Mic check, mic check, mic check, hi, guys, welcome back to my channel, it's your boy, louie, so um for today's video we're not talking about my hair. No, no! No! No! We'Re not talking about my hair so for today's video i'll be showing you guys how to color hair so i'll, be showing you guys like easy steps on how to get your hair colored so we'll be lifting the hair and also applying your hair color. I love you guys from the bottom of my head, so first i'm going to wear my gloves for safety purposes and then i'm going to get a foil and place on my table. So now that's my mix plate so i'll be using this um developer. It'S in 12, then, my only from powder, why i am using a 12 percent developer is because of the reaction. I really don't want it to react fast, but um the higher the percentage, the faster the reaction. Then, for my mixture, i don't really have a certain measurement, so i just do whatever i feel will be okay for the hair. I am working with so now i'm going to mix it and for my mixture i like to do like creamy mixtures when i'm coloring the hair. So but when i'm doing for like um my nuts and all i like to make my mixture thick. So now i'm going to be applying the powder on the hair. You know application, i don't want it to like um get into all the strands so because my clients wanted um like dark highlights in the hair. So i'm just going to rub it in and make sure it doesn't get into all the hair, because um by the time i get my um, my dye is going to stick on the lifted part. So now there's another thing about um bleaching, bleaching lifts your hair from black to brown and then to a bounce brown and then yellow then gold and then blonde so, but for this step, i'm doing for this particular one. I'M doing i just want to lift it from black to brown. Now i'm going to put all the hair into a foil and then cover and allow it sit for five minutes. So these are the color i'm working with 76, 30, 71 and 69. So the reason why i am mixing colors is because i want to get um like the shade, like a very dark shade so like when you combine colors together, it comes out really beautiful. So now i'm going to wash out the bleach from the hair. So this process i like to go like three to four times and then i'm gon na get my purple shampoo and then rub it into the hair analyze it for like one to two minutes and then and wash it off. The purple shampoo takes out the brassness like the yellowish undertone from the hair, so this will help the bleach. Sorry, the um hair color stay in the hair. So now i am doing the hot water method i'm going to like pour in all the colors into a container where i have my hot water already. So now, i'm going to dip the hair one after the other. So, like one of the reasons why i like to do the hot water tomato is because it helps to like manage your product and to get the product into the hair. Now i'm going to get more hair color and put it in the water and then use my mix brush to like push it in, because i really want everything to get into the so now guys. This is the exact shade i was going for. I can't wait for the hair to dry, so now i'm going to get my egg and oil and apply directly in the water, where i have all my colors and then i'm going to get my silicone mix and then put it in so why i like to Do this is because i don't like the hair to get all frizzy after the application, because most times um, the bleach can make the hair really pretty i'm going to let it sit for like three hours. So now i'm going to get my egg and oil and my hawaiian silky and then apply on the hair. So after that i'm going to sun dry the hair so we're about to take the head to the actual state it came in. So i'm going to spray! It with my old spray comb it out and then get my curler and curl it.
