Payton From The Orchid Collection By Rene Of Paris - 100% Human Hair!!! Read Description!

Name Brand Wigs sent me Payton to show you this brand new human hair style from the Orchid Collection by Rene of Paris. You can find it here: https://bit.ly/3QBBbt8

NOTE: I contradicted myself in this video and wanted to explain. In the body of the review, I said that the fibers felt a little on the dry side and somewhat coarse. I didn't take into account that I used some styling product on it (heat protectant before curling, a little sea salt after) and THAT was why!! During the segment after washing, I said it is super soft and a light denier... that is how it feels without any product in it. SO SORRY ABOUT THAT!

Hey everyone. Thank you so much for being here today. My name is Denise. I'M also known as hey wig sister on Instagram and Facebook. Today, I'm here to bring you a wig review in partnership with name brand wigs. This is a brand new style from the Orchid collection by Renee of Paris. It'S called Peyton and it's in the color sunlit sand. This is a human hair wig. I did not know that they had human hair wigs, but apparently they just recently came out with two Styles, and I have them both to show you if you want to know more about Peyton all my Impressions about this one and why it might be worth it To consider human hair stick around I'm happy to tell you. I am so grateful to name brand wigs for sending me this style, so I could show it to all of you. It'S so important that we have lots of reviews of all of these different styles, so that you know what you're purchasing, if you're in the market, for a human hair wig, especially with a higher price point, then you really do want to know as many details as Possible and name brand wigs is committed to making that a reality for all of us, wig wearers if you've never visited them before. Please go to their website. It'S www.namebrandwigs.com they're, a wonderful resource for us, wig, wearers, they're, a wonderful retailer. I'Ve been a customer of their since the very beginning of my wig wearing journey, and they can help you if you're struggling with the wig wearing Journey you're. Looking for some advice, if you have questions please reach out to them, you can email them support namebrandwigs.com or you can give them a call. Their phone number is at the website. Alright, everybody. Let'S take a look at Peyton from all sides. It'S pretty pretty adorable. So I did do an out of the box and I also filmed a little segment after I washed Peyton, to show you how it air dries. So if you want to know more about either how it looked straight out of the box or after washing those will be tacked onto the end of the video, I do time stamp everything. So, if you're looking for specific information, please look in the description box below at the time stamps so that you can go straight to the section that you really care the most about. Okay. So, like I said in the beginning, this is a human hair wig, and what I have done to this is, I have put some curl into it, so I spent last night curling, both this one and the other one, that I have to show you how it Would look styled? That'S why I filmed that out of the box and the freshly washed segment now, because this is Cur uh human hair, you can style it, you can style it. Just like you would your bio hair, so you can curl it. You can straighten it. You can put curlers in it. If you want to uh you, can you wash it just like a your bio hair, you use human hair shampoo to wash it. The only difference is it's on a wig cap instead of on your head, but you definitely can treat this like regular hair. You don't have to worry about. You know the oven, singing it or any of those things that can be a challenge with synthetic wigs. This does have a number of layers, as you can see, and if you were to to curl it, maybe you wouldn't get the same curl pattern. Maybe you wouldn't curl it the exact same way that I did one of the challenges I had curling. It is, you know there are some fairly short pieces here, so you know working with it finding you know what technique works best to curl it with the various layers. That'S all part of the human hair wig wearing journey. I will tell you that they say uh in the manufacturer description. It says that you know this. Is it's a straight style which it is? It does dry slightly wavy, though, which you'll see, and you know that it's basically you can just throw it on and go. I didn't really find that to be true. I will say that um one of the challenges with human hair, wigs and if you are new to human hair, this is going to be something you want to know is: if you think box hair is a problem with synthetic human hair takes that to a whole New level, it's just like when you sleep at night or you lay down or you wear a hat on your head. Anything that presses into human hair can create little crimps and indents living in a box for a period of time. It doesn't come out of the box. Looking super, you really do have to be prepared to wash and style a human hair wig for the first time, especially a shorter piece like this. I think longer pieces sometimes fare a little bit better coming out of the box than the shorter pieces. There just tends to be a lot more crimps and and box hair on these shorter pieces. So if you decide you want to try one of these be prepared to wash it up, I mean, obviously you can't do that if you are still thinking you might return, so you want to assess it the same way. You would a synthetic wig, but then you're going to want to wash it and - and you know, make sure that you are styling it before. You really make a final decision about uh your preference. Obviously, though, it's a final decision to keep it once you alter it. This piece has a lace front and a full mono top, so you can part this anywhere. You want on the top. The top is pretty densely knotted, though, so you really don't see much of that cap when you part it. So you know it's one of those things. If you want to see more cap, you think that's more realistic, then you will have to pluck this one a little bit in order to be able to really see that part line, it's just pretty densely knotted. The other thing I did have to use a hot comb to get the to get my part situated and to change the part, so changing the part on a human hair. Wig generally requires heat be taken to it. I do have a video showing how to use a hot comb on a synthetic wig to set the part. I will link that in the description in case you aren't familiar, but hot Combs can be a great tool. If you purchase a lot of wigs where you have to mess around with the part as long as they're heat, friendly, synthetic or human hair, then it will work great, and this lays front again it's just a little. First of all, I feel as though you can really see that lace, it's a little long um. So for me personally, I would be trimming this lace up to make it look a little more realistic and it's fairly densely knotted on the lace as well. So, depending on how I don't think it looks terrible styled like this, because you really can't see the lace, but if you're someone who wants to get more lift in the front, maybe you want to you know, put a bread or some some styling accessories in and Get the hair up off the forehead. You know it's just a little bit densely knotted there again. For my opinion, my goal is to sort of share a combination of objective and subjective commentary on these wigs, because you know I may be showing you a wig, but I'm also a wig wearer. So there are certain things that are my personal preference. That may not be yours, one of them is how the front looks and how much of a part line we can see, but those are really really easily remedied, and I have videos showing you how to do both pluck a part line and pluck a hairline. Let'S look inside this cap so that you can see what I mean by a full mono top if you're not familiar so there's that full top, where you can part it anywhere you want, it does have these little silicone strips on there. So if you don't have any bio hair that can help with security, this split is a pretty uh, stiff lace and monofilament and actually yeah. The lace looks a little bit different on the very end. Here, it's it's fairly stiff. It'S not a very soft, flexible monofilament. You have soft ear tabs with bendable stays an extended nape, velcro, adjusters and then the rest is closed wefted. So basically, these are wefts with a fabric or material over them to I, I actually like closed wefted wigs, because one of my frustrations with uh open wefts is sometimes those hair fibers push through the wefts and it can become kind of a pain to get them Out of the wefting, so I kind of like closed wefting. It keeps everything nice and contained, but that is the cap construction. So I found this hair to really take a curl fairly. Well, it was pretty easy to curl and um it's nice and soft and realistic. It feels a little bit a little bit on the dry side. It'S not the most silky human hair that I've ever felt. I mean I feel like that is not situated right up there um, but it is definitely a good soft head of hair took a curl really well, it's a little bit coarse feeling. You know. Human hair comes in all different kind of textures. You'Ve got super baby. Fine soft silky wispy you've got coarse curly, I mean there's so many different textures. I would say this is not the super baby, fine, thin type hair that a lot of us who have been losing our hair for a long time have it's definitely a little bit on the thicker coarser side, but nothing extreme and, like I said, I think it Took a curl very well, and it seems to me that if you, you know set it up upright on a wig head, it's probably going to hold this curl fairly. Well, so that you don't have to restyle it frequently. So for those of you trying to avoid human hair, because you don't want to style your hair, I don't think you're going to have to style it every time you wear it. It will depend a lot on the conditions you wear it in and and all of those things, but as long as you store it on a wig head, I think you're going to get a number of wears out of it before you'd ever have to take a Curling iron to it again, especially if all you put in, is a soft wave like this. Let'S talk about fit, so this cap is running what I would consider between average and average large. It does feel fairly generously sized. I do have to cinch this in to fit me comfortably. I do get some extra cap up here. It has some pretty good stretch and these ear tabs it kind of the cap itself kind of presses down on the back of my ears just a little bit. I do think I could wear this pretty comfortably and I get really good coverage because of that, because these ear tabs come way down, but I would say that for though my wig sisters, who you know I get asked a lot, is it big head friendly? I would say this is leaning toward big head friendly. I don't know if it's technically going to fit someone with a fully large cap measurements, but if you're 22 and a half circumference if your measurements are even somewhat bigger than mine over the top of your head. I really think this is going to fit you it's so hard to guess what is going to fit what head shape and measurement. But my guess is this is running between average and average large and it feels pretty generously sized. Let'S talk about this color sunlit sand. So really, it reminds me of a dark blonde. Almost a dishwater blonde, with some fun honey and lighter blonde highlights, and it's definitely lighter at the end. You can really see that in the back. It'S much lighter down here and I think somewhat it's. So it's not technically rooted, but it goes from darker to lighter, and I do think that this whole section up here straddles the line between dark blonde and light brown. It'S also not a warm color. I would consider this more neutral. It definitely has a little bit of ashy tone to it, but it's more neutral than anything. So if you like dark blondes light Browns, you like some Dynamic, uh tonality to a color, you love the look where it gets lighter at the ends. Sunlight sand could be really great. I think it's a good name kind of a Sandy color with some kisses of sunlight on it. It'S it's just really fun and interesting, but if you're looking for a color with even a little bit of warmth, I wouldn't choose this one. It'S just really not pulling warm, which is great human hair, often pulls warm. It can be hard to find human hair. Wigs that don't have warmth in them, so I think they did a really good job with that on this one let's get outside, so you can see this color outside, and I will tack all the rest that I mentioned in the beginning on the end, so you Can see it out of the box and freshly washed? Thank you so much for watching. Thank you name brand wigs for sending me Peyton, please! Let me know if you have any questions about this one, I'm always happy to answer I'll talk to you guys in my next video all right friends. Here we are in bright direct sunlight, so you can see this color foreign. I can't really see my screen because it's so sunny out here, but I'm assuming I got it in the frame. What do you think do you think this is uh an option for you? Potentially, you know, I'm really happy that they've come out with a couple of human hair options. I do think wig wearing is hard for a lot of people and it's hard to know whether you're going to prefer human hair or synthetic. Unless you get a chance to try a few and it's nice to be able to find a comfortable familiar cap - and I think this is a lot like some of their other caps - okay, everybody. I hope that helped you thanks so much for watching all right everyone. I wanted to tack on just a really quick out of the box for you um, because what I want to do is help you to understand that human hair wigs need to be styled out of the box. It'S very difficult to judge a human hair wig fresh out of the box because they tend to get very, very crimpy, flattened, really weird angles. Just like your bio hair does. When you sleep, just think about the fact that the wig has been sleeping in a box for who knows how long and these wigs are not typically styled before you get them sometimes from the small boutique human hair sellers, they often will style the wig before you Get it, but these often aren't so it's really. It can be really challenging to know if a human hair wig from you know, one of the major manufacturers is going to work for you without being able to style it. So let me show you what I mean: this is fresh out of the box, so you can see right away that this is not exact. This isn't looking good, but that is the nature of a human hair. Wig that's been living in a box, so I encourage you if you are looking at these videos or you've been considering purchasing a major name brand human hair, wig um, some of the things you'll want to assess because, obviously, if you try styling this, you can't return It so some of the things to assess fit does the Cap Fit? Is it comfortable? Do the cap features fit for what you're looking for you know, this has a full amount of top and a lace front examine both of those to see if you're happy with how they look and then color. You want to make sure that the color is one. That'S going to work for you just because it's human hair doesn't mean you can color it you really. It really depends on how the hair was colored, how easily it will take color wigs from the major manufacturers. They tend to be dyed with something called a textile die and those are hard to color. So you really want to assess the color make sure that it's going to work for you the length you can always get it cut, and it's highly recommended that you consider getting a human hair wig cut to your face, shape into your preferences. So often human hair wigs it can be hard to find human hair wigs that are the perfect style for you, because the expectation is that you might get it styled, but just kind of assess is that going to work for you, you can't add length to it. So if it's too short, that might be a cue that this isn't necessarily the right one for you. So those are the things I would assess and if you can check off all those boxes then know that you can wash this. You can flat iron it. You can curl it so you'll be able to style this to fit better for you. You could get bangs cut in it if you want bangs, but I really just wanted you to be able to see this out of the box so that you know what to expect and how to assess a human hair wig just a little bit different from a Synthetic and know that you can style it, but there are some things that are hard to change and those should be the things that you're assessing thanks for watching all right everyone. I just want you to see what this piece looks like air dried. So I washed it and I air dried it, and this is what it looks like air dried foreign just trying to play with it a little bit. The hair is very soft. It'S a very fine denier. All right there, you go! That'S air, dried

Fun 'do's By Trish: Cute piece and I love the color! I almost like it better air-dried. I would maybe put product in it to enhance the natural wave and curl ad scrunch it up to style it. I like that the HH wigs have a "body wave" style to them to help with the styling, adding curl, etc.

Clara: I so appreciate you showing HH air-dried it's so helpful Denise I really like the colour ❤️

Basha Blades Beach: You are so beautiful inside and out!Your smile makes my heart happy! Love your clothing style as well!

Karen's Kloset: Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous I love the color I like how you style it I really really love this length it's just perfect for my age I just love it thank you so much for sharing❣⚘

Just A Gurl And Her Wigs: I like that brick background, it is subtle and not distracting at all. Your lighting is good as well. Thanks for your review, you are one of my favorites to watch and learn from. I have been thinking about trying out a human hair wig, maybe some day.

Diane R-D: Hi Denise, This style is very flattering on you, but the hair looks really fried. I would rather have a synthetic wig because that one is terrible as far as quality is concerned. I almost don’t understand how they approved that wig to be sent out to a customer, but then again I don’t know anywhere near as much as you. Just my humble opinion. God bless you sister in Christ✝️ Diane

Mary Ross: Love it

ExtensionofDenim: i've watched multiple videos on these ROP HH wigs. unfortunately the fact is that the human hair used is very poor quality. It's not Remi hair so the cuticles have been stripped. The hair is very damaged and has been heavily processed. spending more money on bad quality human hair isn't necessarily a better option than buying synthetic.

Anna Rebecca: It's pretty, but that's a poor excuse for a mono top. Not realistic at all, sadly.
