Shea Moisture Wig Products Test/ Unice Hair

So this unit, we're working with today, is from the company you, nice hair, and this is their lovely packaging. These are the goodies that come in the package. You actually get some fluffy snuffalophagus eyelashes, some nail wraps, which i actually like nail wraps your wig caps, a hair tie, and this is the lovely unit. So the unit that we're going to be working with today is actually a ombre number. 427. It'S 24 inches long straight. It has a 13x4 lace parting space. It is a hundred and fifty percent density. I will just let you guys know that i am so here for this unit. There are so many things about this unit that i really actually love. Look at that hd lace. It has lace in the back. You have your two combs on the side, one comb in the back and your adjustable straps. Now there are no elastic band hooks inside of this wig, but i did not need any yo. I didn't. I did not need an elastic band. This wig lays so flat. It doesn't make any sense. This is how long she is love her, let's put her on. Oh look, how you can look at her already and tell how flat and flawless she lays like there are. No lumps and bumps no humps okay. Now this was an epic fail, i'm just going to keep it real, i'm using the shea moisture wig bond and in the video later on, you're, going to see me using their shine spray. Now this is actually the consistency of snot and anything. That'S this consistency. I don't really understand how it's supposed to make your wig stick. So i went. I went around the perimeter of my hair with it once i bought it, because i do like some shea moisture products i use their kinky coily custard. I always have um. However, this this product was really an epic fail, so i actually did two layers here. I'M coming in with my second layer um. It has lots of good stuff in it, which is another reason why i was excited to to purchase it. But it's really not a good product. My husband is working in here so he's coming in and out, and that's who you guys will see me keep looking at so i'm blow drying it i'm doing everything that the instructions say and just to let you guys know. I typically do not go in with two layers of bonding on any type of glue that i use, because i take my wig off every night. So now we're going to lay her down. I did go in and put some foundation on the inside of the lace, as you can probably see. Look at her hairline this. This is one of my favorite units that i have received in a long time now, i'm going to just take my straightening comb and just comb the perimeter of the hair back and that's just i just do that - to get it out of the way. Now you guys see that even with the two layers of adhesive, the wig is not staying put you can see me moving it around there all right now i tied it down. I probably left it tied down for about 10 minutes, like i usually do. I'M gon na go back in and blow dry just to make sure that that horrible adhesive is dry all right now, for the fun part we're going to cut the lace off of her and, as i said many times before, i do not like to use the Eyebrow razor to cut my lace off, i just don't feel secure. Doing that you'll see me, keep i'm able to continue to lift the lace up even with the two layers of adhesive. So now what i'm actually going to do is because the wig is not staying. Um i'm going to go in with my freeze spray and spray around the edges of my head. This adhesive left me no choice and we're gon na tie her down again. This was an extra step because the adhesive didn't work for me. So a little cleanup on aisle three cut those side, burns, aka added security, and i just go around the edges with some clear guts to be gel, just to lay those little pieces down that come up when you actually cut the lace off of the hair. All right now we're going i'm going to actually first i'm going to cut some layers into the hair. Well, first, i guess i'm going to go in with my straightening comb and tame my flyaways. I cannot wait to style her and side part her. I think she's going to be so fly with the side. Part i'm going to go into my parting space with a little concealer, because i have a wig cap on today and we're just gon na hide the wig cap and define the parting area just a little bit more. Sometimes, as you guys know, i'll put that um scar away tape on there um, but the grid in this wasn't really that bad. So i didn't have to really do that. So if you get some concealer on the roots of the hair, you can always go in with your mascara and fix that now i'm going to cut a few layers into the hair - and i hadn't gone ham at this point, but i did go back into this Unit and cut more layers into her just to make her have a little more body and hold curl a little better. I don't feel like you have to really be a professional to do this. You just start off taking small bits of hair off and then you can go in and take more, don't go in full throttle the very first time because, like i say all the time, you can't put the hair back all right now. This, ladies and gentlemen, is where things get messy: this is their wig and weave. This is for synthetic and human hair sleek and shine spray oil shine spray. Now you will see the look on my face from the look on my face. I'M like the oil or the shine spray that i usually use in my wig would never do that. It would never do that. I just thought okay. Well, maybe it's gon na dry up, i don't know, but things never got better and you will witness that here. I'M still gon na try to keep it g, though, and still try to curl the hair just to see what may happen, but you will see that the curls just fall straight out of the hair every time and it's not the hair, it's the product. Look i'm like what the, but you know we're not going to give up we're actually gon na go in and put another curl in the hair. Add some hairspray i'm like well, maybe the hairspray will help hold the curl uh nope. Absolutely not. Now. I understand all right: let's talk about the pros and cons of this unit, um. First, first and foremost, i got ta say this right here: um some people product wise need to stay in their own lane like this is not. This is wig and weave oil, shine, spray, sleek and smooth, and it's supposed to be for synthetic or human hair and, as you can see before, honestly, what i'm probably gon na have to do to do. The final shot of this wig is i'm gon na have to wash that out. That is utterly ridiculous. To me. Maybe um, like kinky textured hair. Yes, perfectly fine, curly, hair yeah. It smells good but straight hair. Look at how greasy and and it won't hold curl. Now i didn't put any on this side over here, and it's blatantly this is so obvious um, so we're gon na have to wash her and re-curl her and and then come back. This is i just. I wanted you guys to see this because this this is so and that's two squirts two squirts on the hair so shay i'm gon na need y'all to stay stay in your lane, keep it with the kinky coily custard stay away from my wigs and weave you
