As the title says, I've been wanting to spruce up the living room and, by extension, the kitchen for some time now, because, as I was telling you guys, I couldn't do much things as I just moved in yeah, because some of these things do take time and They take money, so you can't have a pace yourself right. So I've been wanting to like change the color of the cupboards. Do some organization on the kitchen top and also add some backsplash? No, I already found the person who is gon na. Do the change. You know the color for me. Basically, it's like a carpenter, so he's gon na be spraying the cupboards, and I need to also head up to active to check on the backsplashes that they have and probably choose. One well basically choose one and get it today, because I need to start as soon as possible. I kind of want to get this done within one week. Hopefully when it will work, man stay and they're, not very reliable, but fingers crossed so yeah. I need to head up to active and get the backsplash. I already have the carpet. As I said, I need to also find somebody to install the backsplash, maybe a Tyler or somebody so I'll, probably ask them when I get there, if they recommend anybody - and I also actually purchased some stuff from Amazon and when I went away in Target and Ross. I got some stuff that I want to like use and organize the countertop just to kind of make it a little bit more Spruce a little bit more modern. I feel like right now. My countertop is just very cluttered and I don't mind if there is lots of stuff on the countertop I just rather if they were like in sections like. If I had like a t-section separate from a section for the Corn Flakes, I don't know, I have a vision in mind, so I'm gon na try to see how best I can bring that to life but, as I said of my Carpenter to spray, so I'm Gon na head out now to go on up to active, to choose the backsplash that I want. I'M hoping I can get something that's clear or like white, with a little bit of gray in it or just plain plain plain white probably will work best, because the stuff that I bought to go on top of the kitchen counter is like light brown. So my cupboards are currently dark brown right. I want them black. I want them black still and make a picture from the black the mirror, the black, that black too. I want black. I don't want dark brown, so the house will basically be Shades of Gray with black and white, so the dark brown is currently throwing it up have to get that fixed. I'M gon na spray it black but like the designs that I'm gon na add to the cupboard are very very light light brown. You know, probably I wonder why. May I spray all the cupboards from dark brown and I got ta add box something Lightroom, but you will see like you guys, are gon na see just trust the Vision, Trust the vision but yeah. So I bought some light brown stuff and some black stuff. I also bought like some organization stuff for the drawers, so I do have stuff in the drawer, but I just feel like I want to change everything out to that light. Brown color, so I bought those stuff from Amazon as well. You guys will see it and I'll also put the links in the description box below, but yes, I'm gon na head out now to go on up to active, to check on those backsplashes and hopefully purchase something very modern, very chic, very pretty you know active is My place so let's go. So I have to get a new touchless, so dispenser white touchless, but I just prefer that, like I hated the idea of me like pressing down on the pump when I was trying to get the soap usually that would have caused like up by the top here. On the sink to get wet because of course your normal - and let me turn this off whatever purpose, I never did like it, so I tried a touchless dispenser before, but I'd gotten that one at Fontana. Unfortunately, I don't know it stopped working, so this decided to order this one on Amazon and I went full black this time. The first one I had was like black and clear so yeah. As I was saying, this one is full black, so I am definitely gon na go ahead and fill this up. I think this is where you put the batteries, I'm hoping you guys can see it, and then it has a power on button and of course, you know that when you fill it up, you're gon na see how much soap is in it. This is the part where you put the soap in yes, it is right, so I'm gon na link this below I'm gon na also show you guys how this works, but it's very simple, very Sleek. You know, and of course like I have the black covers. You know I decided to do full black also from Amazon. Is this massive massive beautiful knife set? No, it's very heavy, but you guys just need to get yourself a really good Shipping Company shout out as always to check out shipping for getting my stuff here on. You guys would have probably seen where I removed my previous knife set from the counter. This was actually a gift that I had gotten in the house warm and unboxing video. I did uh, maybe about a year ago when I was just moving here. I still love it, so I'm probably going to give it to my mom, but it's just very difficult to clean. I don't know if you guys can see like sometimes residue gets caught up under this area and it just spreads out across the kitchen content. I don't really want that right now. I want something: that's more compact that will take up less space and also I didn't like the clear anymore, because again, I'm going with our full black look. So this knife sets it says it's 20 piece, German forged stainless steel cutlery set now. I think the one I had before is what 20 as well: 2. 4. 6. 8. 10. 12, 14, 15, 16, and it came with a knife sharpener for basically 70 years. So this one should have more things than the other one, oh my God, so the knives are in this box and then they stand for the knives would be in this box. Isn'T it pretty guys it is full black? What kind of big but kind of bigger than I thought they do? Have it in two sizes? So you don't have to get the full 20 piece you can always get. I think it's 18 or 17. Remember it's on the side, but I went with 20 just because my extra and you know they send you like a bonus item here. So as I was saying, this one is just much wider. Why look I got ta see I'm lent. You know. I know that one you're just kind of Desperado more for the idea that I have, though this couldn't fit. I'M trying to put this on like a little round shelf. You guys are gon na see it at the end of this video I feel like this would fit better, and this is probably even bigger than what I had bigger than the Shelf, I'm probably not at all yep. It is bigger than the Shelf anyways. I'M gon na make it work. I'M gon na make this work, so this was a style guys. I was supposed to put it on the spinning shelf, but right now it's too big, so I'm gon na show Omega. Do I see it, but I'm gon na figure. All right so of course hand wash only dry immediately, nice, so they're numbered. I don't know why, but there has to be a reason. Is there like a instruction manual? Okay? No! It'S just telling you that they're happy that you made the purchase. Let me see what the box says so included. You have one two, three, four, eight four and a half inch steak knives. You have one eight inch chef knife, one eight inch, bread knife; one; eight inch, slicing knife; one; seven inch; santoku knife, one: five, instant tofu knife, a cheese knife, a pizza knife, utility knife, pairing knife and two pairs of all-purpose shears. But what I really want to see guys is how to fit these into the thing, so black coating blade anyways. Eight of these I'm gon na put eight of these right here on the base. So you see that guys everything on the knife is black in comparison to my other one. It'S had a black handle silver blade made us extra made over the kitchen. Why not just do everything new, so let's just put these in so eight of these we're gon na put them right here all right, so the scissors based on the picture on the box is gon na go here right. I guess I just fill everything else in so we're gon na put this small one here: okay, guys we're getting there; okay guys, so all our knives are on the knife sets. Let me fill this up. I'Ve already added water to my Palmolive soap, like that's a life hack for me when I buy the Soaps, I always add water, to stretch them because they're already so concentrated, and I really just copy dish me a wash I'm gon na think the little water I'm Gon na add to it really I got ta. Do it nothing like I'm still think it wash just as good, but at least my soap lasts me even longer, like I really stretch my soap, so I'm even gon na add some more water to the soap. That'S here in the dispenser as an adult, you really have a fine little ways to make the things that work for you and last year, because I cannot afford to be going back to Fontana and going to Mega mart I'm going to price match every week for Go buy things like so right, so we'll find our liquid wisdom right. So we added the soap to the dispenser and guys, when I add the water to it, I usually like turn it upside down slowly, so it mixes in with the soap I'm gon na share. Keep calm, of course, that's going to cause it to get bubbly yeah guys, so my soap is in and then I'm gon na put my batteries in I'm gon na put my batteries in probably put a battery in first, but whenever I think about it, why are They looking in the battery I use wanting me up is battery okay. Yes, I do have those small ones as a girl will live by ourselves as an independent woman. You have to add the things then, because you never know more similar utilities. Raw with my tools, then, woman need for anything if vanilla could work man comforter than stuff and then forget themselves to my also have tools for them is all this good? Okay, all right include instructions, but people with the soap dispenser did. I must still never follow it so guys. What I had to do was to turn two Batteries Plus and two batteries, minus and then power on there we go inside had a blue light, so it's working now guys it has rear door. When you see that a while ago, so yeah, let me show you guys the vibe, I hope you can see it. Let me just wiped the excess so far they just sprouted a while ago. I don't really even want to get it wet, although it should be able to get wet because clearly it's by the sink, but meanwhile submitted to no excess wetness like if, when I use it, when I really want to get wet. So you would have just raise the washer here there you go and you wash your dishes. I know fancy, so I could probably throw throw the Box away now. I'Ve gotten everything I need outside of it, and then I don't know where to put my extra knife set, that I got but anyways. Let me just rest that right there in the meantime that knife set extra knife and last on my list of things that I got from Amazon is a new black faucet. Now, as you guys can see, my faucet is Chrome and I want it to go full black with all stuff up here, so I definitely had to go on Amazon and find me a nice fancy faucet that would match the vibe that I'm going for now. Now I have no idea how to install it, but I'm gon na figure it out in a second, but this baby is so cute. Look at it. Why looks like this skin outfit writer? So why look at this iodine? But this is so anyways guys. Let'S go figure this out, but this is what it looks like so suppose. I have two like ways to spray the water and of course you have the thing for because this have to go into my kitchen, I'm probably gon na bend the metal piece a little bit more like bend it like this, so it fits under. But you get mobile right right, so those were the things that I got from Amazon these stuff here that you guys are going to see later on. I got them from Target I'll, probably try to link similar stuff in the description box below, but I'm gon na go ahead and try to take what I can out of the box and just try setting up the counter. So you guys think foreign guys. I'M finally done reorganizing the kitchen counter, so it's time for basically the big review you caught it, even though we kind of already saw what the backsplash looks like and the cupboards. But I just did like a cute little note thing here: it's kind of like an affirmation so for every morning I wake up. It will be the best day ever it's almost like a chalkboard, so you can change the letters for it to say whatever you needed to say. Of course I have my air freshener from curves trains, because we can't have the oh. It'S not smelling good, especially because this is the kitchen, and then you guys remember this Kettle that Karim got me for my birthday from my unboxing, my birthday gifts, video now this is probably one of my favorite items in the kitchen because it boils a tea. So fast and it barely makes a noise. I used to worry about, like the normal manual Kettle, waking up the neighbors, but this one is very, very quiet. It just does like a really low, beeping sound, and I think it looks so much sleeker. I just wish. I could figure out a way to like hide the cord, but outside of that, like I really still do love it. I'M gon na put the link to this Kettle in the description box below and in case you guys need it so continuing down. I have this little stand here for my teeth and my sugar, so it's basically like a like a tea stand. No, I feel like I want to add some more stuff to this, but Jamaica is really limited, because I tried a couple places. I never saw like, like a honey pot thing, because I want to add, like a honey pot, and I want to add, like a small bowl with some mini spoons. But of course they don't have that hair and I feel like ordering it on Amazon. It'S gon na take too long, so I'm gon na just try getting it overseas, but yeah Malika tea station with my mix of tea bags and my sugar and of course, in my liquid sugar glass thing, I have a spoon already, so I can just come here In the nice, because I drink tea, a lot and just like make my tea right here now you guys remember in the earlier clip I was assembling this automatic soap dispenser. I actually love it watch our right now, right now so yeah on a good day. It normally works. I don't know why it's showing off for the video. Yes, I really do love it. I added the soap and the batches are in it, so this should work really really well. I also put one of my Joe Malone diffusers here in the kitchen. It'S usually by the front, but I moved it to the kitchen just for the look just cut it black and everything is so black but kind of just move it. I probably buy another one to put back by the front, but for right now this is going to stay right here and this is the Velvet Rose and wood. My favorite, then you guys remember my Amazon, faucet I'll link this also, but it's beautiful I'm. I got somebody to install it. It did take some time, but it turned out perfect. The water pressure that comes out of the head is beautiful and it does have two modes, so you have this one, and then you have the spray one and of course you can bend the head a little bit more. If you want - or you can have it up high, like I told you guys, I was going to bend it some more for it to hold underneath and, of course it swivels and rotates it up out of water and it black, so it works. I think it's really cute and then I got this like a scrub dish and it comes with like this brush. I don't really use it, but I think it's just cute with the aesthetic they will have our fake cacti. These snow is a drying rack. I don't use a normal dish dryer or where you can somewhere put the dish damp on when you're, dry and stuff. No me attack you put additional panels on it right right, it's normally, they destroy 19 right. So I didn't want a normal dish drainer because I feel like it would be an eyesore in the kitchen. I never wanted to look across from the living room and see the dish drainer, so I decided to get a drying rack now I normally like wash my stuff out and put them on top or like. I have like a plastic thing in the bottom here, so I can put my dishes on the bottom, but not on the flat sink, because I kind of feel germsy. So I use rubber thing and put the dishes on that or I'll stack them on the top. Here, when I'm dry, I'm Gon na, Take It Up, Put It In other cupboard and then I can either fold this and still use a sink or I can leave it open. This one is also from Amazon, so I'll also leave this below. So you guys can get it. If you want it, I don't know, am I the only one who is in love with the backsplash? Let me know in the problem and say why add the backsplash it not too much because it's white, but I feel like it just gives a more glow like yeah. The lights are there, but when we had the normal one, I feel like when another look when it never Pop. I feel like no with the white it just look clean like the clip. The kitchen just always have a clean look, and that is why I invested in a backsplash. It looks so pretty and I feel like it elevates the kitchen a lot but anyways yeah the lights. Again I like them. These are again from Amazon, so you can just twist them and move them. They are also battery operated and they're like what four colors and they do come with a remote, but I really like them. I prefer the fact that they're battery operated than plug-in, because, let me know everything I put everything for sure like I think it's easier to just - buy the Packer battery. It'S a really big one that they're selling like price, smart or even Amazon, and just change all the batteries all at once. Now I haven't had any problems with these lights. I would recommend them to you guys. Also, you remember my serial dispenser. That used to be done in that corner. I just moved it up here clean it up a little bit. I have oats in one side because I don't really have any more cereal outside of Frosted Flakes, so I just put oats in the other side for when I'm making like my shakes for go to the gym, I just can't dispense it easily again I'll link this One for you, guys on Amazon, come on and the Beautiful knife set that I just assembled like look how pretty it is with everything else, and of course I will show you guys this vinegar and oil butter set that I got from Target. It'S really really cute. I don't even need to label this, because the bottle is clear. I probably still with a little bit, though, even though it doesn't really have a section on it too little, but I probably label it. I have my toothpicks. I have a really small black scented candle. I was going to throw this away, but I kept it just because it's black, I don't think I'll, ever light it. It just really goes with aesthetic, and I have like my small spoon ball and then this is a lazy shoes and I've never seen a lazy Susan in bamboo before so. When I saw this in rocks, I had to get it then I have like um. I think it's a cheese board or like a board, you can use the Chicago Board. You know those fancy boards that they started doing like the meats and the cold cheeses and the fruits on yeah. I feel like you can use this for that, because I have one of these now and it was kind of made a cute. It'S a setup over here. I don't know it's just Vibes like this. Just made me kind of want to be in the kitchen a little bit more, of course, and you totally right that I got, and I love this one more than the one I had before, because it's so much more sturdy. So when I want to like tear the hand paper off it, the whole thing isn't like shaking because it itself is very, very heavy. Of course again, I have some more wooden boards there. Just for the look of everything I also bought Wooden Spoons and a black wear colors like a black spoon, holder yeah, I don't. I use these spoons, but for the sake of this video, I'm gon na leave these ones in it. I'Ll probably go back for the black ones I had before, because those are just more practical. I don't know something about them are seem very flimsy. I'Ll, probably buy some thicker ones, though, and use them like bamboo ones that are thicker, because I said the plastic one. I remember the other before no good, because you know the plastic another Heat probably about you, know cancer causing right so I'll, probably not use the plastic ones anymore, but again, another cuter to set up right here we have a salt and pepper shaker another fake plant. Actually two fake plants here and then I can't remember where you call this, but I always see it in the videos it really does have dimmer for display, like it really is just a great Ambiance. But I feel, like you, put your seasonings in this and you crush it all like that. Like yeah correct me, if I'm wrong, you guys can drop the name of this down below and then another cute little bamboo Bowl again just for the Aesthetics I'll, probably move the airfryer, but for right now I don't have anywhere to put it so the airfryer is Going to stay in the corner there, I kind of like how the light looks shining on it right. The black covers black stuff really, are you know it's giving me a Vibe, and then I got this cute black basket with again bamboo handles. So this had to come in the kitchen, because I do have some stuff that cannot go in the fridge and I need a little basket to fit them in and to hold them on the counter. Then we have this bamboo. I can see that called like a dish, a way to Carly snow, like you know in the pot out, and you know I'll, keep it on the stove say, take the pot off and put it on it. Bamboo, because we're doing black and bamboo in the kitchen right now so guys definitely comment below. I absolutely love the new black look with the white tiles from active and then the black and bamboo accent pieces. I feel like it's giving the kitchen a whole vibe, but I also bought a couple more stuff that I'm going to show you guys. I wanted to add them to the drawers, because, since we're doing, bamboo might as well we've got bamboo right, shoe so hold on all right guys. So I purchased this cookbook from giant ice. I wanted to display it, of course, I'm being influenced by some of the reels I've seen on Instagram, but I had all right to display this because again, I've never used it. Every time I come to the kitchen, I said: make a try. I use it. The book is never here, so I definitely went on Amazon and bought me a cookbook holder. So let's go ahead and put that together. So the color is a little bit darker than the bamboo that I have in here, but I feel like it will still work. Okay, so they didn't put any instructions, but with smart all right here we go love that so here is our bamboo cook holder and we're gon na just put our cookbook on it, set it to cookbook. Could I lean back with the more still you know? I think so it's enough so straight anyways, all right there we go so I'm gon na put it somewhere along here. What do you guys think like right here? This is a rap doc store and dispense, wrap right from the draw in this top drawer. Here I have my clear plastic food wrap and I have aluminum. Oh my God. I have boxes of aluminum wow all right and I have storage bags so of course bamboo as I was telling you guys. I wanted everything to flow, so I'm gon na go ahead and put my plastic wrap and my aluminum foil into this new dispenser and then put it in this drawer just to have a more organized because you guys know. I really do love the look of things and the organization of things, so getting this wrapped up was definitely a most all right. So that's, oh and there we go so I'm gon na put this one, since this is already opened Capital. Ah yeah, that's nice! That'S good yeah beautiful, so you definitely need to check the height of your drawer when you're buying this thing, because clearly all drawers are not the same height, but this is how it would be. You know when you just pull this thing up gone, so you have that one on that side and let me use this one on this side. I know what I've had it over here in the drawer right, so you can throw this away, throw this away, and then I have these two extra ones. I'Ll probably just put these in the cupboards until I'm done with this one, I can refill it right. So when I figure out what I'm gon na do with that, let's keep unboxing the items. So next I have this kitchen drawer organizer. Now this is the expandable one. So it says perfect for food storage, expandable and practical, beautiful, look and again it's bamboo. So why not you know say, let me just make sure so this can fit another driver for me, pull off my things in so this is the one that I have and I've had it from the previous apartment. It never really fits into the drawer, but I mean it had to do because that's all I had at the time, but right now it looks like it's gon na work, guys, oh my God, it fits perfectly oh, my God and it closes. So let me just put my new stuff, but yeah guys. Why I like this. One is because, if I do move it from this drawer to the bigger drawer, which is the one at the end, it could always open it out and make it bigger like this. One right so again I'll link this one for you guys below if you're interested, but it's so cute. It sits so perfect. This one can't fit over here. So my ignorance - oh my God! No, it's so high! Why is it so high? I hate this. I don't care, I don't want salmon and see if again, because no that's not gon na work, oh, but it's so beautiful guys, it's beautiful! I think I might change the cutlery to Black. I don't know just caught me, but for right now, I'm gon na work with these ones that I have any fits come on guys come look at it. It fits it's perfect in the drawer and it matches the bamboo look of everything like I said. I need to reorganize these and I'm probably going to change them up to Black, but for right no, this is beautiful. I love this in the black draw there we go. It looks big it looked too big for the drawer ignorant wait a minute and it fits so. Oh, my God, I'm so mad Place yup. It would so it's basically for different sizes of sandwich bags. So this one is a 50 bag of the 16.5 centimeters. So I think that one would go into this one right, so you're packing bag in it like this and then, if you had the big bags like this one, which I don't have anymore, you pack them into this one. So it comes with a label sandwich gallon quartz snack, so you just put the labels on the side of it. So this one will be the sandwich one. So, let's just put sandwich on the side of it there you have it and then we're going to switch it into the drawer. Here now on, the display, like it had like a really cute way for you to fit it for like everything to hold, but I thought I'm gon na remember how they did that. There'S something like nice. I probably can't use all the boxes. Why is this one broken Amazon like? Why is it so unbroken? Why is why? Why is this one broken Amazon I'll, probably glue it, but for right now, let's stick to these three in the drawer, because this cannot fit and this one is broken.
