Y'All better come up here and get you one of these. Hey guys welcome back to my channel. So today I'm going to be doing a wigging style. We love a good switch up over here. We love a good sleigh, so I sent this hair from OMG. Her hair and I'm looking at myself, I don't even have to say anything: okay, I'm gon na just let the hair speak for itself. Okay, if you guys are interested in this wig make sure you guys are checking the description box for all the information. I always link everything down below and subscribing to my channel support your girl, okay, for putting in all this work and keep watching hey guys, welcome back to my channel. So, as you can see, we're going to be doing another wig install and I think I'm going to be talking to you guys today, I've been giving you guys voice over voice over voice over voice over voice over you're. Probably tired of that. So I'm going to talk to you, I'm full of energy. It'S a beautiful day outside, as you can see so pretty right, Skin's glowing. Yes, so I have this wig from OMG her hair. You guys just saw the other day that I did a video with them with the kinky edges baby. They sent over another one, but this time with curly hair. So I think that the edges are really gon na flatter the curly hair, so we're gon na see um. I did wash and condition it and let it air dry. It'S been air drying for like three hours, maybe um, you guys know. Curly hair is going to dry throughout the day, so I'm not really pressed and I'm not sure how I want to style this, because you guys know how I am about curly hair. It'S just like it's like a love-hate relationship like love it because I don't have to style it but like be giving w. I g okay. So I'm about to see what my hair is looking like under here this okay. First of all, so I've been wearing my hair short I've been loving, it um and I couldn't even shorter. You guys, there's like no length at all. I actually want it to be shorter, like I don't even want to grip my hair, it makes it so much easier to just style, but it's not for a little. I feel like my short hair is really cute, but it just gives like sophisticated grown auntie and you know like I want to give youthful. You know so we're gon na pop on a wig um brush this back. I don't know why I'm using this brush, I know better than that, but who cares but yeah? So I got my hair done what's today. I got my hair done last Thursday when it's Tuesday last Tuesday, and it is not Monday, and I please don't judge my wig cap, guys um and I haven't been doing anything to my hair or just get up and go. But the last few days I've been kind of struggling. So that's why it's looking like this, but let's need a hair noise there. So I just am going to pop this wig cap on you guys know, I'm very simple. I don't like too much fuss, okay and I'm actually gon na adjust the straps in the back of the way, all right, so I'm gon na pop this on and I'm putting the comb underneath the wig cap so that it's nice and snug and yeah. So this is what it's looking like. These are the edges guys. So I did. It doesn't necessarily come like this, but I did comb the edges forward so that I can see what I'm working with so just keep in mind when I do decide to like style and push it back. It won't be like this, so this looks crazy. I know some people do like their baby hairs like separated. That'S not my thing, but I did want to get an idea of what I was working with. If you pull these sleeves up a little bit, so of course, I'm gon na clean, my hairline um, I did just like do a very intensive skincare routine, but I do have like a lot of oils and creams on my face um, and I don't want that To you know, interfere with my lace, laying so I'm just gon na get these edges, I'm just using a towel, because it was right in front of me and I'm using the um meltdown grip primer, protect Prime and protect. I really love the Erica J one. It'S just, I always have to order it, and I haven't ordered from her in a long time. Well, I don't say a long time in like a few months, so when I make another big order, I'm gon na go ahead and order because you have to pay for shipping, which is not a problem, I'm not going to pay for shipping. For one thing, when I can make a big order, then I'm just gon na spray, the edges and let it dry. So I'm going to go on with my eBay lace spray. This one actually is an extreme firm hole, so it has a very, very good hold, but it's for sensitive skin. So I haven't had any breakouts on my hairline or anything like that, which is good, because I do suffer from not wearing wigs all the time and switching them out using different products. It can happen, but so far so good I've been using this one for months, but I've never had a problem with any of the even ones but better safe than sorry. So I just stick to the sensitive one. So I'm going to what I'm about to do. I'M about to spray along my hairline, so I like to spray that and I would just kind of like spread it out where it needs to go, and I always get a lot of questions on um. You know if this takes my edges out and all that you guys see. My edges are still intact. I'M sure I'm experiencing more thinning than I would if I didn't wear wigs, but I still do have full edges. Okay, um. The only way, I don't want to say it the only way but 95 of the time. The only reason why you're experiencing your edges coming out is because of how you're, taking off your wigs or how you're carrying your wigs or, if you're, like scratching your hair, a lot and you know pulling out your wig and just pulling your wig off your edges. Are going to come off, but if you take your wigs off correctly, you won't have that problem, which I make sure that I do because you guys, if you guys, have been watching me for years. You guys know I used to pull my wig off and have bald spots. I actually experienced bald spots two or three times in one year like my first year, really getting into it, because I would just pull it up. I'M like it's just hairspray pull it up. No, don't do that, don't um, but yeah. So I'm about to put this down, I should have cut the ear tabs first, but you know so. This is why I don't be talking. While I do these videos because I'd be forgetting stuff. So I'm about to push the lace into that product, I'm going to just cut them out. It'S not going to lay the way I want it to so. This is how I cut my tabs. It'S okay! If you cut hair off because you don't need it, you really don't need it, and somebody actually asked me um the other day in a video like what, if you have a lower hairline or if you want, you know more sideburned, you just pull it. You just need to pull out hair. Your lace doesn't need to be long, just pull out more hair. If that makes any kind of sense, so you guys see how I can tuck my hair behind my ear and there's no lace, that's what you want and already the product is drying, so I'm just pushing the lace into that so that it could be laid and Remember you don't have to leave the baby hairs right here. I'M gon na push it back. So it's not gon na look crazy, but I want it out for now so that I can see what I'm working I'm actually going to spray a little bit in between just so that it can have a firmer hold. That'S why I love the spray, because you can really just like it just does what it needs to do. I can't explain it. Glue is just not my friend never has been. You guys have probably seen me use glue on this channel a handful of times and I'm gon na. Let that lay for about 10 minutes and dry completely, and I don't have to style my hair. So I'm about to just chill out I'm gon na. Let this sit for about 10 minutes, respond to some text and I'll be back all right. So I've had this oh sitting for about 15 minutes now, as you can see, it's very pressed down: oh stuck and flat. Okay and I mean um, some of y'all be wearing your baby hairs like this, and I cute on some people, some people being Jada and you guys so I'm gon na actually push that back now for now and then cut the lace. I actually just have my little scissors now. I can't find them so I'm gon na do is just I like to start in the middle and then do one side at a time, and I just like to move my hand. So if you guys have ever seen me moving fast, I'm trying not to cut it straight across I'm trying to like give it like a Jagged Edge so that it looks as natural as possible and a lot of people use the razor. You definitely can use a razor. The thing that I don't like about the razor is when I be trying to cut like this. Sometimes I've cut into the lace and um that messes up the wig for me, so I like to just have control with the scissors and cut like this, so use a smaller pair. If you have it, but I don't have one right now and voila lace is cut, we're gon na figure out how we're styling this today. I think I want to do a flip over method. I feel like that fits the vibe. It is so cute. I, like it a lot so now for the fun part styling the baby, hairs and figuring out how I actually want to wear this, so This wig actually has really deep parting. Like all the way back here. Do you guys see that, like love, that you guys know how I feel about a deep parting space, it just makes the wig lay a lot better and look a lot more natural. So you can do that, but I don't really like super crisp part with my curly hair, because this is kind of cute. I was thinking a flip over method. I want to ask you: what do you guys think but it'd be too late by then, but then sometime flip over gives like too much vava Zoom. So I don't know, I think I'm going to start as a middle part and then just like flip it over. If I want to so very flat, mind you, I did not pluck anything or do anything, but it looks really really good. So um, like I said I didn't, do anything to this hair, but wash and condition it. I just like to like wash curly hair. When I get it, I like the natural pattern. I don't like it to be like too perfect. I like this type of situation, so I used a Tresemme, shampoo and conditioner. I'Ve been using that for months now, and I love it on literally all of my weave or wigs whatever you want to call it and then, while it was air drying, I used this OGX keratin, smoothing oil. I sprayed this on it. Combed it through this stuff is amazing. I always use this on my wigs before letting it air dry. It just makes it like super soft and silky and of course it smells good, and then I did two pumps of this um Dove hair therapy. Like hair serum love, this I'm just trying to show you guys the products, because I've never really like, showed you guys. My products I've been moving fast, but that's all I use so now. I'M gon na um, like I said, hot comb um, and this is as much space as it has to part to the side so like this is a track right here. So if you wanted a side part, I would say this is as deep as you can go with a actual side, part which actually isn't bad um but yeah. So we're gon na see what I'm working with I'm gon na start hot combing just so that the root is flat. So not necessarily because I want it straight. I just want the root to be nice and flat. So I'm just going to hot comb through like this, nothing serious, because I don't want straight Roots either, so I was gon na like cut it, but I feel like every time I cut curly hair. I mess it up, but I love this. This is like cut and framed perfectly: I'm not gon na cut the ends. Blunt, I'm gon na leave it like this and just play with it. So I am going to spray it again before, like my final look, but I'm just trying to get an idea of how I want to style her today, I'm going to be doing a flip over I'm just going to kind of manipulate the hair to go. This way, I don't even have a brush. What am I doing, and I just don't want to side part. I just want it to look a lot like softer, more effortless. I feel, like a part with curly hair. Sometimes is a little harsh um. So that's why I don't want to do that. So I love the big hair, but I am gon na wet it and put a little bit of product on it so that throughout the day when it is drying, it's gon na get big. But it's not going to get like out of control. It'S gon na be a little bit tamed. You know it's like big, but not too much, so I'm going to be using my spray bottle. This is like a continuous spray. Can I see that it just sprays and I like how I missed the hair evenly? I got this from Sally's. You guys always ask, but I've seen these everywhere. I see them in Ulta. I see them in Target sure they're in Walmart and I'm just going to take my wide tooth comb and just kind of comb through that I don't want the hair drenched. I just want to kind of Define the curl a little bit, so I'm just gon na lightly spray, and that's why I like this one because it lightly it evenly sprays, the hair versus you using a spray bottle, that's going to like drench the hair. So that's as much as I'm gon na wet the hair. Only because again I don't need it super drenched, I'm going to be going in with the Garnier Fructis curl nourish leave-in treatment. This is the air dry. Buttercream looks like this got this from Target honey and it is amazing, so I've learned that with this product, less is more um. That actually probably was even too much, but I didn't like it at first because I was like oh it's just like too sticky. No, it's literally perfect. You just cannot use too much. You just have to evenly distribute it through your hair kind of like how I'm doing and then comb through it and you're good to go. So this keeps the curls defined even when the hair is air drying. So I'm gon na let that air dry and we're pretty much done styling the hair. Now I'm just gon na figure out what I want to do with these baby hair, not the baby hair is laying down. I mean if this is your thing, you know. Maybe do you, but that's not me, so I'm about to push these back because y'all know I do not like on myself. I feel like the girls eat. I am not one of the girls they eat with that, but I cannot. I need some kind of like something all right, so that's out the way. So now I feel better. I feel like myself again. I feel like with the baby hairs in the front I was like lost. I'M like I don't know what the heck to do. I like that the hairs are short because it's going to make my hair look a lot more natural, like these little pieces in the front, are literally not bothering me like I'm living okay, so you guys saw that I just put that foam on there. It'S curling my baby hairs back up, which makes sense, because this is curly hair, so I'm actually going to use my Edge brush and some hairspray like this and just swoop, and it's gon na give me. Oh my gosh, it's giving me the look that I want. Y'All better come up here and get you one of these. Oh you know what's gon na work on this, you guys edge control duh, so now that I've molded my baby hairs where I want them and how I want them. So this one's looking a little funky, I'm gon na, take a little bit of edge control. This is the um sponges the kiss The Edge fixer. I always use this and I'm gon na like dab it in there and just make sure that it has a firm hold. You don't need a lot guys. You never need a lot of edge control and I look like I just have like a lot of hair. Like it looks so good this is it you guys, it looks so good like I am obsessed. So what I'm about to do is actually do my makeup and I'm gon na be back, and you guys will see my makeup tutorial on Instagram. So make sure you guys are following me there, because I have to do a reel, so I'm gon na be back all right guys. So this is the completed look. The hair has been drying for about an hour now. It is actually completely dry, but you guys see how the curls are still very defined, even though it's like on the bushier side. I really really like that, so I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial. Make sure you guys check out OMG her hair, I'm sure they're having a huge sale for you guys right now on Black Friday, so make sure you guys check out the description box and thanks so much for watching. I will see you guys in my next one. Bye
