How Long Do Lace Front Wigs Stay On?

Hi, it's femi from femius here, where you can get 100 version here for everyday, weird, okay, so in this video we will talk about how long do lace front wigs stay on okay, so when it comes to wearing a lace, front, wig and um having it on Your head for long periods of time, usually it's best to keep um. You can keep it on for around two to four weeks so depending on, if you or even if a stylist installs the wig. So if it's sewn on your head, so if a lace front wig is sewn on your head, usually after two weeks, the new growth of your roots will start to grow out. So your your lace might actually shift slightly or might actually start lifting um, and, i would say, probably around in the three week range that lift might be noticeable. So you'll have to go, go back to your stylus or if you sewn it down yourself. You'Ll have to tighten it up, tighten up your sewing method or just reinstall it. But if you use glue to install your lace front wig or if your stylus use glue to install your lace front wig, then it can definitely stay in your head for around four to six weeks. I recommend, if you keep your lace front, wig on for long periods of time, definitely take care of the wig detangle, the hair on a nightly basis, wash the hair on a weekly basis. You know wash and set it into the style before you um go to bed at night and also it's best to um. Have the the strands ear dry. You don't want to add so much heat, because that can actually damage the cuticle of the here and then once the cuticle is damaged, the cuticles might not align and that can lead to tingling down the road. So definitely really take care of your wig. If you do plan on wearing it for long periods of time, i i think it's, but don't even keep it on after four weeks to me, six weeks is, might be pushing it, but i would say, after four weeks, just uninstall take the lace front. Wig off your head and definitely take care of your hair underneath detangle it. You know gently and then deep conditioning your hair, wash your scalp and just let your actual scalp and your hair underneath breathe for at least a week or a few weeks before you reinstall. The wig and pay attention to your edges as well make sure your edges are still intact, make sure they're not thinning, because since you're keeping the lace on your head for long periods of time, your edges are either drying out and you haven't been paint giving them Attention, if you do get it glued down, that your stylus does not put the glue directly on your edges, and you know so definitely check your edges, definitely make sure they're in good condition and just give your hair underneath a chance to breathe before your next install.
