My New Favorite Style! Curly U Part Wig Ft. West Kiss Hair | Protective Style | Curly Hairstyles

Foreign, hey beauty, so in this video, as seen in the intro clothes, I will be installing a 22 inch u-part curly wig, and this is what came inside the bag, some lashes, a lace band, a bonnet and this wig y'all other than this video. I'Ve learned that this hair is so versatile, but this video is about this curl pattern, we're about to make some shakes so I'm starting off with kind of freshly washed hair. I mean it's old. It ain't all that new, but this is a great time to install something like you part wig, because my hair is going to be away because I don't want it to play so it is the morning I need to get up. I I'm up all right. I'M up, but before I like the part, I've learned that I like to kind of see what this section is working with just so I can kind of know how much to part out, and I can kind of see the shape that the wig is so I'm Going to grab my rat tail comb and I'm going to pre-part my hair out, so I do like to go off camera and section my hair down the middle just so I can make sure I'm kind of getting an accurate feel for what I need and then I go on each side of my middle part to pull out hair for my leave out and that's how much hair I'm using this is a u-part wig. So you do need a little bit more hair than a V part wig, but because it's a curly texture. I don't have to put heat to my hair and it's just what I need right now, I'm also going in to pull out my perimeter because I am going to style it in like some braids going across my sides. I just want to have a little bit of leave out just to add to that braided. Look to give it more of a seamless natural, looking braid down sure my leave out is out of the way, so you can braid it down. You can put it in ponytail. You can do some flat twists, whatever will make it convenient to make sure it's out of the way. So you can get your perimeter ready to be installed foreign. So now that my leave out is platted down and out of my way, I'm going to section out where I will be using for my anchor braids now instead of ankle braids, I found this new method that I really enjoyed, and it's very quick and simple. I just take a section on each side of my leave out and then I part it so I can plait down each section. I normally do this according to like how many Clips or Combs is in the, U part or V part, but I've learned that doing this technique. Where you plot it down is so much quicker so convenient and it's less tension than what a braid or an anchor braid right there would do don't die because there's a clip in the back of this unit. I also parted out a section behind my leave out. So I can clip that wig onto some of the old socks. Once I get my ankle braids set. I then go in and detangle my hair and make sure everything is good to go in a low bun. So I am going to be using a wide tooth comb just to detangle my hair and, I do add a little bit of leave-in conditioner on my ends, because this will be under a wig. Why not condition my hair foreign foreign to install this wig? It'S very simple: all you have to do is clip in the clips, and you are good to go. Is really that simple? I hate to say that it's that simple, but it really is that simple, as you guys can see, I just clip in the clips on my little plaits that I have for my ankle braids and that's it I mean you could do a tug test. It'S not going nowhere and these curls are so pretty. I did co-wash it with a little conditioner and that's what it's looking like after it's been air dried. But let's work on my leave out: I'm just going to unbraid what I have for my leave out and, as you guys can see, it's not the same texture right now, but my hair does curl up with a little bit of water. So I'm just going to add some water to that. I'M not going to finger curl it I'm not going to do any type of manipulation to my hair because I just want it to fall with this hair seamlessly. And if I finger curl, my hair, it won't be the same. Texture it'll actually be tighter, so I'm just going to add a little bit of water and some Eco styling gel to the root of my hair, and it's going to lay that right on down. I was mad because I was y'all, I'm working with an empty tube of Eco. That'S terrible! But hey it's a little bit left in there for me to style this wig and a little bit goes a long way honey. So this is how the way it looks with my leave out, um Blended in with it, and I'm just gon na give you guys a quick glimpse of the back and just how it looks, and you can even put this in a ponytail if you wanted to Add some leave out in the back that'd be great, but I wanted to try something new. So I'm going to be sectioning out part of my hair and the wig hair to do a braid down on each side and if you do not know how to braid, you can do a flat twist. If you don't know how to flat twist, you can try. Other styles, but you guys just eventually, if you don't know how to braid practice on yourself and I promise it's gon na look a little funky first, but after that, I'm pretty sure it's going to be something that you can wear and be very proud of.
