How I Refresh My 5X5 Closure Wig 5 Days After Installing!!!

Thank you happy New Year, happy New Years, you guys, how are you in 2023 in this video? We are about to talk about how I keep my wigs. Looking fresh. Okay, if you don't know, I purchased um the hair. No, I think I purchased this wig, I'm not sure if it was bundles or if it already came as a wig, but I've had this wig for one whole year. You guys and it still looks fresh okay right now, as you saw um in the previous clip. I like to tie my hair up and uh go to sleep with a bonnet on and, of course, I like to tie down my uh edges, especially if I choose to glue it down, and in this case I did. I decided to glue it down. That'S only because currently your girl is bald. I have absolutely no hair underneath my unit. So that's why, although it is considered a glueless unit, you know I I don't have any hair, so I need some type of security. So right now what I like to do to Fresh up my hair is to Fresh up my edges, so you want to use some type of foaming lotion, some gel some hairspray, but I would prefer some foaming lotion and just Spruce it up a little bit. You know: do your baby hairs the best way that you can, if you don't know, I don't really know what I'm doing half the time, but I do my best and I do what works for who for me and um, since I already had an idea of How I wanted it to look, I just practically just spruced it up a little bit, and you know that's just how it goes so as soon as I'm done sprucing it up, I am going to tie it down um while I curl the hair one thing I Would say about this particular hair is that it doesn't hold or curl for too long um yeah it just doesn't hold a curl. It does okay. Let me let me rephrase that it will hold a curl if I do um a heatless method where there is no heat being used it for some reason the curls do last longer. I would say a few days longer than if I were to use heat, but in this case your girl is going to use some heat because I went to sleep without doing the heatless method, so we're going to use some heat. So I'm gon na put my hair up just so that I can go ahead and put um a band on the front of my hair. Just to you know just to make sure it's uh just to melt it all over again and to make sure it looks right. Okay, you want your hair to look right um I did. I did go ahead and sprayed some um. What do you call that? The to protect the heat protectant, I spray some heat protected y'all. I spray some heat protectant to protect the hair. I think I over did the um the spray of the heat protectant, because your girl was struggling to curl. The hair, like I just felt like it, kept getting stuck for some reason. I don't know why that has never happened before and I normally don't use that much heat protectant, but I figured for the video I might as well. Do it yeah next time I'm not gon na? Do that like it is what it is. So I already pre-curled the back, I'm just showing you how I'm curling the front of my hair um with my flat iron. It'S it's really self-explanatory. You put the hair in and then you just twist and twist and twist until you get a curl and that's it. It really is just that simple um. I do like to curl my hair with a flat iron rather than an actual curling iron. I don't know what it is why I can't understand the concept of a curling iron. It just doesn't work for me. My hair does not actually curl with a curling iron. Maybe I need to take a class or something, but it just doesn't work for me. Maybe I'll work for you, but it doesn't work for me. The flat iron works. For me, I'm gon na do what works for me. You do what works for you and besides using a flat. Iron is just a whole lot easier, um yeah. So I'm going to show you um this. You know both the side that is curled and then the side that is not curled and in a few seconds you're going to see both my entire head curled see at this point. This is how you know you really feeling the music, because I was feeling the music a little bit too much laughs and voila. The hair is magically curled thanks to editing something that took two seconds really took me about 30 minutes. So now what you want to do you want to make sure that the curls are completely cold. You don't want to still have them warm to touch. You want them to be completely cold before you run your comb, your paddle brush your fingers through the hair. You want to make sure that it is cold to touch I'm still jamming y'all. I am still jamming to some music. So at some point, you're gon na see one um how I should have waited a little bit longer for my right side to cool before I combed. But I didn't I was impatient, so I'm gon na go right ahead and try to fix this particular curl because it was looking a little. It was looking a little sad. It was definitely looking sad and I'm going to take my time and I'm going to curl. It as I'm talking to the hubby in the back, I'm talking to my husband in the back and then I have my little baby to the side of me and she wants to you know she wants to do my hair. She see Mommy doing her hair. She wants to do my hair as well, so right now, I'm taking off the elastic band and, yes, perfection. Do you see that listen? Your girl was feeling herself? Okay. You know you feeling yourself when you poking your lips out: okay, like yes yeah, so I'm just fixing the back of the elastic band that I have in my wig, I'm just fixing it uh. Do you not see the natural Sheen shine in that hair that year, hair is a year old? I'Ve had it for a year and it is still looks Flawless. No issues, no problems, no tingling, no matting a whole year. Your girl been rocking this wig and I have her brothers and sisters to prove it. Oh my God. Oh my God, I swear. I am a mess you guys. I am such a mess, but anyway I'm just gon na Spruce. It up a little bit comment to my desired look and it looks good period, and this is the finished. Look you guys the hair is amazing, the hair is gorgeous and I just love it anyway.
