Perfect Pre-Highlighted Wig For Brown Skin | Yolissa Hair

Hey guys welcome to my channel, my name is fatima and today's video we're going to be installing this unit, which is from yolissa hair, so they sent me their highlighted wig. I'M so excited to be reviewing this unit, because i've seen a bunch of girls wearing this wig and i've been trying to get a hair company to send me this specific wig, because i feel like the highlights are so freaking pretty. So i finally got the wig and i'm so excited to be installing this. On myself, this is 26 inches and 200 density. The link and all the information for this hair, of course, will be down below in the description box. I did already go in and be sure not a little bit since this is a brown wig. I just went in and bleached the knots just so that the knots can lighten just a tad bit more. I also washed the hair and i let it air dry, which is why it looks like you know, blow dried like this, but i didn't blow dry it i just washed it. I also washed it with purple shampoo just to tone the hair a little bit and get the white blonde parts to be like more so white, because they were more golden. Also, something to note the lace on this unit is very dark. It also has like a gray tint to it. It'S just everything you don't want in a lace, so i'm really gon na have to put some work in to get this to look good. To be honest, the first thing that i'm going to do is i'm going to go in with a foundation. Usually i go for this shape, but today i'm going to go for this shade, because i do want to use something a little bit lighter than me. So yeah i'm going to go in with this shade and pack it on to the lid. That'S usually what you want to do when you have a darker lace, you want to pack it with like a foundation shade, that's like slightly lighter than you, and hopefully that helps to kind of just like cancel out how dark and gray this lace looks. This is what this looks like, i feel like it makes such a big difference. The next thing that we're going to do is cut the ear tabs off so to install this, i'm going to be using my go to admin spray, the black bottle specifically and i'm just going to be spraying that all over and then i'm going to tie it Down with an elastic band just to make sure that everything is stuck down and then we're gon na go in and cut the lace okay, so i've had this elastic band on for maybe about like 10-15 minutes. So now i'm gon na take this off. This is what it looks like, so i'm gon na go in with the eyebrow razor and just take off all the excess lace. Now that that's done, the lace is still not like perfectly melted but we'll get there um. So now, i'm just gon na pull out the hairs that i'm gon na use for the baby hairs. Okay. So once again i let this elastic band stay on for maybe about like 10 minutes. Okay, so i think this looks pretty good. Now we're gon na go in and do my baby hairs. Okay, now that i cut my baby hair short, i'm going to take this little mini flat iron and curl the baby hairs. So i think i'm going to do a middle part. Today, i'll put this down the middle okay, i somewhat created my part now, i'm gon na go in with my wax stick, my character wax stick and get that everywhere. First, i'm going to take my hot combs. This one is from amazon. It'S the andes, hot comb and it gets super hot look how flat this is now that we have flattened this out and we somewhat did the baby hairs. I am going to go in and fix the baby hairs a little bit just so that they're more like sleek, i'm going to do that in a bit. But next step is to straighten the hair. I'M just going to go in with some by silk with my babyliss pro flat iron and just straighten everything. I cannot wait to see what this looks like when it's like completely straightened, because the top already looks so bomb so wow. Okay, you guys, i literally love the way. This looks like i'm obsessed with these highlights seriously. I'M super obsessed, but i'm just putting loose at the top, because there are some flyaways and i just want to like really make sure everything is nice and flat at the top here to kind of end things off. I'M just going to trim the ends on this because the ends are like a little bit thin. So just to make everything, look you know nice and even i'm gon na, try it okay guys. So this pretty much concludes the video for today. I just put it in like a bust down middle part straight here and then, of course, like i said i did bump the ends a little bit and i just think it looks so cute.
