Hello, everyone welcome back to my channel and yes, you read the title correct. It happened, but first, let's get into Sydney's hair and today I am going to be doing um crochet locks on Sydney's, beautiful, newly relaxed hair, and that was the last hairstyle that she was rocking that bantu knot out, and so many of you got on me saying. Oh, you should let her do her own hair, that's how she would style her hair the day the next day she came home from school in that one video. If you have not saw that video, yet I will um, probably link it above here but um. She came home and she said Mom can I style my own hair and I said yeah, because sometimes I allow her to do that. Especially when her hair was natural, she would wear a fro. She would put a um things on it, but anyway, let's get into this hair. This is the tociana goddess locks from Toyo, tress hair, and this hair is the bomb it is. I like it because it's like the curly, the goddess locks and it has like the curls within the curls and it's only 14 inches. This is perfect for Sydney um. I think next time I'll go with the 12, but 14 is perfect because she likes to have longer hair so I'll. Let her slide this time and um. I like the hair because it comes with a lot in the pack, so it has like six packs and within each pack it has 24 pieces of hair. That'S a lot y'all and I only ended up using three packs and I have three packs left. So the next time Sydney wants these um locks in her hair, I'll use it. So I'm prepping Sydney's hair for um, the crochet and y'all, I'm braiding her hair and it was going great and she was toughing it out and I was like okay. I can do this, you know and I don't really like braiding relaxed hair. I think natural hair is the best to braid, but it happened and she was like toughing it out. She was like okay Mom. I can do this, but then, by the time I got to the second braid and I was really careful. I made sure I detangled her hair just because you wanted to be good and ready for when you put that um needle inside her hair, but this girl. So I did the front, I did the back and I did the back big braids four big braids, because Sydney couldn't take those braids in the front and I believe I did about eight braids in the front six or eight six braids in the front. That'S all that was needed six four in the back, and I let her wear that hairstyle to school tomorrow, the next day, because she was tired and she cried from those braids. So I wanted her to relax. So here is the hair and it has a loop inside of it, and I like the loop, because you can expand the loop and get your fingers inside of it and then you can um actually tie it knot it twice, but Sydney shoes already. I don't want to cause any more pain and this hairstyle is going to be in for like a week or two, so I didn't want to Loop. It so many times and knot it so many times. So I only knotted it once um and I'm gon na just allow you guys to watch that. While I talk about the subject the topic so Sydney told me, she came home the other day and this is where her hair was freshly relaxed y'all. She told me that some girl pulled her hair at recess and y'all. My heart dropped because we know how we are about our kids and that things are going to school and how we just we don't like it. Okay, that's all I'm gon na say we don't like it, and we see all these things on social media that parents are doing now and honestly. I can see myself doing it. No lies. I can relate okay when these parents do like the crazy. You think it's the craziest things until you actually have a kid, but when you are mature, you like, I would do it, but you actually won't do it, but borderline okay, but um. So she told me the girl just came up behind her and pulled her hair. I was like what okay, so I'm going to show you how I do the back. Let'S pause the story for a second, so I want to do everything Loosely because Sydney, that's where the most pain comes from on the nape of her head. So I'm just going to do everything Loosely. I did four big braids and it's okay um. I don't want to torture, her we'll do whatever is works best for you and your child. You know that's my Moto here here on this channel um, I'm just going to Loop. It once and that's good, because once you put, the crochet in everything will settle and it will be good and also, I want to say, I'm going to show you how to um kind of hide the crochet when it's bigger, braids, but right now, I'm still at The top and I'll get back to the story, so she said they were at recess and a girl just came up behind her and just pulled her hair. Oh, and another thing I want to say, is um: if your child is really tender, headed, like my, you can just um crochet the hair within the braid and not under the braid. That causes a lot a lot, less pain. Okay. So if you are a person who or your client or whoever doesn't mind or isn't, tender headed go under the go under the braid, where your um applying the needle, but if they are really really tender headed and they can't take pain, just go within the braid. It'S okay, it'll have like a little bump at the top, not bump, but it'll. You can tell it's sitting on top of the braid instead of under the braid and that's okay it'll like give it a little volume. So I was like Sydney. What did you do? You know? That'S our first thing as parents, what did you do and she was like Mom, and I cannot believe what she told me to do. I was like I mean. I cannot believe what she told me what she actually did, how she handled it and it's the way I teach her, but it was like a bit extreme and I was kind of shocked I was like. Oh, you know I was like did I you know all this time, because Cindy is like a child that she was afraid to watch fighting scenes arguing. She is not a child. She if it was on television, she would turn away. She would say Mom. I don't want to watch this. She doesn't like any fighting any um altercations, she's, just not that type of girl, okay, so um. Here in the back, I'm going to show you how I am staggering: the crochet hair, I'm placing it in a staggered position like one on the left, one on the right one on the left and that is going to cover the thickness of the braid. And it's going to allow you to take up space within a braid and you don't have to apply a lot of hair. I did not want Sydney to have a lot of hair on her head. Like three bags was enough and those braids suffice and when you get when I get done with it, you can tell that the hair really covered the spaces, especially if you're just going to wear your hair down and Sydney likes to wear her hair down. She never really wears the fake hair in a ponytail she likes to wear down. So, as you can see, it's really covering the space, and I didn't finish the first one um, the first braid, that's kind of hidden. I'M going to go back and put a couple more in there, but, as you can see, even with that not finished the first braid not finished you can tell it's covered. So this is a perfect hairstyle for Sydney and um. So we are finished, I'm not going to really tell you guys what Sydney did but um it had me thinking like did I teach her the right thing or you know, because we say you know somebody hit you, you hit them back, you know so, but what She told me what she did. I was like. Oh yeah, I was like okay high five. You stood up for yourself. I was like that's the way to do it. You always stand up for yourself and don't let people attack you you always you don't go looking for a fight, but you finish it they hit you. You know what I mean but um. Can you guys guess what she did? I don't really want to say it. Just because I don't want things if somebody might see this video, I don't want her them to think like Sydney is a certain way because she's definitely not, but let me know what you guys think she did. But let me know if you like this hairstyle. I added some um hair jewelry to her hair. It is so perfect, she loved it and let me tell you: she loves to love those braids too, but I want you guys to go ahead and go to the link down below and get this hair and um. They have a bunch of stuff that you can do, I'm sure that you get a percentage off but go to the link down below, and I thank you for watching. I love you guys and Sydney is on this relaxed journey and I thank you guys for being here with us and, like I said, check out the link down below to for this hair. We love this hair and y'all know. I don't promote anything that we don't love. Thank you for watching and have a great day.

Megan Patterson: Sydney loves it!!!! Good job mama!!! I love this style and it looks amazing on her!!! I hope Sydney pulled that other girls hair back Sometimes the only way people learn is if they experience it themselves!!

Chargirl: Though i haven’t been subscribed long, I feel like I’ve watched Syd grow from all the binge watching haha. You’re such a good mom! I pray you and Sydney will always be close. Methinks Sydney stood up for herself gracefully at first, but it escalated.

Pamela73: I know SYD pulled that heathens hair back. Yessss Syd. No bullying us ova here.

Della Dabner: When my daughter was Sydney's age I told her to defend herself too. Great job Sydney. I'm thinking maybe she pulled the girl's hair too. Lol

Kimberly Latham: Way to go Syndney...u handled her like a champ...I'm sure she'll think twice b4 pulling your hair let alone anyones hair...love the hair style

Nichole Lawrie: Good video, her hair turned out beautifully! Great job styling! I loved that you got Syd's input, and that you put in the advice to pull hair through the braid instead of under for sensitive scalps. Love love love

Pamela Broecking: I love her hair like this. I hope y'all decide to keep it for a long while. (I've been watching for a while and wonder if commiting to microlocs would make doing her hair less painful , or would it just be annoying?) Anyway, great job mom!

Nicole R: Love the hairstyle! You go Sydney

Emme29: So good to see her happy with her hairstyle!!! Alright sweet girl, we see you!!!!!

Heart Of Gold: When I was in 2nd grade, I was a new student just moved from New Orleans to Houston and this 1 girl was jealous me , my hair and all the attention I was getting, oh also skin complexion. She ended up cutting off a chunk of my longg curly crinkly individual braids my mom put in my hair. I only found out once kids watched her do it and then told me way after the fact and I saw my hair on the floor. Oh them my mom had to trim my hair to even it out, but it blended well since it was super curly hair

Bisa and TT ‘s life Treasures: Love the hair whatever she did. I am glad she stood up for herself

MingToi Isaac: Very nice hair ❤️ Looks good on Syd. Hope she enjoys it☺️

Van Henry: Beautiful style on Sydney! I hope whatever she did made the girl think twice about touching her hair again.

Tania S: I love her hair style making me want to do it .

Ros: I believe Sydney just showed her how it made her feel!

Erica Lewis: I believe Sydney did the right things I means our hair is ours you know I love her hair she rocks that style

Cierra: Did she pull her hair back??? I don’t condone violence but if Syd did pull her hair back it’s only right. Kids need to keep their hands to their self.

Karen Jamerson: Awesome hairstyle Sydney ❤️

Kathie Baldwin: Good for her! That's beautiful

Sandra Johnson: Your daughter hair is beautiful and I know what she did she handled her business. Either she pulled her hair back are she black that eye are busted her nose. Either one I'm ok with it because she didn't start it now she can continue to be her and stay humbled.

KeeKee 625: Haven’t finished the video yet but I remembered watching a video of Dr dray on YouTube talking about sensitive scalp. You should watch it maybe it’ll help you out. She’s a dermatologist and so far she’s helped me out.

Carmencita Davis: A lady did the same thing to me one time on the bus because she didn't believe this was my real hair she thought it was fake hair just because I have long wavy and curly hair and when she found out that it was my real hair she looked at me with a strange look and said so what are you mixed with I told her Cherokee Indian, black and white she just said hummmm and walked away but I know sometimes people do things just to be evil or funny or because they are jealous so the person that pulled Sydney's hair was probably jealous, trying to be funny or evil person

Sandra DeJesus: SYDNEY LOOKS SO CUTE I LOVE IT..... ♥️ I THINK SHE MAYBE PUSHED THE KID???

Linda Smith: Her hair is beautiful I understand

Crystal Foster: Super cute

Yashica Jett: Some kid pulled my granddaughter hair friday. What the he double hockey sticks

danielle simpson: She is super cute!!!

lilbabygirl2021: Syd said I am not about that life but when it came to it I had to show them a little how not to mess with me

Quirky Jones: IDE have kids but why are they so mean... Yes sometimes they're just being honest yet have no filter or their parents haven't gotten around to teaching them yet or not at all how to be tactful in a social setting. But physical actions go beyond the "honest no filter," it has now become intentional and with purpose. We have to do better with our children or they will end up in jail or in hell fkng with any of my nieces and nephews (bc like I said I'm barren.) Y'all BETTER start teaching them some manners or I'll be forced to do it and I'm pretty sure you probably won't like how I respond or how I handle situations regarding my family.

Devynn J: Did she slap that girl whatever it was, I’m sure it got the job done

Sandy Sandoz: Beautiful wow

Haishi Mungin: Gorgeous

Christy Woods: Beautiful ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Melondy Whitfield: How many bags did you use?

carrie payne: Yanked her hair off her neck!!!!!!

FeeFee 86: Did Sidney confront or slap the girl??

Angela McKee: Pulled the girls hair back

Because_I_Have_To: #beautiful

NJ: Was this just to get ppl to watch lol just saying! Hair looks pretty tho..

Alita Grandison: Oh no!!

CAcutie1978: Hair is important, it's part of a girl/womans beauty. But for your daughter, I see that she is very unhappy with her hair most of the time, sort of how I was as a child, how many lil black girls are. I believe you should try to focus her on other things like sports, extracurricular activities like dance, soccer etc.. She is too stressed out over hair, and it won't resolve itself without another healthier focus for her. Show that you think hair is not of the upmost importance, and she will follow your lead. Maybe a simple ponytail with baby hairs will resolve the obsession about hair and its texture.

Tatiana Ciani: Relaxers are giving women cervical cancer hun You shouldn’t have permed that lil girl hair
