Amazon Braided Wig Review | Ft Olymei Hair

So today I have a wig review for you guys and it's on this hair that I'm wearing on my head today. So if you would like to know my honest opinions on this wig, please stay for the full review. So starting off, let me tell you a little bit about the hair, so this hair is from the hair store on Amazon called olime, but it's spelled o l y m e, i it's 36 inches, full double lace, front triangle, knots, box, braided, wig with boho curls And box braids with baby hair for black women, synthetic lace, frontal braid wig. That was a lot. So I believe that the cap is like an average fits-all size type of cap. It is supposed to be like a synthetic Swiss lace type of lace. It is 36 inches, so let me go ahead and turn around, so you guys can see how long it is on me, I'm 5'2, and it goes to like the middle of my butt. So this is it swinging? Yes, so I really do like this wig. As far as the style and the curls that come in it, but there's a lot that is, there's a lot of Cons with this wig. So, first of all, it's synthetic. So that means that the curls are going to be frizzy. The curls are not going to last long. I'Ve had this wig for about. I want to say two days and you can already tell like is not gon na last, like it's already Tangled, and I haven't even done much to be honest with you um. So that's a con is like the curls on the wig I like the curls, but for it to be synthetic I mean sorry for it to be synthetic, no um, the lace. Let me show you up close the lace. Okay, I tried it so y'all don't have to so don't be coming up in the comments. So at first I put a concealer that was dark like Contour on it and that didn't work. Then I put a lighter concealer on it and it still wasn't giving me what it was supposed to give but keep in mind. This is a lace, braided wig. So, of course, it's gon na look kind of Wiggy, so I would suggest if you were to buy this wig, it's not for everyday, it's not even for going out. I would say it's mostly for like taking pictures from afar, okay, because right now it looks good right, but if I get up close and personal to you, you're gon na be like what the is that. Okay. So that's my suggestion. If you do go ahead and buy this wig um, I don't think this is going to last very long. I'M just being honest because um look look at this. This is it's it's so like tangly and Raggedy. Right now and like I said, I only had it for like um two days. It is 129 on Amazon. If you buy it right now. I don't know if it's gon na go up, but hopefully it doesn't. I was getting comments like. Can you uh? I posted it on my Tick Tock and I was getting comments like. Can you bleach the knots and did you pluck it? I did not pluck it because it's already an individual braids, so if I did pluck it, it would just like fall apart um. So I didn't want to do that and then I did not bleach it because it is synthetic. So I don't think that would I don't think you could do synthetic hair like that. So I would just say: try to um make it look like scalp as best as possible by adding concealer on it or whatever little tricks that you have. But if I was to give this a rating out of five, I would definitely give it a 2.5 because, like I said, I do like the style of the braids, but as far as like, if I can wear it out, if I would feel comfortable wearing it. No will it last long, no um. This has only been two days and it's it's not holding up well at all.
