So now start blasting me with your questions, because I'm gon na go down the line and answer you. So item number. One, this is something that I use. This is something I wear. It is not every day that you have good hair. Let me repeat myself: it is not every day that you have good hair. Okay, if you don't have good hair, should you hurt yourself? Should you feel sad should do what should you do if you have good there? The key thing is this: keep your hair moisturized. Then you can slap on something like this, so this is a Barnet it's from Red by kiss, and this is a bonnet. Let me put the information Michelle. Thank you so much for following. I appreciate you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Okay, so um this Bonnet that I have on right now it is a keys Bonnet. It is made from silky material if you're going to not have good hair. Please please protect your hair, please what protect your hair. So this is a top knot. It'S called a top knot scarf, so I'm just putting that top knob scarf. That is what it's called. So you can get this top, not scarf it's inexpensive right now they have it for 5.99. Inexpensive. Always have this add this to your because this stuff is helpful on days that your hair is not up to par. So the next thing that I want to show you is: you want to invest in hair clips. Why you'll wonder like? Oh, I thought you're gon na say shampoo, deep conditioner, no, I'm starting off with the simple stuff hair clips hair clips. Why do you want a good good hair clip? Because, when you are working your with your hair, a lot of issues that people have and I'm seeing people dropping their question is that they say their hair breaks their hair breaks while washing their hair, their hair breaks? This, oh, their hair doesn't stay moisturized. Do you know, there's some reasons why your hair breaks and where why your hair doesn't stay moisturized. Let me give some people some flowers, the people that just follow me on Amazon, I'm giving you three flowers right now, one for LaShonda, one for Amazon, customer and one for Michelle a pick, your flowers at the door, don't leave it behind when you're leaving, okay, so Hair clips, you see these little things. These little things will help. You work better with your hair. You want to work with your hair in sections when you work with your hair in sections, it allows you to be able to moisturize that part of the hair better. Okay, so you do want to invest in a good hair clip sectioning hair clips. I'Ve tried over the years. I'Ve been natural. Now this year will make it 11 years. I'Ve used different kind of hair clips. One thing I find is that hair clips can break these ones are quite durable. I'Ve used it on my hair. I'Ve used on my daughter's hair when you wash your hair, wash your hair in sections when you moisturize your hair moisturize your hair in check sections. Why am I saying this if you moisturize wash your hair all in all like this, you cannot tell me you are treating each section of your hair taking care of the part of your scalp, because your scalp is where healthy hair grows from get it. So if you are not moisturizing your hair, well, if you're, not um, washing your hair, well, you can have issues now when you work in sections it also minimizes breakage. So you want to make sure you get a good hair clip right. So that is the next thing on my list. Um next thing that I have is before you shampoo your hair. Before you wash your hair, you want a treatment uh. If your hair feels dry, you can spray it with some water. You can put some oils and stuff. You can do all that stuff. I have this particular one that I've been testing out. This is a scalp drop, so this is what it looks like it's called I-45 about, 10 scalp stimulator drop. Now you can see I've been using it so much I've been using now, for I want to say about five months or so. Every time I wash my hair before I wash my hair, I put this in my scalp all over. If you've been watching me, you know that you see this a lot. You see me using this a lot and I love it because number one it contains biotin. If you know what biotin is, biotin is one of the I think it's part of the beef vitamins and this biotin um treatment right here, so this button treatment. What it does is that it helps stimulate your scalp. It helps fight against kind of like strengthens your hair. So when you're going to wash your hair, you cannotice that when you wash your hair, your hair tends to really tends to break right. How many of you comment below, if you know, when you wash your hair, does your hair tend to break? Do you have breakage now, if you're encountering breakage, when you are washing your hair, you want something to strengthen your hair. You don't want that breakage to keep on going on. You want to strengthen your hair, make your hair stronger so that when you're going through the washing process, your hair is strengthening. So I always apply this to my scalp I applied to my scalp. I massage it thoroughly in and I can keep it overnight or I can keep it for at least 20 to 30 minutes uh yeah. So that is one thing that I do when it comes to carrying for my hair uh. You have to treat your scalp well put the oil massage it in get your shark cap like this cover your end and then the next day, wash your hair or 30 minutes. After wash your hair, you want to strengthen your follicles to reduce, breaking and shedding. Now, let me tell you a little bit of a secret when you're washing your hair. After doing this, you know your hair is in sections. You already put your into sections, so you are actually on the right path. You can wash your hair while in twists, while in those sections and keep it moving. I'Ve retained more hair growth and less hair loss. When I wash my hair in twist or in individual braids, and when I wash it in sections, if you want healthy hair, washing sections treat your hair before you, shampoo it and washing sections. Okay, detangling section treat your hair before you shampoo it washing sections, three things: okay, let me I'm gon na be dropping some more stuff, so, if you want, you can invite, it is free share this on platforms, invite this with one of your friends, two of your Friends, so that next this year we all have healthy hair. We have the potential to have healthy hair, there's nothing stopping us. We just have to get our game plan ready and today we are getting our game plan ready. That'S why I'm showing you all this! So let me look at some of the comments and see what comments people are dropping and I'll be answering. I want to say: okay, I see people watching from all over the world uh. Let'S give a little bit of shout out to Mary Mary, all the way from Kenya. I see sayoi all the way from Sierra Leone. I see Michelle from Buffalo Shanna Shanna from connectcart, and I say: Daniela Daniela asked the question Daniela all the way from Switzerland. Thank you Daniela from Switzerland. Danella has a question and Delilah's question is: is the porosity important? If you don't know what porosity is porosity? Is the way your hair absorbs product so, for example, I am low prostate. I'M going to give you an example, so low, prostate hair doesn't want to absorb products more low process. Here is imagine this my hair. This is a hair strand, though prostate hair, when I put products through it, the product seems to sit on it now. The reason why hair processing is important is that if you know your hair prostate, you will know that if you have low porosity and the product sits on top of your hair, you will develop more product build up and if you are not using the right ingredients, The right products to remove the product build up. You can encounter not being able to moisturize your hair properly. You can encounter breakage because product buildup is like. If you don't wash your body right and you keep on having dirt, you go roll in the mud. I'M sure none of us are rolling the mud right now and you kick it on and you kick it on and you lotion your muddy hand your hand itself. Your skin itself would not be moisturized. It is going to be all nasty - probably you're, gon na have some rashes in there, so that is how low porosity is with low prostate hair when the product sits on top of the hair strand and doesn't penetrate product buildup, which can cause breakage right, because the Heaviness and all that stuff, the lack of moisture penetrating now on the other Spectrum, you have um what you call High porosity now with high porosity hair. Your hair shaft are open, they're open. So when you put products in your hair shell, the products goes in and comes out. That'S why some of you will say: oh, I moisturize my hair, but within hours it's dry. Now, if you are high porosity and you buy the wrong product, let's say you buy a spray and you look like you say that this is a moisturizing spray and you just spray the product, and you say: oh, your hair feels good after you, moisturize it and Stuff - and you are happy well, this is not strong enough to lock in that moisture. So when you hear the term, I want to lock in the moisture if you have high protein hair, you want to put products in layers. So that's why I proceed here. They could do liquid, they could do an oil, they could do a heavy cream and that kind of locks it and makes the moisture last longer. So that is why porosity is so important. It'S important to understand now. Could you interchange products yeah? You could interchange products but understand if your hair feels one kind, then it is so. Let me show you an example. So this is my hair and my hair is low, prostate. Let'S get our hair clip yeah! Okay, now I'm gon na show you. If I take this - and I spray it onto my hair - and I don't moisturize it well, you can see how it sits on my hair. Okay, if I moisturize my hair, if I know my hair is low protein, I know I need to encourage it for products to penetrate. I need to encourage it. I also need to let me put my hair back. I also need to use some form of heat. Okay, to deep condition, my hair and I'll be talking more about that as we go on, but porosity is so important and I and I hope this information has helped you out. Thank you so much Daniela all the way from Switzerland for asking that question. So, let's move on we're gon na go to the next ingredient and then I'm going to our next product that you need to have in your product, um aware of products and then I'll reply to Renee. Who is asking about a granddaughter - and she says her granddaughter - is still losing hair um we're gon na, be talking about that. So thank you so much Brianna Brianna just started following. I appreciate you, I'm giving you your flower, take it before. You leave today uh shea moisture, Jamaican black, castor oil shampoo, this stuff - I cannot do without it right. This contains um Jamaican black, castor oil also contains shea butter contains African soap um. I believe yeah. It contains uh, so many English peppermint cards to all it does not come to African soap. I always confuse it with the other one, but yeah. So this is very important to me. I'M low porosity. It is important to add in clarifying shampoo, adding clarifying shampoo use. A clay French shampoo, this clay, French shampoo, is gentle enough to use every other week. Okay, if you're low prostate, I find it even gentle enough to use once a week, even though I'll use like once every two weeks. This is very good in removing that product. Buildup remember what I said earlier about product Builder being something that can cause hair to break product buildup can cause you to not be able to keep your hair moisturized you'll be like. Why is my hair? No more stressed! Why can't I keep my hair moisturized, your hair has put a buildup and you have to clarify it's like creating a clean sleeve, so you want to get this. This is I've been using this for years. When I say years, I'm saying since the day they brought it out, I even have a video on my Channel showing me looking for this driving all the way. All around Houston. Texas, Houston is pretty big looking for this when it came out and since then I've always used this. As my clarifying shampoo, it is amazing, amazing, if you don't pick up anything today, you want to grab this um and, as I mentioned, it comes in different sizes. I always get the bigger bigger sizes and uh. I can't even show you I get a huge huge sizes of it. I purchase every time, so that's my purchase was October 9th and I purchased the huge one, and this is, I always have a backup because I don't want to be left without it uh. So it's very important for you to have a clarified, shampoo, add a clear price shampoo and you will come and thank me like. Oh, my goodness, I didn't realize that I needed it. Yes, you do. Yes, you do, and so I'm gon na just grab that and just show you where you can get it on Amazon and it is amazeballs. Do people say amazeballs, I don't know. Oh my kids, my kids were like Mommy, don't don't come with the old people's flag? I'M like what so we're talking about Renee Renee says a daughter is still losing hair. So Renee, you have to tell me more about this because um there are different reasons why somebody could be losing hair. You could be losing hair, poor diet, illness um. If you have a autoimmune, some some conditions, ex pre-existing conditions, could cause you to lose weight. Um lose hair. Uh malnutrition can cause to lose hair handling. The way you handle the hair. If you are you braid the hair all the time and it's tight, you can lose it from that. If you braid the hair or put you into a style and you don't moisturize, you could lose hair now losing hair. Let'S understand something: if you understand what I'm gon na say right now, it's going to help you when you see yourself losing hair, you have to differentiate between. Is this really hair loss or is this breakage or is this shedding different different right? So when you say I'm losing hair, if you have hair loss like big hair loss, it could be health reasons or something of that sort. It could be from something you are doing that caused you to lose their hair right. If you have breakage that is usually from if you're, using a tool that you shouldn't use, if improper handling of the hair shading is normal, shedding is like with shed skin, you don't see it. Thank God. I don't see it because I'll be grossed out. I change my bed shape and pillowcases every other I'll be like so gross out. Sharing is normal. You have a hair cycle right. Your hair has a hair cycle. Your hair has a time when it comes out and when it's stagnant and when it's it's time for it to grow and come out it's a cycle. It'S like a life cycle. You are born you're, an um toddler, you're, a child you're, a teenager you're, an adult you're, an elderly person. You go back to the Earth from where waste comes uh, where we come from okay, so it's the same thing is a cycle so with hair understand. So when people say my hair is not great, my hair is not green. It could be that you're in a life cycle or hair cycle, where your hair is stagnant, so different, hair Cycles. If your hair is at a point where it is stagnant and you're you're doing something you are, maybe you are a postpartum. Maybe you just had a baby. You have hormonal issue, it might be slower. Okay, your health, your health, if you're sick, it might seems in your hair, is not growing, but your hair is going, but it's just that because you're in that state you're in that phase all those stages. That could be why your hair seems stagnant. Your hair is growing, I see lioness says she also uses this to wash her hair last night and she absolutely loves it. Thank you so much lioness for sharing that information. Yes, yes, yes, sending you a hug. This stuff is amazing, okay, so yeah. So that is why we need to differentiate what is hair loss, what hair loss and things of that sort. So Renee said she washes the hair every 7 to 14 days and she said she deep conditions: the hair with homemade avocado, deep conditioner and the baby the granddaughter is still losing hair Renee. Let me tell you something: this might be time to lay off that homemade avocado, deep conditioner, you need a product that will penetrate deeply into the hair. Now homemade's recipes are good right, but if you're using an homemade recipe - and it's not giving the result that you want change it, they say there's a term that people say they say. Insanity insanity is when you do the same thing over and over again. I am not calling you inside insane or whatever, but I'm just trying to say if something doesn't work, try something else. Um I'll give you some instances. Okay - and I know that was - I think - that's like the third product, yeah and lioness also says avocado. Maybe two more two much protein. This is the thing I'm talking about and thank you so much Leones. This is what I'm talking about. If you don't know the hair prostate, if you have low hair porosity, your hair doesn't like so much protein. So it's either. You find a product that has lower protein content or a product that you can use every other time that has a balancing between moisture and protein, which is what I'm gon na show you now now. That is the thing. What is your granddaughter's porosity? Okay? So, let's leave it like that. I'M gon na talk more about this because I know a lot of people are dealing with that issue. Now you know, I talked about the clarifying shampoo right, so clarifying shampoo is going to be used whenever you have product build up or when you you know, but if you want a regular shampoo, a shampoo that you can use on the regular. I use shea moisture. You can see it. This shampoo lasts a long time. I buy the big bottle, so I use the shea moisture shampoo. This is the curl and shine shampoo. This shampoo leaves my hair soft, so this one I could use every week this one. I could use twice a week if I want to, but I don't right, because I don't think my hair gets so dirty that I like to do that um. So this one is one that I'll call your moisturizing, your regular shampoo. So when you get shampoos for healthy hair routine, you want a combination. You want a fine shampoo and you want a moisturizing, regular shampoo. These two good combo. You can also use a conditioner right. You can also use a conditioner to soften your hair in between you. Can also use this conditioner. This is the shea moisture conditioner if you want to uh watercolor, if you want to soften your hair before you start shampooing. That is what I mainly use this for so before I shampoo, if I don't have a detangler in the hand I'll use it, I want to say a big welcome to Norberto noberto. Thank you so much, I'm giving you flowers. I appreciate you for coming and following please guys if you're not following click. The follow button follow me follow me follow me. I have great things ready for you this year, um. I have wonderful, wonderful stuff that I can showcase. I can show you things that work for me we're going to be doing so much this year. We'Re going to be doing Fitness, we're going to get our body right. We'Re gon na get our health right. We'Re gon na get our Beauty right. We'Re gon na look glamorous so that, when December 2023 Rose will be like yes, we did all we can to sustain ourselves to make ourselves look good. Our hair feel good. Our body feel good, our overall feel good. So that's why I'm wearing sleeveless today, because girl - I am sweating, I don't know. Thank you Linda, Linda Young, just started following. Thank you so much for following. I appreciate you so much okay. So that's the shampoo. Let me take more questions and see if you guys have any questions for me, I'm going down the list um so Renee says it's hard to wash our granddaughter's hair in section. If you are, why is it hard? Could it be? Is it that it's tangled up? That'S why I say always, even if it's like spray water to make it easy, it's so much easier. I don't know how old your granddaughter is, so maybe um yeah um. I say patient also said that she does. Yes, she does encounter breakage. So this thing that will help you out now we have a question for Gabriella Gabriella says my hair is very dry, moisture, moisture, moisture. So let's talk about the breakage um, the breakage, that patience was saying that she encounters a lot of breakage now breakage apples in some is in a lot of instances when we are not handling our hair right, uh, something that can help you in strengthening your hair. Did I bring it? Yes, I did great great a protein treatment, a protein treatment. Now this is the protein treatment I use. Remember I told you that I'm low porosity, but over the years I have found a protein treatment that works. For me all this stuff, I'm showing you they are right now under ten dollars, some of them seven dollars, they're, not expensive at all, invest in your hair and the thing about this product, I'm showing you is they last a long time? Let me tell you this: I've been using since September since September. Look how little okay, so they last a long time. You have to invest in your hair. Most of the time you can get it you can buy to this. Oh wishing moisture is like always dropping they're, always dropping cells and stuff, but this protein power treatment that I'm talking about uh, I'm putting all the Amazon links and everything on the screen for you guys to see that stuff is amazing. What I mean amazing, please click on the hard click click on the start button. Please please, please show me some love show me some love. Click on the star button show me some love people. I really appreciate it and I'm so thankful. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I see you okay, so this is really good, so I personally use this like once a month or so. If you're high porosity, you want to, you, can use protein treatment more frequently because with iprosy here needs protein treatment to kind of help with the gapings remember the gapings I was saying about so that's protein treatment that can also help with your breakage. You can reduce the breakage that you encounter now with your hair being dry, moisture, moisturizing, deep conditioner. If you are washing your hair with a soffit shampoo with a shampoo clarified shampoo, please make sure you use a deep conditioner and my daughter just she took my deep conditioner. Oh my goodness, so she took my deep conditioner. So I'm gon na just pop up the deep conditioner on the screen, because my daughter, my daughter, took my deep conditioner. So let me let me pop it up on the screen for you guys to see what it looks like. Okay, let's share this. I'M gon na bring it up on the screen and if you know me, you know, I always show you um all the products I'm using. So this is the one I'm using you can even the one I put, they won't drop the price again again, you can save an extra 35 percent from it. So this is a deep conditioner I like. Why do I like this? Because you know they should deep conditioner and you might also say, but I thought you are low porosity, and how can you use this if you are low porosity? I see the word high porosity well, that is when I say it is very important for you to learn your hair. Okay, I'm repeating it for you, so it is very important for you to learn your hair and to learn what works for your hair. That'S why? I'M saying you have to on I'm saying: I'm really again: you have to understand that there's some products that you could use and somebody else could use it and go. Oh, my gosh! No, no! No! Never! Never! Why did you tell me, that's why you have to experiment? You have to test things out so in this year 2023 you have to. If you get a product, try it out, give it a chance. I would say I usually give a product a chance for a month three months. If it's a product, I'm like okay, my hair is liking it. I give it three months and I start seeing changes. Don'T use a product one time and go. Oh! No. It doesn't work, no, you want to give that product right now. If you use a product one time and your hair starts falling out in clumps, stop stop stop just stop right there. You don't want to do that right. Why did I choose this product and I will explain to you the reason why I like this product is number one. It'S all in there. It'S all in there. You see this part where it says this deep conditioner helps hair hold on to moisture while forming a protective layer over dry damaged hair that is so important. Why is it important number one? If you have high porosity hair, your hair doesn't hold on to moisture as good as it should so. This works really good for high protein hair and it forms that layer over your dry hair to hold on that moisture. Another thing I see that I love about this product is look at this. It is perfect for strands that are prone to breakage or can't seem to hold on to moisture, so you use it. It helps your hair hold on to moisture and also it is formulated with no silicons sulfates, parabens, perforates and petroleum. It is important for us to read the instruction, see what we need and use it appropriately now they do have a low porosity line for shea moisture, which I'm gon na get my hands on and I'm gon na use, but I'm not a harder. I don't like. I always like using up what I am so it might not be until middle of the year when I do that, but I do want to try that out, but they do have a low porosity line. Let me try and get that line for you, so I'm gon na get the information for the low porosity uh. I think it's called shea moisture low prostate. So if you're someone that you've tried the high porosity and you're like oh, I tried the eye porosity. It doesn't work for me, my hair just didn't do so well with it and stop so. I'M gon na give you the low porosity one. You can also give it a try, so the shea moisture, low porosity and a lot of people they Rave about it. Oh, it works really well for them, so you can give it a try and see if it also works for you, okay, so this is the low process one. Let me pop it up on the screen. Please continue to ask your questions and yeah. So this is the low porosity one. I can see it's weightless, meaning that is a lighter, which is what you want. Shampoo conditioner. You have a detangler right, so that is the low process, one I can't say much about it because I've not tested it out so bear with me now if you have low, prostate hair or even if you have high porosity hair, when you are deep conditioning your Hair you want to use a deep conditioning cap that will be so beneficial because when you use some form of heat it allows products to penetrate better into your hair. So you take the deep conditioning cap which uh, let me show you what it looks like uh. Let me let me go back on this, so this is the deep conditioning cap, bright hair. I don't know if you guys have seen deep conditioning caps. They can be quite pricey, but I love this one. I love the price point and I feel that you know you can give it a try and see. So this is the deep conditioning cap right this one right here and I do like that when you use so do we use a deep conditioning. Cap is like this. Thank you. Amma I'mma just said that following I appreciate you, so we use a deep conditioning cap right. You want to take the your deep conditioner put it in your hair and then take a plastic cap cover it up, cover it up and then the deep conditioning cap you're gon na, let it sit in the microwave 30 seconds. What I do is I put this. Barely seconds and then I turn it around Inside Out 30 seconds turning around inside out another 30 seconds, and I keep on my hair for 30 minutes. Your hair will feel so much softer. Very soft and you'll see the product that's penetrated inside. Do the rinse and you'll be good to go, so that's the deep conditioning cap, which is a must and it's something that I know it will help you. If you have dry hair, lovely Samira says I use the apple cider, vinegar, shampoo from shea moisture. Thank you. Yeah I've not used that one before, but that is good. You can also use that one for clarifying yeah that works great yeah, okay, um so Renee says her daughter is low, prostate. Thank you. Renee Rene said her. Granddaughter is low, prostate, so lioness remember, lioness was starliners on Amazon. She was talking about how the avocado is way too much protein for the baby's hair, and you just come from Renee just confirmed that her baby's hair is low porosity. What did I say? Crusty low prostate here some of them it depends on the Spectrum. Yeah, you kind of have a spectrum yeah. You can have a mixture of porosities in your hair trust me. I have a mixture of low and medium porosity. That'S why, on normal process, that's why this works great for my hair right um, but I can't use it so often, so you have to understand your hair. Jovi is sunshine. Thank you so much for following you guys if you're not following me, please please follow me. That is the information to follow me. Don'T forget, follow me follow, follow. Follow me. Let me put the information for you, guys um yeah, so uh. Thank you so much everyone that has decided to follow me today. I appreciate you please please keep on following yeah, so you do want to not use that. Let'S stop using that homemade deep conditioner! Okay and let's see what happens, Diane and I says hi Charlotte happy New Year - Happy New Year to you too. So, what's the next thing on our list after you rinse your hair after you've, deep conditioned it and raised your hair, you want to use a leave-in conditioner and my girl me. I didn't bring It Anyway, a living conditioner, so you do want to invest in a very good living. Conditioner and um see how that works. It'S and you know what it's lovely, that there are different living conditioners out there. I use the shea moisture living conditioner. It works spectacularly for me and it's one thing I like is this: it really lasts a long time. It lasts such a long, long time, right, um, it is the shea moisture. It'S I'm looking at it right now, I'm looking at my bathroom and I'm looking at it right now and it's standing on the Shelf, but I really don't get want to get out of my seat to get it. I'M just gon na. I I'm waiting that I showed you the other stuff, because you know you're. I tell you this year I told my kids this year I was getting ready, um working out on the treadmill and normally I'll be one of those people that I work out on the treadmill. Then I'll mop the I'll sweep the floor. I'Ll mop the floor say: oh for my workout no, this year, everybody's getting out of their room and cleaning cleaning the house page myself too quickly, so I gave them a routine like okay, everybody, you get downstairs, you get upstairs. You shampoo, you know wash the floor. Um I mean not shampoo, so vacuum the floor. Do everything and I'm delegating I cannot come and keep myself. I cannot gon na hurt myself because of you know trying to keep a clean house. My house is clean, always clean, but I'm such a neat freak that I always feel as if there's something dirty. So my kids understand me and I'm sure that um they will keep a clean house off. So you know they always say when you're growing up I'm from Nigeria. So when I was growing my mom's like the way you arrange your room, the way you do this is the way you take care of your husband yeah. If you have African mothers, you know yeah. If you don't say: oh, if you don't know how to make soup, ah your husband will starve. If you don't know how to do this anyway, I'm digressing right. So, let's keep on going because I've been good. I'M trying to be good this year, but I got ta tell you a little bit of story story, okay, so yeah. So let's continue um. That is a good living um deep conditioner. So this is the deep condition. Let me pop the deep conditioner up on the screen so that you guys can see what it looks like if you've been coming uh to my life, I'm gon na actually do a wash day like wash my hair. I think I might do it today. I think so this is the leave-in conditioner uh. Let me pop it up on the screen yeah. So this is the living condition I'm talking about. I absolutely love it uh. It does a great job. For me, it works great for me, I think uh yeah and it's the one that goes with this shampoo. So this living conditioner is in the same family as this shampoo. So I absolutely absolutely love it. Okay. So let's move along uh Emma is laughing it's true. If you have African mothers, you guys, you know the story, a lot of you that watch me you're from all over the world, and you know even some other parents from all over. You know you know they're like the way you take care of yourself. The way your husband will do that, I'm like why. What if I don't want to marry just kidding, don't ah that one is a first born in the Igbo tribe, his first daughter, so I can know from your name. So that's a question and that says I have an anti-dandruff shampoo with sulfates and I watch weekly. It seems to work for me. That is good, but I don't ask the question I just says, but I want to ask: is it okay, since it's it, it will be add to change it. I get so much mixed reactions with sulfate now. Other one question I want to ask you is that when you use that sulfate shampoo, I bet you you're deep conditioning with a moisturizing shampoo condition. Ada tell us other. What do you do after using the shampoo? What do you do afterwards right? So some people can use sulfate shampoo and, after that they condition their hair and their hair feels soft. Then they moisturize their hair. They feel soft and they do fine. Also. So two questions I want to ask are: that is number one. This is a deep conditioner. After using your shampoo question number two, what is your hair porosity, hair prostate, is very important. What is your hair prostate? So, let's move along and talk about the moisturizer now moisturizer are important, so the moisturizer I use you can see. I use similar line is the shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie? This is the moisturizer I use you can see it's right down here. I don't know it's kind of hard to see is right down there. Okay, I use it religiously. I love it. It'S amazing and you can use it up to you. So what I do is that after I wash my hair, I use the leave-in conditioner. The living conditioner is quite heavy enough for me as a low porosity. So I don't use a moisturizer on the same day, because I find that it's kind of suffocating too heavy. So what I do is I wait like the second day or the third day, and then I use my moisturizer. I find that when I use this for my low protein hair, I don't have to moisturize my hair. So often, unlike my high porosity daughter, my daughter who is high porosity. Let me see if I have a picture of her. So let's go back to the Amazon page and I'll, show you my daughter, um. She has high porosity hair this one right here, um I'm going to go to the photos and I can pop a better photo of her out here now this little girl hair. Okay, this little girl here has high high porosity. You can put products in her hair and I hate be greedy. You like it just sucks it up, but I'm like I just put the product in there. So you have to know what kind of porosity your hair is. Unlike me and my so me, let me see if I can find a photo of myself with my hair, so this is myself with my hair. Looking all pom pom pom um like the mother of the year, so this is myself me and my hair. My hair is low, prostate, okay, so this is my hair, all shrunken up low porosity. My hair holds on to moisture it just holds onto it. So that's low prostate, unlike my other daughter, so we're going through photos right now. My other daughter, let me see if I can get uh yeah. So this is my other daughter, so you can say good. Our hair is normal porosity, our hair. You can put anything in my hair. Our hair will try. Okay, she can use surface. You can use this. You can use that her hair does fine. Her hair holds on to moisture it releases, moisture regularly. It does whatever it has to do. Thank you so much Brianna Brianna just started following. I appreciate you get your flowers. Thank you so much Brianna. So you have to it's very important for us to understand hair porosity. It really helps with choosing the right product, knowing the right things to do. Okay, so um, let me see the next thing, I'm going on. Let'S see the next product that I want to show you yeah, okay, that one I don't know why it's not available, but um I'm going to move on issue. People have another issue. Let me see if I have a question and then move on okay, so one five four Angel one five four says I got a good deal of shampoo from she named the place for that amount very good, and she also got um shea moisture moisture protein. Shampoo. Very good, I do have the cleanser very good, I'm so glad you found something that works for you. Gabriella says I hear a thing too. Okay, give that a try, um so Christy Britt says: can you take MSM on 4C hair yeah? If MSM works for you, I actually have tried MSM before um the one I use. So if you go to my Amazon page, let's go back. If you go to my Amazon page and you go to idea list, I have supplements so there's a place where it says food and supplements so foods and supplements. I believe I put my MSM that I use did I put it up, but I've dropped the ball on that one. I know I did put it. Hmm, okay, I'm gon na write. Let me, let me add the one that I use, I'm gon na add it on to the list and show you the one that I take and it works really good. I always buy a lot of it and I find that it works really really good. So let me show you um yeah. Let me show you the one that I use. Okay, give me a second, let me just add it onto that list and then I'm gon na refresh this page and show you okay. This is it Amazon powder, so I prefer powder. I can see I've purchased it so many times yeah. So I like it because it's vegan, it's gluten-free soy, free yeah and it absorbs really good. It'S really good for joints and skin. Also, so you can take it. Just remember with MSM a little bit goes a long way, so you want to go really slowly with it. So that's the MSM right there. Let me pop it up for you guys: okay, yeah, sorry, we got a little distracted, but I do want to answer everybody's question yeah. This is the MSM okay, so you can give that a try and it works great right. Okay, so um with that being said, let us move on to the next thing. I hope that answers your question. Christine um, no real Noel, says: coconut oil makes our hair dry coconut oil. Why not use the right way can make my hair dry too. So maybe on my oldest daughter, my youngest daughter, who is high, prostate hates coconut oil, but if she uses products like this, one contains coconut oil and he loves it. So that's the thing about hair products. If you use the oil alone on a hair, I hate it like a hair starts matting up almost immediately, but if you use coconut oil formulated inside a hair product, our hair is fine. Okay, so I'm not I'm Amma says I want to add this right. So Amma is adding this, so you guys listen up. Ama is giving and I love. This is why I love my life because it's interactive, you guys teach me stuff. I teach you guys stuff. It'S a exchange matter so Alma says I want to add this. For the woman that asked about sulfate, she should also start co-washing. That is a good point. Sulfates will strip your hair of its natural oils. Thank you. Shampoo is good, but also co-wash in between, as I am coconut co-wash cleansing conditioner for natural curls is a wonderful co-wash. I love that co-wash too. Excuse me so yeah, so thank you so much. Oh, my goodness. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Let me give you a thank you Emoji. Thank you. Thank you for that information right, okay, so we're going to issues that people have what products you use now, if you are dealing with your edges, if you have like edges that are not growing, this is what I use. I'Ve been using it for a while. Now it's almost finished. Why is it almost finished? Because if you watch my video on YouTube discover natural, my daughter, she is my expensive. This is my expensive or she used it. So it's almost finished, so I need to buy some more use it for an experiment. Not another, ah that video, I think that video has up to 29 000 views in a couple of days. It'S uh anyway long story short. She has learned her lesson huh, but yeah. It'S the omakazi, GoPro uh oil. I use it for my edges. It really helped my edges um. It'S quite is on the prices side, but I do it works okay, so something can be expensive, but if it works, it works. So if you want to try, if you're looking to try something different than Jamaican black, castor oil, you can give it a try. But I also like I really love Jamaican black as tall um, but I'm trying to finish off this one and then go from there. So when you're also dealing with healthy hair dealing with products, we can talk about shampoos. We can talk about conditioners, we can talk about oils from day into from day Dusk, Till Dawn or dawn to dusk or whatever. But if you are using wrong tools, if you are not using right things, so what are some tools that you can use, especially when you're detangling your hair? So when you're detecting your hair, you can use a detangling brush. This works really good, especially for people that have curly curly hair, but it also works for natural faucy air. We use it in section. So this is the Crave You can see. Is the Crave Naturals brush and it's really nice. It'S. The bristles are not that weak and stuff, so I'm gon na, let's go I'm gon na show you how I use a very, very short videos, so this will also help you see how you can watch videos on my page. So if you want to see, if you go to a hair product right um and you want to buy a particular, let me see a particular. Let me see if I can get a okay yeah, yes, okay, so this is what it I used it in my hair and um bringing up the video for you guys to see. Okay, let's pop it up on the screen. So this is the video very short video to detangle my hair, I'm going to be using the crepe natural. So this is the Crepes natural Glide, true detangling brush. This is what it looks like like that. Okay, second, this you want to start from the very end of the hair and you're going to detangle, and you see how it just passes through this Glides through really really nicely, and it doesn't tear out your hair. I love using the edge so yeah, okay, so that is the brush, so that brush worked really well in detangling my hair and don't be afraid if you had like the sound. I think I just call it a musical I'm calling this brush the musical brush. This brush is really good. I like it handles really well, even when you hold it, it handles really really well um, there's so many fake ones out there. I'Ve actually bought one before that. While I was brushing my daughter's thick hair, it fell apart. It literally fell apart now this one, you can see it's well engineered, it's not going to fall apart on you, it's very strong and it works really really well in brushing your hair. So add this to your hair too, so that's one hair tool that I always say add on now another hair tool. Let me see if I have any questions from anyone. Okay, so I that says she doesn't even know a hair porosity and she doesn't know how to so either. One way you can know your hair prostate is you can take your hair while it's clean, you can get some water or something just spray products in your hair and wait and see how long it takes the product to penetrate into your hair. Another way that I use and a lot of people use there's a little bit of controversy over. It is take a strand of clean hair, get some lukewarm water room temperature water, put the hair strand on the hair, and you want to break the surface tension. You know water has toughest tension. That'S why there's some insects and some bugs that can work on water. Okay, some people say: Jesus walked on water because of the software tension anyway, but the soft as a little joke. Sorry, um there's a surface tension right, so you want to put your hair into the cup of water and gently tap to break that surface tension then watch it for four minutes. If your hair stays floated on top. That means you are low porosity. If your hair drops and sinks within that four minute Mark to the bottom, it means you are high, prostate. You have a lot of gaps inside your hair, so the water is able to immerse in now. If your hair stays like middle way, it's not dropping. It'S not floating your normal processing, that's just the simplest one. Now um Jane says I love this. God bless you! Thank you so much James, Jane and everyone else. If you're on Amazon, please follow my Amazon page. The information is right there. The link is right. There follow my Amazon page amazon.com shop, slash discount natural. I really really want to appreciate you guys. We have a ton of people following right now. I appreciate you it's free of charge to follow. It doesn't cost you nothing yeah, okay, so that says the first. The last time she tested that porosity, she got two results: medium low either you - and I were the same. So that is just like me. We are medium low, so I got also medium low um and one thing that I should also tell you guys is that hair prostate can change, listen, hair protein can change what can change your hair, prostate medication that you take um aging as you age, with gray Hair, your hair prostate, can change um using heat all the time on your hair. Your hair process can change chemical use when you use chemicals in your hair, your hair process can change. So if you tested your hair person in 2010, it could have changed now. In 2023, right, okay, so just understand that your hair prostate can change right. So please, please, retest your epilepsy and see what happens so. I that also says also: she uses deep, conditioner, not weekly, but if needed on watch day and she also uses a living conditioner. You see all those factors can help you. Another reason why sulfate shampoos are working well on your hair is which you have a low porosity. It removes that product build up. Remember when I was talking about product buildup that you need to clarify your hair. That'S why this Claire fire works for me, so just be mindful of that. That could be um. What'S up um, what is helping? You now see it's so nice for us to talk and give feedback, as you guys share what works for you. It also helps other people, so the next thing that I add is I have this tree combo. So, oh, I didn't bring that this was supposed to be an egg brush. This is like this like this. This is the brush that I used to clean my brushes. So this is a brush cleaning brush you guys. This is, have you guys seen this? This is a brush cleaning brush, so you know this brush can be hard to clean. So I use this. This is a brush cleaning brush. You can use it to clean your brush right and it removes every hair or everything from it. So I love it uh. If you want to know where I get this from just write a comment: where do you get it it's on Amazon? Let me find it for you: uh brush cleaning brush brush cleaner, it's called um the careco brush cleaner, so I'm gon na pop it up for you. Ah there's so many Brands out there, but this is my favorite. Let me see if I can get it.
