Foreign, hey, y'all, hey, it's your girl, Ayala and today I am back with another video and, as you guys see by that title, we are going to be doing an updated wash day routine. I actually have a wash day routine on this channel. I did it about a few months ago, so if you guys would like to go and check that out, that's also another version of a wash and go. I mean not a wash and go, did I say wash and go, I meant to say wash day routine. Hopefully I said wash day routine, but you guys can go and check out that if you guys would like I've actually cut my hair in a few places since then, and I've also trimmed my hair about three times since then. So it's about the same length. But we are getting into the healthy hair, so I have about one or two more trims to go before I can stop cutting for a while. I just took off a wig. I had a wig on for about two to three days and before that I had did some bantu knots on my hair. So right now my hair is just a little dry. It gets dry very quickly, so I decided to do a wash day. I washed my hair about like two weeks ago, but I'm not going to implement my deep conditioning treatment in this wash day, but definitely the next time I do it. I will show you guys what I use so before we get any further into this. Video make sure to like comment and subscribe. That'Ll really help my channel keep getting pushed out. I don't allow us to keep building a community and also that motivates me to keep putting out content that you guys like, and it's free it's black history month. So why not support all right? So the first thing I like to do is just wet my hair. It takes a minute for my hair to feel entirely wet because it is so thick, so I sit under the water for a little while and just kind of rinse out as much product as I can, and I want to wet my hair before I start doing Anything to it all right, so I decided to fast forward because, to be honest, who wants to sit there and watch me sit under the water for five minutes, but now I am putting my hair into four sections. So for the first side, I'm just gon na clip it up, but eventually I will have four sections and then this side, I'm just going to put a section at the bottom and a section at the top foreign. So I like to start off with some type of conditioner. Please don't come for me in the comments. I know this is not the best conditioner, but honestly, I need a conditioner that is going to really add that slip to my hair, something that is really going to moisturize my hair and the reason that I use conditioner first is because shampoo is supposed to strip All of the dirt, all of the oils and everything from your hair, which will leave your hair super dry and if my hair is already dry, what makes you think I would want to use shampoo to make it even more dry. That'S literally just setting myself up for more breakage, so I like to go in with shampoo first, this shampoo does the job and, like I said, I need that slip, so I'm gon na put as much conditioner as I need, and also some of these conditioners, that Are really good for your hair? Don'T come in big sizes and they also don't give me the slip that I need. Oh, this is just something that will be rinsed out of my hair. I just needed so that I can detangle my hair without experiencing a whole bunch of breakage, so there are three ways to detangle: your hair. You can use a wide tooth comb, you can do finger detangling or you can use a detangling brush. So I'm going to be doing all three in this wash day routine. Just to show you guys, you know the the process, because sometimes I like to switch it up. If you guys are paying attention when I first started combing my hair, I started at the bottom and I worked my way up and that's what I do. No matter what type of method I'm using to detangle my hair is starting from the bottom and working my way up. I'M sure all my Naturals know that, because if you don't you're going to be sitting there, pulling out your hair and now she's going to create a lot of unnecessary breakage but honestly y'all, I am so amazed with how healthy my hair has been. I have been trimming, obviously I'm experiencing some shedding, but y'all. I have some split ends that I've been trying to get rid of, so I've been gradually cutting and cutting and cutting. So definitely we get in there, I'm not experiencing a whole bunch of breakage. My hair has gotten a lot thicker and healthier, so I'm happy with the progress and, as you guys can see, I'm able to run my fingers through my hair now from here. I'M just gon na put my hair into a braid. Now, with this section, I'm going to do the exact same thing make sure that my hair is wet. I'M gon na then soak this section up with some conditioner to get it as slippery as possible and then I'm going to start going in and detangling and this time I'm going to finger detangle just to show you guys how much breakage I do get with finger. Detangling and how easy it is, and also beneficial to just use your fingers, if you don't have a comb a brush or if you're, someone who doesn't even like to run anything through your hair foreign can be a lot more time consuming. But I promise you it's worth it. You don't experience as much breakage foreign foreign. The last method I'm gon na do is with my detangling brush. I got this brush from Target. If I knew what the brush was called, I would let you guys know, but this brush actually just goes right through my hair. I really love it. It'S the best best detangling brush that I've ever had. I actually want to get the the trending detangling brush that everybody has been using, so I'll definitely be copying that, and hopefully I'll have it by the next wash day routine. That hair that you guys see coming out right there y'all. I promise that it's not ripping my hair out, that is hair, that is already at the end, ready to come off and there's also still a little bit of hair in the brush as well foreign all right. So now that all my sections are taken care of, I'm gon na go in with my shampoo and just apply it to my roots. I really don't like to have the shampoo all over my head. I feel like once I rinse the shampoo off it'll just run down my entire hair. Does that make sense? I hope that makes sense. So I just put the shampoo on my scalp, massage my scalp scrub, my scalp a little bit and rinse the shampoo off and y'all see what I mean it's running down my hair. So it's really cleansing all of my hair. I don't really need to scrub or just massage shampoo through the ends of my hair, because that's just creating unnecessary dryness when really my scalp is the only thing is the main thing that needs to be taken care of, because that's where my hair grows in from, And if it's a whole bunch of build up product, a whole bunch of bacteria, Etc, then my hair won't grow as I needed to and if you guys are looking to grow your hair. I I do have my hair growth oil that I am selling just go ahead and go to my website whenever this video is posted, I'm not sure if I'll be accepting pre-orders, if I or if I would have already launched, but just go ahead and go to My business page check us out sign up for our emails and either sign up for the pre-orders, get you a pre-order before they sell out or if we already launched, and we still have some in stock, then go ahead and get you a bottle. This is actually the hair growth oil that I am talking about. I'M just putting this into my leave-in conditioner that I'm going to be applying onto my hair before I get out the shower, and this oil is great for hair growth. If you are looking to grow thicker longer stronger hair, as you guys can see, my hair is very healthy. It'S very thick and it's because of what I use on my hair and that oil really does play a huge part in the growth and it does play a huge part in the thickness as well. But before I get out the shower, I do like to just apply some leave-in conditioner onto my hair and the reason I add the oil into the leave-in conditioner is because oil helps seal in that moisture. So if I have leave-in conditioner and oil, that means that my hair will stay moisturized, no matter what type of style I do, whether I leave it like this after I get out the shower and let it air dry, whether I put it in some twists or Whether I blow dry it, my hair, will still stay moisturized. Thank you, foreign is feeling very moisturized, and this is the amount of hair that came out not much at all. So last thing I'm going to do is go in and blow dry, my hair, because I am about to do some bantu knots for my photo shoot tomorrow. If you guys want to check out that Vlog make sure to stay tuned And subscribe to the channel, because I will be doing my business shoot for my oils that are coming out very soon. So thank you all so much for watching this video. I love y'all. I love y'all, I love y'all. I love y'all. I would not be here without y'all y'all motivate me to keep posting videos keep putting out content. I love when y'all like the videos when you're engaged when y'all come from YouTube and go to my Instagram. I love that as well, so so just keep supporting just keep supporting I'm definitely gon na have some things going on for you guys and I'm also putting out some oils for you guys so, like I said, if you guys are interested, make sure to go ahead And get that oil before it is sold out, and that is pretty much it. I will show you guys a clip of how my hair looked after. I was done blow drying it, but again, thank you guys so much for watching this video. I love you guys. Peace and blessings
