Beginner Friendly Closure Summer Wig Install: Honey Blonde Highlights Bob Ft. Arabella Hair

It'S my first time doing a bob wake and i have to say you guys i am obsessed and this week install was so easy. I literally have no complaints, no complaints, so i'm not gon na talk too much we're gon na go straight into the wig install because it's really easy. Love the highlights they did a really good job with the highlights. I believe it was in 2020, where i did my first collab with arabella hair, and they sent me like a highlight honey, blonde wig as well similar to this one, but it was a long wig and body wave. So this is actually the first bob wig that i'm trying and i'm very excited it's a closure wig. I believe it's four by four but i'll leave all the details in the description box. So it's only like you can only do a middle part middle part. Basically, um because on the sides there's like no lace, this wig is definitely giving spring slash summer vibe. So i love that it's a closure, because i don't like sleeping with wigs on and definitely not in the summertime when it's hot um so yeah, i did bleach the knots and pluck the wig a little bit. I don't know if you guys can even tell i'm not the best at plucking. I do the bare minimum because i'm always scared to like over pluck so because i bleached it. I obviously had to wash the wig or like rinse the bleach out, and then i just straighten it myself and bump the edges a little bit inwards, not too much i'll leave all the details to the wig in the description box down below as well as the Discount code and we're gon na go straight into installing this wig, so instead of glue, i'm going to use this rs olive oil, wig grip spray, it's kind of like the got to be spray, but i just wanted to try something new, because i feel like the Got2B spray kind of gets crusty sometimes so i was like. I want to try something else, so i'm using this and by the way the wig came with a pair of lashes and this little pouch. I guess you can call it. I love their pouches because, as you can see, it comes fully packed fully packed another pair of lashes. This cute hair clip that's like scissors. It'S like a bobby pin. You get a baby hair brush a wig cap and a satin hairband, which the previous one that they gave me. I actually use it to lay my wig sometimes because, like i said, especially with the got to be spray, it can get a little bit crusty sometimes so i like to lay it with a satin scarf, sometimes rather than an elastic band. So you want to start off by cleaning this part, your hairline, i already cleaned it a little bit, i'm going to take this wig off after because, like i said, i don't like sleeping with wigs on also i'm kind of tired of using wig glues, because it's Just so much work taking it off, let me show you guys the inside of the wig, so this is the closure. I think it's a 4x4 closure, i'm not sure, and it has an elastic band. It has. It has two combs on the side, one comb in the back and the adjustable straps right here and elastic band, of course, and then i'm just going to put the elastic band on on the back of my head and then pull the wig on like this. Oh, i cannot wait until this wig is installed. I think i'm going to take off the adjustable straps and what you want to do is just flip. It flip the lace backward a little bit. You want to have your blow dryer on hand spray one layer by the way. This is not hd lace. It'S just, i think it's transparent lace and we're just gon na pull it forward. Is that okay? I think i want it a little more forward, so i'm gon na go back in and spray a little more a little more forward this time. Let'S put the lace on now there we go okay, it's looking good! So far, i'm going to spray a little bit on top just a little bit because you don't want it to get too crusty. So now that i've applied the wig spray and blow dried it a little bit, i'm going to melt the lace using this elastic band before cutting the lace. Okay. So i'm going to let this sit for about 15 minutes and in the meantime, i'm going to change. My lip color and then i'm going to come back and cut the lace. Okay, it's been about 15 minutes. I guess i'm starting to get a headache. So let's get this elastic band off? Okay, i zoomed in so you guys can see. I'M using my eyebrow scissors. You can also use the face razors and i'm just going to cut it in like a zigzag motion, but i'm going to cut off these edges first and now that the edges are off, i'm going to cut it in like a zigzag motion. Okay, this is what it's looking like right now, the edges are lifting a little bit, so i'm going to add a little more of the spray and i'm just spraying it on the end of this comb. This lace melted really well. I forgot to put foundation on the inside of the cap, so i'm just going to put some foundation or concealer on my hairline or like on the parting, but also it has quite some parting space. Actually, if you want, you can do a slight side part, but you just have to be careful that this is not showing i'm just going to take some of my concealer make this the same. I love this hair. This is my first bob, but this is really really nice. I don't know if i should do baby hairs or not. What do you guys think? I think i'm gon na do a little bit of baby hairs, but i really like this clean install as well. I try to kind of like see how it will look first before before cutting them. I sprayed some of this spray on the edge brush. I feel like this is so subtle. I think i could use a little more like i said. I'M always so scared to overdo things, and there we have it. The final result, i feel like a completely different person. First of all, it's been ages, since i've had straight hair and, second of all, i've never had a bob length wig. So this is very exciting. This is the first time seeing myself with a bob haircut, but i love it. I absolutely love this. I had to change my lip color because it was just too pink with the like warm highlights. I just had to tone it down a little bit, but i love that the front pieces are like. How do you call them money pieces? I think it's called something like that, but the front pieces are lighter than the rest, but there's still like a good amount of highlights throughout the rest of the hair, so i think they did a great job with this wig. I'Ll, be honest. You guys this wig is fire. I am definitely wearing this wig again with like a good good outfit and take some bomb pictures in it, because this week i can't stop looking at the viewfinder, and you guys know when i say that i'm obsessed with how it turned out so yeah. To be honest, the only reason it took me so long is because i let the elastic band melt like i let the elastic band sit longer so that the lace would melt better, but because it's a closure wig, it's a super, easy install and you can even Do this in like what 15-20 minutes you can even wear this glue, so this can be like your everyday wig that you don't have to glue down. You can just put it on because it's the middle part, it's a closure wig. So it's super easy um to wear but yeah. I'M obsessed. I wasn't sure how this would look on me i'll, be honest, but i really like how it turned out. I really do, and i think i definitely need to get more bob wigs, because i actually feel like a boss, ass b. That'S how i feel right now. You know these american, like youtubers, that do like lots of wig reviews. That'S what i feel like with this wig, but it's really really nice, but imagine if you have a really good straightener and get this wig like super super like straight bone straight um, my straightener is really old, i'm pretty sure we've had it for like seven years. It'S my mom's straightener, that's that's how old it is plus what i really like about it, usually with straight wigs they're a little bit on the thinner side, but this is so thick and full and that's one thing: i've noticed with arabella hair uh in general, like This is the third wig that i'm trying from them and all three wigs were very thick and very full. So you definitely if you like, thick and full wigs. I know some people like their wigs to be a little bit on the thinner side because they feel like if it's too thick. It might not look natural. But i think this looks great and if you like thick um, full hair, then arabella hair is definitely a good option to go with.
