Even when you feel low, you can still go even when you feel slow, you can still go even when there's no hope you can still go. I never answer the know. Man i still go. Go. You know how you get up and you're just like. I need a new hairstyle. I want a new hairstyle, so my hair is currently braided, some old straight backs, and i don't feel like taking them out. So i was like what's the next best thing? Well, the next best thing is a wig. This is a wig from hair given hair and for someone like myself, who has natural hair natural type, 4 kinky hair. This is like next best thing. Let'S see if i can transform this wig, the current texture that you're seeing is a twist out. This is an old twist top when i put the wig away. I left it in this twist out, so the hair usually looks a lot more. You know kinky curly bouncy and it still looks amazing, but this is again not the texture it came out in. Oh, let me show you what the inside looks like by the way. Now i have a number of their units, and this is one of the affordable ones, because i can tell this has got the very uh limited uh amount of lace owning the parting, but that makes it kind of easy. So they have a number of different types of wigs. Some have a large horseshoe of lace and some have majority lace. But again, this one is the lace that is only located in the parting and also i cut off the baby hairs because you may have seen my previous videos. I always wear my wigs behind my hairline, so for girls who have very generous foreheads, they can glue the wig directly to their hairline or directly not to their hairline directly to their forehead. But if i were to do that, i would literally have no forehead. So i always pull the wig behind my hairline and it looks more natural for me and plus again, i'm not gluing it down. So it's easy to put on and easy to take off, so i went ahead and washed the wig so that it could revert back to the natural curl it came in and by the way i didn't say hi, but my name is habiba. If you're new here just look, how beautiful and luscious and juicy these curls are, they are so beautiful and soft and so natural looking. I absolutely love this hair texture anyway, so i'm going to comb out the curls and i'm using a wide tooth comb. Just like i would with my natural hair - and this is what you get you can see. It comes out very poofy, very full. So it looks very, very natural and i could literally put it on and walk out the door right now. But since we're going to do this fun transformation, let's keep going so i'm going to use this heat protectant, which i would naturally use on my hair and since i'm going to be using some heat on this wig. Why not take care of her and i love the smell. I love the scent of the chai or cheese. You say chai or chi hairspray. So anyway, once i spray it, i'm combing it through making sure it's well distributed, and then i'm going to section the hair. Just like, i would really, with my own natural hair honestly wearing protective styles such as wigs and crochet braids really helps grow. My hair, as you may recall, about well less than two years ago. I did a big chop, and so all the hair that you will see later, that i have is something that has grown in less than two years anyway. Look how beautiful and natural the hair looks once you blow dry, it really looks like relaxed, hair right or just blown out hair. Look at it in comparison to the curly texture that the wig comes in, so for this flexi rod style, my tip would be to go ahead and blow dry the hair, if that's what you plan to do blow dry it a day or two days before, because It does take quite a bit of time, you know just like it would your natural hair, i mean i have really thick hair, so it takes me a while to blow dry my hair, but anyway, look at those results. How amazing tell me that doesn't look like natural blown out, hair or natural relaxed hair that hasn't been completely straightened? I mean that looks and feels amazing. I just love the contrast with the curly hair. So here we are, the hair has been all blown out and it really feels like there's a woman sitting in my office right now with long blown out hair and i love the color. I absolutely love the color, so i didn't color the hair. The hair came. This way and when you go on hair given hairs website, you can find different options like it could be. You know, dark or straight black, so i'm showing you here the lace or teapart lace. It looks very natural, the parting, very natural and again i had already cut the lace. You know when i first got the wig, so that's why it's absent, but you can definitely watch the original video which i will link in the description box. So i'm just sectioning off the blown out hair again same thing. I would do with my natural hair work in small sections. I'M going to go ahead and apply this twisting cream because it really works on my natural hair. So i figure why not? It will definitely hold the style in place a little longer so yeah. I rub it in my hands and then i go ahead and apply it to the hair, um and yeah. Just make sure you smooth it in really well and then you might brush it in and i'm using like a denim brush girl keep your head still and then i twist the hair. So i twist it first and then i wrap it around the flexi rod. So it kind of took me a minute: you know a few tries to get it, but once you get it, it really works well and then i just bend the flexi rods in place. So again i twisted the hair on itself and then i wrap it around. The length of the flexi rod, so this is in real time i'm brushing the hair with the denim brush and then i'm kind of twisting the hair on itself and then i am going to go ahead and add the flexi rod from the bottom. I add the hair and then i kind of turn the flexi rod pointing down and continue to wrap the hair around the flexi rod. So you might have to sort of stop a few times to brush the hair ends. It'S important to make sure that the ends are smooth so that you have a nice finish and also the pudding, i sometimes add a little bit more cream or the pudding to the ends, because that just gives it a little bit more polished, look and also adds A little bit more sheen when everything is done, i've always wanted to try this on my natural hair. Actually, i did this several years ago and it came out really cute on my natural hair, but anyway look how cute the spirals are on the flexi rod. It takes a little bit of practice, but once you get it it's good so now i'm spraying it with hairspray just to make sure it is all set, because i wanted to make sure these spirals were, you know, well defined and then i'm using a hair dryer To make sure i dry it properly so that there's no damp spots, you know once i had sprayed it and again just to make sure it was well set. I waited two days before i wore the wig, so everything is set in place and i'm super excited to see what these coils will look like. Or these would you call them coils or twists or spirals? I guess spirals yeah and the goal is just to make sure you don't have any frizz, so i really think having the spray having the or applying the hair pudding or you know, hair cream to it really helps avoid the frizz. Okay, we're excited we're back and look at my head. It'S a hot mess, but who's gon na know, who's gon na know - and i didn't have to put heat in my natural hair, neither that i have to color my natural hair right. As long as you can put a hat on honey. You can put this wig on. It is so easy. There are a few combs. There are a few straps. If you want to use it, i didn't. I just used the combs, so you can wear a middle part like so on your forehead, but i told you i don't have a forehead, so i like wearing it behind my hairline as a side part i'm pulling out a few of my natural hair. You know baby hairs if you will in the front and then i'm trying to define the parting, so it matches the parting of the wig. Now, look at that look at that. Tell me that don't look flawless, look at that we're gon na make it look even better with a little bit of concealer, so i'm adding just a thin line of concealer and then i dab it so find a light. Colored concealer that doesn't have too much red in it and the trick is to bring the line right down onto your forehead. So don't say i didn't share my tricks with you, my trickery. It'S amazing right tell me that hairline, don't look natural and that parting doesn't look blended, where's the lace. Do you see any lace? I don't see it too anyway. Now here comes the struggle me trying to separate these spirals without creating too much frizz. I'Ll be honest. I got a little bit of frizz because i was getting impatient and i kind of i don't know. I don't know you can see for yourself, but maybe that adds to the naturalness of it right. If you saw me like this, i mean just look at that parting, i'm struggling to separate the hair, but look at my parting. It looks so natural what lace anyway, i'm coming in with the beeswax on my edges and i'm just going to you know, lay a little baby hair we're not doing too much. I never do too much when it comes to my hairline. I just want it to look natural and clean now you totally don't have to bother with edge control. If you have natural, hair and you're using this textured wig, you really don't. But again i just like the finished look and it came out pretty good right. This is the first time i was using that beeswax now for the frizzy ends on one side of the wig, i had a lot of frizz. I went ahead and kind of brushed it onto my finger and it gave me these shirley temple curls on one side. Now i said this was going to be glueless and it is glueless wig, but this is my little trick. I use a little got to be on a tail comb end and i tuck it underneath and press down the got to be. You know right on my hairline parting and kind of on the side of the part. Even when you feel low, you can still go even when you feel slow, you can still go even when there's no hope you can still go. I never answer the know. Man. I still go, go go it's so cute, it's so cute. It looks so natural, oh my god. This makes me want to color my hair. This makes me want to color my natural hair, because i think this color suits me so what's 50, where what's 51, where what and so so natural um nobody would know. This is not my hair. If i went out tomorrow, if i went out today, nobody would know this is not my hair no way, because this looks like it's growing from my scalp. Do you see scalp scalp, scalp, scalp, lace, wear lace, wear what i like about scarves is, then you don't have to worry about the hairline of the wig or you don't have to have worry about your hairline or anything like that. So you tie it on. We could leave it in one like this and then just pull it back. So even if the wig lifts it's okay, because then all you'll see is my real hairline, which is good, not bad, right.
