Affordable Wig Install (Under $100) | Beautyforever Hair

What is up real ones? My name is leah hiskias, and today i'm going to be showing you guys how i installed this gorgeous wig from beauty forever hair. I am so excited to show you guys this wig, because it is about a hundred dollars and if you get a little bit of a shorter length than this one, you can get it for under 100, which is pretty affordable compared to a lot of the wigs. That i've installed on my channel before so yeah, i'm i'm really impressed with this hair and you'll see more of what i think throughout the video. So let's get into it. So the hair came in this nice little pouch and y'all. It is so beautiful. I don't know how many inches i got i'll have to ask them. I know the 12 inch one is like 75, the one above, that's like 88. I think the 18 inches might be like 102. This looks like it might be. Like 18 inches, i would probably say one thing i thought that was interesting about this. Is it only has lace at the very front right here? Usually i get a full lace wig. So that's when it has this lace all around it. But honestly, after seeing this one, i'm just like dude, this is the type i should have been getting, because that means i have to lay down less of the wig, and that sounds great to me because i'm not too good at that part, so um yeah we're Just gon na place her on real, quick because i've been watching wig tutorials and all of them cut the lace with the wig on. I have just cut the lace wrong way too many times, and once you cut your lace, you really can't go back. Okay, so then i'm just gon na take this comb that came with the wig you guys. I have never been sent so much free stuff with a wig in my life y'all like it said they were sending a free gift on the website, but dang. I didn't expect them to send like all of this, i'm sure now, you're, all wondering so i'll show you first off. They sent me this huge set of comb. This one came in here too, but literally what it's a 10 piece set amazing. They also sent me this, which i'm gon na use to like lay my edges down. It came with some cute nail foils like okay beauty, forever hair i've never tried wake tape before, but it seems promising. So i'm gon na try this in this video as well. So we're gon na be trying a new way to lay that wig down it even came with a set of foam curlers like come on, dude like they did not have to do it on them. Like this, oh yeah, you see how, since it doesn't have lace on the side, i don't have to deal with any of this stuff, like i just honestly love that, because, as long as i feel like, your edges are laid like right, there you're good to go. You know okay, so before i use the wig tape, you just have to make sure um. Your hairline is like really clean, like with not any excess product or anything on it. I'M just gon na take this natural facial cleansing pad with tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is like very cleansing and stuff, so i really hope you guys have registered to vote. Yes, you i am, i am putting you on blast. I see you. I'Ve never used double-sided wig tape, so i'm a little nervous about this. Okay, i just stuck up the first piece: hmm, this is a little hard to work with, but we'll just do this put this like right below my hairline, because, obviously you know i'm not trying to rip my edges off or anything with this. Okay, all right cool! This is a longer piece, so i think this will be easier. Okay, so tweezers would be ideal for this step, but i can't find any so. I'M gon na attempt to use these mini scissors to try to peel off the layers. Okay, that was a terrible job. Um, oh, that one was way easier, all right, um, we're just gon na restart cuz um. I started sweating, and so i feel like it's just not sticking on my head anymore. I'M gon na try drying it off this time and just really try to wipe down any excess, sweat product or even tea, tree oil. Honestly, now that i'm thinking about i'm like wait, putting tea tree oil probably doesn't make sense because it's an oil. So i don't know we'll see: okay, let's try this again. If you want to be my baby, no i'm going to drive you mad you're, probably going to call me crazy, i'm the best you've ever had yeah. I can turn you on on on. Oh yeah. It'S hard to like cut them in half yeah, so i would use the whole like strip all right folks, we're gon na try this one more time. If this doesn't work this time, i'm probably just gon na use my like gel method - oh yeah, i just need to pull it from the middle part that makes it so much easier. Okay, okay, we're on to something here i'll just do the same thing where i'll pull it out from the middle. There we go cool, and now all you got ta do bam: okay, cool, alright! So now that that is taped down, we can go ahead and chop chop chop cut the lace, i'm just gon na cut along the hairline cool and then i'm gon na do the same thing on the other side, all right. So personally, i just kind of want to lay it down a little further. Like i know i know i said i was gon na try to do this without using gel, but i feel like for me the tape isn't enough, like. I think the tape is nice to have like the initial security, but now i'm just going to go in with my classic got to be glued and really just get those edges laid. You know what i mean, so i'm just gon na start off and take one of the combs that came with the wig and just kind of brush my hair back again and then pin that backwards and then we'll just do the same thing on the other side. So what i like to do is just take the gel on um a little comb. This came with the wig kit as well, and i'm just gon na take that a little goes a long way with this y'all, like i don't like whenever it's like too od with the gel, so just keep it low key yeah you're going to want to just Kind of place it along the lace to help it lay down so now that it's a little tackier you're, just gon na kind of just lay the lace down so that it starts to blend with your scalp and then i'm also just gon na kind of get. My baby hairs down now, i'm just gon na cut some fake edges. This doesn't really have like a pre-plugged, hairline or edges cut already, which is something that i guess you're sacrificing for a more affordable price um, but i mean honestly, i feel like it doesn't seem that hard. You know, like i, just kind of cut the hair off and i'm just gon na lay it down um and i know, there's lots of videos on youtube that teach you how to do both of those things. So you know sometimes you just got ta, send it. So now i'm gon na take some more of the gel and really try to lay that down. Oh all, right cool, so, okay, so they also sent me a pair of lashes amongst all of the other things in this set. So i'm gon na go throw these and some earrings on and i'll be right back! Oh my gosh, you guys these lashes are intense, but i'm just gon na add a little bit of oil to my hair. So, actually that's kind of a lot, but i'm just gon na start at the bottom kind of go like this. I don't want it to be too oily or anything. I'M just going to kind of lightly apply that sorry about the weird lighting in the back. You guys, i really need to get studio lights because i always like start filming as the sun is setting, and then i start tweaking because then there's just like weird boxes of lighting. In the background like come on, okay, so i'm just gon na use this brush. Instead, yes y'all, this wig is super cute. I really really like that. It doesn't have lace on the sides. You guys. Like honestly, look it's like. I didn't have to worry about like attempting to lay this part, and i, if i really wanted to, i could just kind of take my actual edges out a little bit and like lay those down, but i'm i'm good on that. This is like cute enough for me, so yeah ways that i would kind of switch up. The hairline is, i think one thing that would be cute is to just tuck it behind your ears and bring them forward like this yeah like i feel like. That'S a really good way to wear it or if you want, you can bring pieces down in the front like this pull this part back like this. I'M gon na bring some more in the front over here, tuck it back on this side too yeah. So you could do like a little piece in the front if you want like that, this hair is so cute. You guys i'm gon na go, look in the mirror and see what i like the most okay. So this is the completed hair. Look. It looks so gorgeous you guys, and it was so simple and easy to install, because the only lace i was working with was right in the front, so i will have beauty forever hair linked down below.
