Can you put my cap on before they see my hair, like this hey y'all and welcome back to my channel? If you are new to my channel, just go ahead and click that subscribe button and turn on your bells. Now, today, we'll be doing a blonde hair transformation to mint green, and today's hair is provided by sun for hair. Now they did send me over this 613 um bob cut wig, and this is what the wig looked like fresh out of the box. It is um. You know pre-plugged um slightly, but i did go in some more and do some more plucking and as i mentioned, it is a you know: 613 bob wig. So it's already cut as a bob and everything like that so um. I did not want to do blonde on my girl drinking today, so i decided to turn up a notch and give her some color. So i'm going to show you guys how i water dyed this wig um, mint green and i did use the door dye in the color sweetman and i actually ended up using two bottles of the dye. Like i dipped it, you know the first time and i let it sit and it was a very very like pastel soft color, but i wanted it more. You know a little more intense, so i did go ahead and use two bottles of that sweet, mint, um adore die and once i got that color um how i wanted it, you know i let it sit in that water um for a minute, and i just Kept combing through the hair just making sure that all of the hair was wet and that the color got on all the strands, and once i am done with the whole coloring process, i did go ahead and you know of course shampoo and conditioner wig, and i Also did some more plucking, so after this um you know water die video. We will go ahead and get into these uh. You know into this installation, so stay tuned now. First things. First, i'm just going to go in with my hair growth and repair, um, serum and just go ahead and um. You know oil, her scalp up now, y'all see her. Braids is old. We is not going to take them out. She tried to keep her braids in a few installs at a time and i ain't gon na lie. I do the same thing so don't come over here. Judging that there's a no judge zone but, however, i am gon na go ahead, um and i well. I went ahead and applied her beautiful hustle wig cap to her head and i'm just going in now with some java color foundation and just applying it all over um her stocking cap and then i'm gon na you know go ahead and well. I already went ahead and cleaned her hairline with alcohol, and i also used my beautiful hustler skin protectant and you know protecting her skin, which also has a little alcohol in it too. To make sure the hairline is clean and now i'm just going to go ahead and you know i place the wig onto her head and i'm going to add the same foundation that i used on her caps on the wig and then i'll begin to glue her Wig down okay, open source, oh and of course the adhesive that we are using is my beautiful hustle and lacemade adhesive, and i did apply five layers to um her hairline into her cap for her install today. You just want to make sure that that glue does turn clear before you apply the lace, i'm just showing you right now, after all five layers, how that glue is clear and i'm going to go ahead and pull that lace right into that glue, and i just Like to start from the center, as you guys know, work my way around the sides and just place it and just have them hold it, and then i will proceed to blow dry it on the heat setting and i will also um you know: hot comb, the Lace in as well using my glam wax and my hot comb so that he can help with the melting process as well, and then i will go ahead and tie down her lace with the melt belt and um. Just you know in the meantime, flat iron, her hair um, while that melt belt is sitting on the hairline for about 10 minutes, i would just go ahead and press the back of the hair out, so you will go see her go from frizzy to straight um. After we come back and it's time to remove that milk belt, so stay tuned, you now we have removed that meltdown. It is time to cut off those uh. You know those extra which just time to cut off the extra lace period but um, as you guys, can see the only thing about this wig. As far as like the construction, you can see like those those two white little thick thingies. I don't even know what to call them. It'S like part of the wig construction, it's very visible on the side. So that's the only thing i say i wasn't really like a big fan of as far as this wig is that you can see other thick part as far as the construction on how they made it on the front sides of the wig i felt like they Should have been, you know a little more back behind the ear, but you know overall just because it's going to be a simple uh middle part. A blank cup bob is not really a big deal, but i'm still going to give her baby hairs and everything like that um. So you know you just got to do what you got to do, but i did want to point out a key fact now. Y'All already know we all know: um drika has like a chocolate skin tone. So right now i am working with transparent lace and it is some key things that you need to know: um we're working with transparent lace, especially on darker skins, and i do the same method for my um brighter skin clients as well. It'S like, i always go underneath the lace with foundation then i do add another coat of that foundation on top of the lace before i do. Um, go in and um tie it down with the melt belt for the second time before doing the baby hairs so that white transparency type of line that you see now you will not see it once i go in with that. Second coat um of foundation on the top and i've seen somebody asked before down in the comments when i'm using transparent lace. Um, do i add the foundation on just the uh lace or a little bit of the hairs as well, and, to be honest, once you go on top of any lace, um, like especially transparent lace, to make sure it's blended, the makeup will automatically get like on The very front ends of the hair, but i do not go like an inch into the lace and you know add foundation. I just take - and you will see that later on in this video i just take whatever foundation is left on the brush and i just tap it across the hairline or whatever on that foundation touches it just touches, and that's just about it like. I don't specifically aim to go in like deep, so, as you guys see right here as i'm taking that foundation that was um left on that brush and um, you know tapping across the hairline. Of course it's going to get on the front and hairs, but it's going to remove that white cast from around the hairline and i'm showing here the before and after so i'm just going to go ahead and continue to do that and once that's done um i'm Going to part it down the middle um prep the baby hairs and of course i will um, you know, tie the hairline down again channel. Oh keys championships change, oh and now i'm gon na go ahead and just pull out all this section for the baby hairs and i'm just going to add a little more foundation on top of those baby hairs, um and then spread the hairline down, and i just Wanted to really really make sure that that lace was going to be like melted with her skin complexion, especially because this is a colored wig, and you know when you're wearing color hair. You got to make sure everything is right. So i just took a little extra precautions and one on top of those baby hair sections that i pulled down and just added a little more foundation, but don't worry it's not going to get caked up or anything like that. You just want to use the remaining foundation, as i mentioned, that's on the brush and you should be fine, so stay tuned, uh, foreign foreign and now i'm just going to take some tresemme and spread across the hairline and tie it down with that milk belt. Once again, and once that melt belt, um sits on that hairline again and you know that holding spray is completely dry, i will go ahead and remove it. Uh create my baby, hairs, um and then get into the cut to keys. Don'T cheat oh focus talking talking? Oh change championships channel, oh and now we're going to go ahead and get into the cut now that the baby hairs are done and i'm just going to take some scissors and just scissor cut the bob um. I just like to use scissors. I just like to get you know, get that hand work uh in, so i'm just going to go ahead and always start from the front of my middle part bob and cut the guidelines in the front um. That way, i could control the length of where the bob is going to stop and you know just match uh the rest of the bob with the cut. So i'm just going to start here on this side and you know just start evening out the cut all the way around and i'm going to do the same thing until the other side is complete as well, but kids. Now that that cut is all complete um. I'M just gon na go ahead and you know quickly, um conceal the part and then i'm going to flat on the bob as well, but i do didn't want the bob to be like bumped, like that. I do want more of a straight look, so i'm still going to give it a nice bump, but more straight sort of kind of if that makes sense, but as you can see, the bob is not stiff. It'S shaking this movement. I, like, i really did like you know. Overall, i really did like um this wig from somber hair. So but as i mentioned, i'm going to go ahead and take that same foundation, color and use it to conceal her part just to make it look more cleaner and neater. I'M not going to use any color spray because one, i don't even know if they have spray in a mint color, but usually with color wigs like this um, i don't use any spray at all. I just use the foundation only but however off camera, i did go ahead and bump the bob now just adding a little or sheen um to the wig, just to give it a nice shine, because, as i mentioned, i like to um, you know bump my wigs With no product that way and still have all this bounce and everything, because sometimes people get carried away with the oils, and that does make your bob look wet or stiff, and we don't want no stiff bobs over here sweetie. So now that um, i went ahead and did that i'm just making sure that her cut is perfect. So i'm just catching any little pieces that i might have missed when this uh, you know the cake was on, but now that that clip is off. Like i mentioned, i'm just going to touch those little pieces and, as y'all can see, i put their wrist to work honey and that bob is cut. Okay, do y'all see how clean that cut is all around, and this is bob goes for me honey, but i'm going to show you guys some bobs with me using like the clippers like the razor clippers or whatever like that. So i will do that. Of course, i'll be doing my bombs more colors, so stay tuned for that as well, but this is officially slate 10 out of the 30. We have more videos coming.
