Watch Me Install My First Headband Wig

Foreign today we are doing this hair band wig. So if you want to see what it's going to look like stay tuned in the meantime like comment and subscribe and let's get into this video what's up Quay base, I am starting with freshly washed hair and I just got it parted out in four sections. Right now and yes y'all, I still got my little dread. It'S hanging on back there, it's just a coil right now. Now I'm just gon na go through and take down my sections um. My hair is already combed through but yeah. That'S all I'm doing just taking down the sections combing it one more time and yeah by the way. Y'All. I got this little Band-Aid on my face. I don't know if y'all can see it real good, but now, since I said something I know, y'all can see it. I got it on my face just because I don't want to pick at my face, because I got a bad habit of picking on my face. So yeah I just got a little Band-Aid on. Yes, I'm just going through it one more time coming through it's getting it all detangled and now you will see me just finger part, my hair into sections and I'm just gon na break them down. I am just going to put them in little plaits um. I didn't have a specific number that I was going to do. I just start going through my hair and just did as many as I felt fit. Foreign foreign plat still, however, I'm braiding them to the back to give that slick back effect and notice that when I pick up the other hair to do the plots that my part isn't straight, I want to be able to comb through and I don't want to Be able to see Parts through it! Thank you. As y'all watch me, uh grab the next section. You will see that I'm trying to purposely make a part that is not straight and I'm going to continue to do the same thing braided to the back. To give that slick back effect and repeat it with the last braid, thank you foreign. Now, I'm going in with some oil just to make sure my hair is moisturized and it's taken care of. While it's under this wig lately, I have been using the Aunt Jackie's oil. The one in the blue thing also pay attention to how I am putting the oil on my braids and not necessarily the scalp, because your hair needs that oil, not just on his scalp in order to grow foreign s, are all done now. I'M going in with my shining Jam, I like to use the red one and I have a comb and I'm really just gon na slick, all the hair and the little fuzzies back okay. So I'm about to start going on with my comb and as y'all can see, y'all can't see no parts and that's exactly what we wanted. We didn't want to see any parts, because some of that hair will be shown now we're going to go through and pull our edges out. Do your edges, however, we want to do your edges. This is how I like to do my edges. Um, I'm still on the search for a good edge control, y'all, honestly foreign. I like to do my edges the same way. I would do my wig, so that's why y'all see me doing them this way so yeah, if you wear frontals and stuff, you know this is how they normally look, unless you prefer a different style, but this is how I like to do mine foreign foreign at This point y'all, my hair, was just looking like real loose, so I was trying to figure out to give it that tight fresh look. So I ended up just improvising and braiding the braids into one big braid. I am now done braiding the big braids, so I'm gon na just turn around and let you guys see what it's looking like in the back. It'S not really me, but it wasn't supposed to be guys. It'S a headband wig, so nobody's gon na see that the last thing I'm gon na do tonight is just perfect everything so fixing up any flyaways and then going through and touching on my edges just a little bit. I almost forgot guys go in with some foam. It just keeps everything in place overnight same thing with any other hairstyle. If you have braids, if you have locks, the foam will just keep any flyaways up foreign for me to tie my hair up, put my Bonnet on and my durag and get ready for bed. I'M gon na say this one time and one time only if y'all put the do-rag on and leave the cape out, I cannot hang with you like. I hate the cape roll that thing inside that Cape is ugly. The Bonnet is on y'all. We set to go and now it's time to go to bed I'll, see y'all in the morning. It'S now the next morning, y'all, so we're just gon na put this wig on. I got this wig from my beauty. Supply store, my local beauty supply store. It'S not that long guys, but it was supposed to give like that natural effect, so yeah, I'm just showing y'all the velcro in the back. It also has three Clips right at the top and then that one at the bottom - and it also has adjustable straps too. I don't know if I'll sleep hard or the edge control just don't be Edge, controlling y'all because look at my edges, I'm just going back through and touching on my edges because they look a mess now so yeah, it's finally time to put the wig on. So I'm looking for that middle comb and I'm placing it exactly where I want my wig to sit and pressing it back now, I'm looking for the other comb and I'm messing with the adjustable straps just trying to see how the wig is going to fit on. My head, I ended up taking the wig off to show y'all me attaching the two adjustable straps together, because my hair is small, so I needed it to fit smoke foreign. We are getting this wig on and then I'm gon na end up pulling all this hair out of my face, so I can customize the wig on how I want it to look and fit on my head. Thank you, okay guys. I finally got it on to where I think I like it now, I'm just playing with it messing with the curls, but I'm not gon na lie. Y'All like it looks good out of the pack like I didn't, have to do too much to it. It gets a little poofy and I have to spray water on it, but that's about it. I haven't put any products in it and, to be honest, it really looks like my real hair. That is the end of this video guys. Thank you for watching.
