Trouble Laying Your Wig? Try This! Flawless Natural Yaki Wig Install | Myfirstwig

Foreign, hey Beauties, welcome back to my channel, it's your girl, Faithfully Asia, and if this is your first time visiting, welcome so dolls today I'll be reviewing a Yaki unit from one of my favorite vendors, my first wig now this is their new air lace unit, which Is supposed to have an invisible melt and mimic the natural scalp, and this is a 13 by 6, a Yaki unit, so that means there's a plenty of parking space, as you guys can see. Okay dogs, let's get into all the important details of this unit. First, let's tackle the part in space. This is a 13x6 unit, so if you prefer the middle or the side part it doesn't matter now, this unit does come pre-plucked in a natural state. I, like my units a little more on the over plucked Vibe, so I did go in and I plug this unit a little bit more, but of course this is optional and not necessary. Like next, I said: okay, let's go ahead and let's create these baby hairs. Now, if you're one of my faithfuls, you already know that I've been making my own little natural baby hairs for a couple of years now. I think that these are the most natural way to mimic your natural hairline, because everyone's natural hairline have baby hairs, but they're not always like plastered in their head, like what you have come to know to be lace, front wigs. But we all naturally have little pieces of hair, so why not just create them on the unit? Next, of course, I'm going to take my mousse to lay those baby hands down sporadically you don't want to do it in any perfect form, because it's supposed to be natural. Lately I like to flatten my hair, using my wax stick with my hot comb, but then I was thinking about my old installs, in which I used to use my mousse and my units used to be laid as well. So I was like. Let me go ahead and try the mousse method again, lay that down and tie a scarf over it and it gives it a nice Sleek melted. Look as you can see. This is a Yaki straight unit and it is my first wig which means, in my opinion, they have some of the best Yaki unit on the market. Um. However, because it was packaged, I did go over slightly using my flat iron just to get out any of the Kinks before the install, and since we added those baby hairs, we want to cut it as close to the hairline without cutting the hairline just to make Sure we don't cut off those little baby hairs that we just created. Yes, look at this okay dolls! Now it's ready for me to try it on now. I do have an old ball cap. That'S hanging on its last limb. I'M gon na work this ball cap because y'all know I don't do ball caps, so yeah. This is gon na, be like my third install with this ball cap. I think it's time to give it a rest after this one. Let'S go ahead and try this on now. This unit does have an adjustable elastic band in the back as well as a re. Well now, actually this one is not removable. Now this lace does lay a little bit low on both sides, so I am going to cut this shorter just so it could fit my head a lot better and just to give you guys a look at the hairline with no glue, and now this elastic band In the back is almost in the way of me cutting this ear tab I might have to remove it, I'm sorry that works, but you even though it's not removable, you could cut it out if you want okay. So, let's see what I'm gon na lay this unit down with today, I'm gon na use my boho Liquid Gold, so the ball. Looking gold is one of my favorite adhesives to use for laying in my lace wig. But today, since we're doing Throwbacks, I decided to grab the guys to be glue spray to add on top of it, and it reminded me why I don't grab the grout to be glue spray. I don't know, I'm just not feeling it anymore. I definitely prefer to even New York lace spray over the guys to be glue foreign, okay, yeah. Let'S do this side part instead, who am I kidding? The middle part? Is not my Ministry cause? Your trouble trouble yeah, yeah yeah. Let me add some concealer I like to mix mine. I have to apply the concealer to The Parting space. I cleaned it up using my root touch up, which I absolutely prefer over the black hairspray, but guys this moves did not fail me. This unit is melted. Okay, melted in the air lace is lacing. You guys tell me which method do you prefer? Do you prefer the mousse or do you prefer the hot comb comment below and let me know okay dolls, so this is my final. Look, pretty legendary. If you ask me, I love it. As I mentioned, this unit is from my first wig. I really should have washed this unit before I installed it didn't only vendor who's Yaki, I know, ends up so straight after you wash it. Of course it's still Yaki texture, but it would have eliminated me having to go over it with the flat iron, but this is an 18 inches. Let me stand up, so you guys could see where this falls on me. So it looks pretty long. It'S giving 20 inch Vibes to me, even though it's 18 inches um I'll double check that it's 18 inches If it's incorrect I'll make sure and have that across the screen, and I didn't get any shedding really. I don't really typically get too much shedding from my first wig unit. Of course, all wigs shed. So let's go ahead and say that, but the shedding on their units are typically minimal and, as I mentioned, this is their air lace, and this unit is in a 160 density for those of you guys who prefer your units to be a little bit more thicker. I know before that was like one of the common complaints is that their units weren't full. This is a nice density. Actually, this is a really nice density, so this was a really simple install, I'm not sure if they're going to have any coupon codes for you guys if they do I'll be sure to put that across the screen.
