And look at that bounce and shine like obsessed, hey, y'all, welcome or welcome back to my channel. My name is Shanika e and in today's video I'm going to be showing you guys how I got these beautiful ways using this crimp iron. This is four bundles of the Peruvian wavy hair from Eunice hair shout out to Eunice for sponsoring in this week's video and without further Ado. Let'S jump right into this look. So if you are wanting your hair to be very soft, flowy and bouncy like mine, I recommend no product, but the waves will kind of fall a little bit quicker doing it this way. So if you do plan on wearing your hair like this for about a week, if you don't want to do any touch-ups, I highly highly highly recommend using some type of holding spray. As you are crimping the hair, maybe spraying the hair, her Section before crimping, and it will give you a longer lasting, more um, not hard, but you know more firm crimp. But again, if you want yours like mine, I did not use any product. If you have any particular questions, please leave them in the comment section down below. I will see you all there and without further Ado, let's jump into this look, I was super excited to receive this hair. It is such amazing quality, as you guys will see later on in the video I received a robe, this beautiful Bonnet of course, my 24 inch Peruvian wavy hair, a brush and a wig cap again girls. I am obsessed with the texture and the natural luster on this hair. It is chef's kiss okay. So this is what the hair looks like straight out of the package. It'S very beautiful, very bouncy, but I love jet black hair, so we are going to be dyeing. This hair today I wanted to go ahead and run my hands through the hair, so that you can see that there is no shedding after running my hands through the hair, which is very, very important. As I mentioned, I am going to be coloring this hair using the watercolor method. So what you'll need to do is just go ahead and boil some water we're going to be pouring that directly into the bucket you're going to be using the die of your choice. I am using the Revlon color silk and the color very black, I'm going to go ahead and just follow the instructions on the back of the box to mix the color with the developer and then add that directly to the warm water. This step is really important for me. I don't think that you should just dump the hair into your water bath. I like to use these steeping motions for all of my bundles just to ensure that the hair is completely coated and then I make sure to push it all down into the water bath. I let it sit for about 45 minutes to an hour when it comes out. I like to treat the hair with this Tresemme Keratin Smooth the color line. I will wash it once with the shampoo and then apply the conditioner and let the conditioner sit for probably about 15 minutes and rinse. This is what my braid pattern looks like. I think it is very important for people to see the braid pattern, because that is the foundation for all sew in, so I make sure to use those clips in every video. My Styles is going ahead and sewing this hair into my head, shout out to Bree for getting me in. I absolutely love her installs. There are always so flat and super duper versatile. I will leave her information in the description bar down below so, as I previously stated, I did wear this hair straight for about a week and I loved it. I normally just wrap it up at night, as you guys can see and then just brush it down, and I am good to go. I almost did not film this video because look at the luster, the shine and the blend with this hair. This hair is gorgeous. So I was talking to myself like girl. Why are you crimping this hair again because it looks so good, but I'm glad that I went ahead and went through with the process because I loved the finished product. I also think it's important to note that my stylist did cut off a few inches so that I can have that nice full blunt look on the ends. She also went ahead and flat ironed it for me, so there is a little bit of product already in the hair which is going to work well for me once I start styling the hair. This is a closer look at the leave out and I mean look at the blend. This texture works perfect with natural hair, so, if you're interested it'll be linked down below this is the crimp iron that I am using today. I love this crimp iron. I love this size of it. I'Ve seen several different crimp irons and some of them have like a smaller crimp. So I highly recommend this one because it gives you nice, big, beautiful waves and, as I started, to use this tool I had to like really get comfortable with it. I haven't crimped my hair in years, maybe even a decade or so maybe since high school girl, but I had to kind of get over a learning curve with this. So, as you can see, I was kind of holding the iron at an angle. Here, that's not so good for crimping. I would make sure that your hair lays pretty flat and centered on the iron and also would use smaller sections for a more defined look which, as you will see as the video moves on my sections, do get a little bit thinner and I do position the Iron better, as as I move around the head, I want you guys to know that this footage is sped up. So if you are doing this at home, please understand that you are going to have to leave the crimp iron on the hair for a minimum of a 30 to 45 seconds in order for the crimp to actually set in the hair. I'D also like to mention that, please make sure to brush each section prior to applying the crimp iron to the hair. You want to make sure that the hair is, is nice and smooth as possible prior to applying the crimp iron? Because you don't want any of the hair kind of folded up, which will ultimately affect the wave pattern. So if you notice here this is what I was talking about as far as where I am placing the crimp iron, it is more centered and it is also a smaller section now. I did not want to go any smaller than this because I did want to go for a more bouncy, Fuller kind of flirty wave. But again, as I've previously stated, if you do want a more defined wave, something that's going to last, you a little bit longer make sure to spray each section with some type of holding spray before crimping the hair foreign. For whatever reason, I thought this was going to be a quick process. Now it wasn't long, it did take me about 35 minutes. So, as you can see, I am now sitting because it went well past my 15 minute Mark, and so I went ahead and sat down and continued the the hair. But at this point I was very excited about my decision to crimp the hair. It is looking absolutely gorgeous the dye job is amazing and look at that bounce and shine like obsessed foreign. So I was super excited to be on the very last piece of the hair. It turned out way better than I could have imagined. I mean look at the uniformity in the hair, like I did not do that on purpose. That is completely due to this iron. So I'm excited about that. This is my finished product. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. If you did, please don't forget to give me a big thumbs up and hit that red subscribe button, and I will see you all next week, bye, y'all foreign
