a little bit of hair it'll snap very secure and it will not pull your hair. So what i'm going to do is open all four clips and then i'm going to put her on i'm kind of holding these top clips and i'm flipping it over. And then i'm going to put these two front clips right at the front of my hairline and just rock them, and then snap them in place. Stop that and in the back the same thing: there's these two clips and rocking them and then clipping them in place and then give her a little brush. So this is the alana top in the marble brown h, which is actually the color. I had the wig on as well. This is um the first top piece we've made in this color, i'm very excited for it. It'S this beautiful marble brown with this great highlights of gold anyway, we'll get back to the colors in a few minutes. So this is a lana top, so in the front you'll see she doesn't really have a bang. It'S this long, long, bang, which you could definitely cut and then she's smooth and let me show you the back and never mind my ponytail. So she has this great smooth back, so she is perfect for women who have smooth hair. Definitely whether your hair is here or even kind of down to here, especially if your hair is more layered, you can get away with it longer and longer and i'll show how it looks with my long hair a little bit later, so she so any of our Top pieces are great whether your roots are growing out. Maybe you don't want them to show, or you have thinner hair at the top, or maybe your hair is dirty or oily, and you don't feel like washing it. It'S so easy to throw a top piece on and just not worry about the rest. Also they are very cool and lightweight, so i want to show you a little bit more with the inside, so i already showed you those four clips right so on the inside. Let me see if you can see better on this one, you can see, there's actually all these open wefts here so most of our top pieces they're going to be more closed like this, but the alana top is very open wefted. So what that means is it's extremely lightweight even more than our regular top pieces. Also, the hair is not as dense, so it's going to lay even flatter on your head and it breathes even more, which is amazing, so that is our elana top all about her. I just want to tell you now about the actual measurements of her base, so from the front to back so here to here is 6.25 inches and then from the sides here to here. So right here to here is 5.25 inches, so we have some top pieces that are a little bigger than this, and some that are a little smaller, this one's kind of right in the middle, just a great size to fit that crown of your head. So now i want to get into showing you all the different colors she comes in so like i said, i'm kind of trying to keep my hair out of the way as much as i can just to show you the piece itself. So i'm going to start from darkest and go to lightest and i'll show you the grays at the end, so the darkest color that the elana top comes in is called dark chocolate. So my hair would be considered espresso, which is a soft black, but i could even get away with wearing the dark chocolate. So four on the front, we're in the back and i'm not gon na, just i'm not gon na fully style each one. This is really just about color for you to see so again, here's the dark chocolate. So isn't this cute! These hairs just come right around the neck here and then that great back never mind my hair. So this is the dark chocolate color. So as i go through, i'm going to be saying, rooted and non-rooted. Some of these colors are not rooted, some are rooted and what rooted means is that at the base, you'll see a little bit darker color, so you'll notice on our website. There'S two products: there'll be a lana top and a lana top with roots, so you'll find different colors in each one. So this would be dark. Chocolate, there's no roots, so you would just find it under the regular ilana top product. The next color i'm going to show you is called coffee, latte, r, r, meaning roots. So this one you would find under the alana top with roots colors. This is a gorgeous color, so it's a deep brown, but it has. These, like very subtle, lighter, highlights all throughout them. So two at the front two at the back, and if you had bangs of your own, you could put this a little bit behind the bangs and wear your own bangs. You know you can just play so this is the coffee, latte r color, so you can really see here. It'S that deep brown, but it has just the beautiful blended, highlights, not chunky but just like, i said more of a blend. So this is the coffee, latte r color, so the next color you actually already saw. I had it on earlier. It'S the marble brown h. So this is that color i showed you which is like i said the first top piece we've made in this color. I'M very excited for it. It'S so fun, because your your own hair could just be brown, and then you get to wear this over it for a highlight that you don't have to purchase at the salon. So this is the marble brown h, color, so h, meaning like all that great highlight. So it's a medium brown and then it has those highlights all throughout it. So for the rest of the colors, i'm actually going to leave my hair down, because there will be such a contrast. You'Ll really be able to see what is the piece and, what's my hair and i'll, show you if i wanted to wear with my own hair, how i would do it too, so the next color, let me see here so the next color is mochaccino r. So again, r meaning rooted. So what i like to do is when you get your piece, it may look like this. I like to take one of our wire brushes and just brush that center part and just kind of break it up. You know a lot of times these pieces have been traveling to you or they may be sitting in your drawer. So i just like to break it up a little before i put it on so then two clips at the front and two in the back. So you'll really see now just get her going where the piece is going to lay like if your hair was you know here. So this is that mochaccino-r color. So i just want you to really be able. You can really see here on the sides and here in the back, if you see something white, it's just the tag, so you can really see where it's going to lay and that's the moguchinar. So for me personally, if i was gon na wear a top piece, this would not be my number one just because i would want a longer one, but if i was gon na wear this, i would definitely do it with my hair up. So let me grab a clip one. Second, i'm back so what i would do if i wasn't weird as i would clip it back here, because for me it has to you have to be able to make sense. So i would leave these pieces forward and i would use just a clock clip and i would clip the back like this. Obviously, i'd also have it in my color, so that would be a way just if i wanted to just cover the top, but i didn't really want extra hair at the bottom. I could also do it just in a low ponytail or regular ponytail. So, even if i took it like this did a ponytail. If this was my color, it would totally blend in and again it just gives me that top so anything. If your hair is way longer than the piece you can still wear it, it just may need to be clipped or in a ponytail or half ponytail, or something to kind of disguise that um. But if your hair was you know even here, we'll say that would make sense even with it down right. Even here, it still makes sense. Just maybe not not quite this long, unless my hair was super layered so back to the colors. So this is the mochaccino r, so the next color i'm going to show you is called nutmeg f. This is a beautiful kind of more strawberry color and again it's a rooted color, so you're going to find it under the lawn, a lana top with roots and one thing that's really cool with any of our with wigs or pieces. One thing that's great is: if your eyebrows are darker and your eyes are darker, this rooted part makes it make sense with the rest of you. So this is the nutmeg f. I want to just hold this mochaccino next to it, so you can see the difference. So see how the nutmeg is more strawberry. This is more kind of a cooler, almost beigier color. So let me do a turn with the nutmeg, so the next color i'm going to show you is called creamy toffee r. It'S a wonderful more of a golden blonde. Color and again, i'm just brushing out that little middle area, and just so you know these pieces, i've never even put them on. They have not been brushed, they have not been touched until literally, i am putting them on right now and i see a hair somewhere. So again, right at the hairline and in the back and then just give it a little brush and you can part it different ways. I personally like to just kind of see how it wants to go and then go with it that way, but definitely if your own hair, if you like to part it this way, your own hair. This way, you can train the piece to go this way as well just a little bit of brushing, but i find i like to go this way and if you want a bang, you could also cut a bang into this top piece as well. So here is the creamy toffee are so it's going to be more of a golden blonde and you'll see it. Has this lighter blonde throughout? It also fix my neck and then i'm going to just show you. I just want to show you here's the nutmeg. So you can see the difference and then here's the mochaccino just so you can really see the differences also on our website. You'Ll actually be able to see a colored chart of the colors right next to each other as well, which is really helpful, and then the lightest blonde that alana top comes in is champagne r. This is just a gorgeous color, it's so cool. So again, i'm giving her my little brush, so champagne r is just beautiful, like platinum, blondes, with the deeper root, it's really cool, the other thing with the top pieces. That'S great is say you don't want to dye your own hair, but you want to have highlights on the top. Well get a top piece. That'S a little lighter or a little more highlighted than your own hair and just wear that, instead of having to get your hair done so this is the champagne r just pull this away, so you can see a little better minus my! You can definitely tell what's my hair, so this is the champagne or this gorgeous light blonde. Let me show you the back so she's great so say for fun. I wanted to wear a color totally different, so i'm still going to take it, clip it back or do a ponytail or something that breaks up this from this. You know what i mean. This would not be my first choice, color um, but it is gorgeous. This champagne is so so hot, even in wigs too it's a great color. So now i'm gon na show you the grays, so i'm gon na put my hair back in a ponytail just so it's a little easier to see. Okay, so the deepest gray is called sandy silver. So this one i'll show you when it's on it's going to have a little lighter gray in the front and a more brown gray towards the back. Oh, i think i missed this. She likes that side part. So you see how here in this front, is this lighter gray and then over here and in the back? It'S gon na, be the darker nevermind, the tag more of a brown gray, so that again is sandy silver and then the next is going to be frosted. Taupe i love this color, so frosted taupe is kind of a color. We say it's a great like color if you want to transition into gray or you're, not quite fully committing to gray but kind of it's this gorgeous color, and it's almost like a light brown with a it's not like a silver gray. It'S like a more taupey gray color. So this is the frosted taupe, so it's just a really cool color. So it has this lighter kind of almost beige gray in the front, with a light brown gray in the back. So this is the frosted taupe color and i just love how these pieces just come right around your face, which is so cool and then the last gray. Oh, i want to show you these colors side by side, so you can see so this was frosted taupe. I just had on, and then this is sandy silver and the last gray is silver's. Silver stone is, oh by lobster is uh one of our most popular gray, colors and in a second i do want to show you the other piece we have. That is similar to this, and i want to so you can see the the difference, so this is silverstone so she's a great. She again has this lighter gray here on the front and a more silver gray, the rest of it. So those are all the colors that she comes in and one last thing i want to show you is the difference between a lana top and medium top. So let me find find them both, so i'm gon na put on the alana top first, so you can really see where she falls and then i'm going to put the medium top on. So you can see the difference and i did them in the same color to make it a little easier. So here's the alana top, which we've seen this whole video so you'll, see these hairs come just about just like under my chin right and then these hairs around i'll just show you they're coming. You know below my ponytail here, but the biggest difference is going to be this front, so really look at where this hits me in the front all the way down here, just below my chin. So now i want to show you the medium top, so you can really see the difference because they are they're going to be the the most similar. So here's the medium top also in creamy, toffee r get her on. So she has a little bit shorter bang. Here in the in the front, and then here is where you'll really see see how her all her hairs are hitting me up here. So there's nothing coming down here right, so that is going to be the biggest difference. Is these hairs are much shorter, where the alana top hairs are longer, so the back is similar. Also like. I said it's really this front so again, like i said these hairs, even if i try try, try, there's just nothing, there's nothing here, you know, and it has these shorter little bangs kind of here in the front. So that's going to be the bigger difference. A lana top is going to give you more length here in the front, a longer, bang and just more length. The back is pretty much the same, so a lot of people may have both for a little different look like for me personally having longer hair. I would go towards the alana top, so let me put her back on so you have a lasting impression. So these are this is our alana top, which i'm so excited to show you and she comes in these gorgeous colors she's, so easy to wear. She is high quality synthetic hair. So what that means is you use our shampoo and conditioner made for high quality synthetic hair? You just wash your in the sink with cold water and the style comes right back, there's nothing!
