Jon Renau | Haute Wig Review | Venice Blonde (22F16S8) + Some Tips & Tricks

Hi everyone. Thank you so much for joining me today. Today, i'm going to be reviewing hot by jon renau in the color 22f16s8, also known as venice blonde. That was a really mouthful. There was no way. I was going to remember that that color code, thank goodness for wig studio, one that i get to try all of these wigs, because i purchased this one on clearance and you know i i wanted to try a blonde blonde like this is, but i didn't want To spend an awful lot of money just to try something, so i was really happy when i saw it on clearance by the way, if you haven't stopped by wig studio one. It'S also a really good way, if you're thinking about ordering a popular style or a popular color, and you want to make sure that it's in stock before you order it and get that dreaded email saying that it's out of stock, you can check on there all Right, that's what i've got to say and i wanted to put it out there for each and every one of you anyway, i decided to go with hot. I really wanted to try this style for such a long time. Hot is one of the few styles in the jon renau line that has hd fibers heat friendly fibers. It has a left, mono uh part, and it has a lace front and this color venice blonde. It'S one of the california blondes. I think it is so pretty and i thought it would be. You know when i first got it. I thought i am going to get it i'm going to try it maybe i'll review it and then i'll probably have to sell it, but you know i think it's going to be a lot of fun for the summer. This is a light ash blonde blended. With a natural blonde and we have a root of a medium brown, this is a an 8 root, so we don't have a very stark root, which really, i don't think, would look very nice with the light ash blonde and the natural blonde. Someone would have told me three years ago that i'd be wearing this color. I would have laughed in their face. This is not a color to go directly from being a brunette to a blonde, because this is a true blonde and it took me a while to get here so um, but i'm a bit adventurous. So i thought yeah. I am gon na i'm gon na give that girl a try and i'm glad i did. I think it's fun. I think it's a really pretty style. Yes, it has hd fibers, but the length is nice. It'S not! It'S not going to be rubbing against my shoulders or anything like that. I can wear it with a clip over to the side and leave some fibers down here. I just think it is adorable. I i really really do. I think it's so pretty and look at this look at this barrette that i just got. Isn'T that pretty i got this from dale and hawk. That'S where i get my earrings from my jewelry, i'm not wearing the the chain, but i get my all of my earrings that you see me wearing. I get them at dale and hawk, but i thought this barrett. These are handmade in tennessee she's, an incredible artist. I love supporting her and, of course i could add that right there, it's not pretty. I think it is so so so pretty let me show you the lace front. So here is my hairline. Here is the ear tab and, as you know, i just match my hairline to the root of the wig, and that way it just blends really nicely. As you can see, it's actually a really light brown, so i could match it very very easily. This is a question that comes up on our facebook group so often because many ladies feel that this is an indication of the wig not feeling not fitting properly or that the wig being too small, and it's not a matter of the wig being too small. It is a matter of a low hairline, so what happens is if i would buy and i have purchased a large size. Then i get a gap right here in the crown that is empty, because the wig is large. This wig fits me perfectly. It'S not writing up, and this doesn't have an extended name, but it doesn't ride up. It fits very comfortable. I can wear this for hours and it doesn't. It doesn't bother me at all. The problem is my very low hairline. There is not going to be a wig that is going to cover that hairline, so i have to play with it. I have to see i have to see what am i going to do to make this wig look a little bit better. If this is a low density, so if i want to wear it behind my ears, i can do that just some root powder and just match it up. Actually, i'm going to get the root powder, so i can show you this is the one from clairol. It'S very affordable, i think it's about 11 and this will last a couple of years, because you really don't need that much. You get a there's the powder and you get a little brush on it. I also have the one from wow that one's more expensive, though so i just go over my hairline and, as you can see, i'm just matching it to the root and you can apply some. You know they have blonde. There'S blondes available, there's light brown, there's dark brown hot has a bang of 11 and a half inches. It has a crown of twelve inches. The sides are eight inches and the nape is four inches very nice style to wear behind your ears and it does have that left. Mono part we could add a headband and that looks really pretty really pretty light light light, fibers, very nice and wispy feathery. It'S it and it doesn't, it doesn't feel as if i'm wearing a wig, it's just it's incredibly comfortable. I have a 21.75 circumference, so you can gauge on that, and my face from hairline to chin is seven and three quarters, so you can see where it may fall on you, because, because this is heat friendly fibers, we could add some curl. We could make it stick straight. We could do a number of things with these heat friendly fibers right now, i'm wearing opulence by gabor in the color, sugar and charcoal or sugar charcoal i'll put it across the screen, because i can't remember which one of the two it is. We don't have any permatease here whatsoever, here's the left, mono part, and it just comes right down to your temple. To temple lace front. We have our nice felt, ear tabs, which stays a non-extended, nape velcro, adjusters and a nice stretch to the cap, because this is a heat friendly fibers. When i take it off at night, i use the jon renau hd, smooth detangler, and what i do is i just take my wig, and i do this with all my wigs, whether they're synthetic or they're heat friendly, and i go to the inside by the nape And i just give it a couple of sprays, then i take my wide tooth comb and, as you can see, it just goes through very very smoothly and if i find any tangles, never tug just run your comb through and if you find any tangles, if you Hit a spot where it, it stops just add a little bit more spray. As you can see, i'm not adding much and then it will go through very smoothly and that's what we want. Every three or four wears i'll take some of the simply stylin i'll spray. One pump in my hand, i rub my fingers on it, so i have very little product and then i just come to the ends and run it through my ends, and this will keep my hd fibers from feeling crunchy or feeling dry. But i only do this. Every three or four wears, and as you can see, i'm barely applying any something that i never want to do is take the simply style it and spray it all over the wig, because otherwise it may turn out looking a little bit clumpy. The last step that i do once i don't have any more tangles. I take the revitalize and shine from estetica again i do this with all of my wigs and once it's all detangled i'll, just take my revitalize and shine and just spray it a little bit and that keeps it looking really nice and now it's ready now, i'm Ready to hang it up and it's ready for the next day, all right, everyone.
