Goodbye: Getting Rid Of My Hair & Fragrance Stashes, 75 Hard, Self Care Haul & More!

Hello, there darling and welcome back to another video, don't mind my hat y'all I have been sweating because of Jim is life, so my hair is looking a little crazy, so I have to throw this on so I can get out the house speaking to get out The house y'all coming with me today we're getting ready to go shopping and somewhere. I don't know if I really shopped there with y'all before and that place is Walmart y'all know. I love me some Target love Target down, but I am getting ready to film The for you by Tia video that I told you I was coming. They got it at Walmart in this area, so I'm gon na go pick it up. So I'm glad I don't have to order it online, so I'm going for that and then since I'm there I need to get some stuff for the baby because he's getting bigger and bigger the appetite getting bigger and bigger. I'M like my God, the boy ain't, even a teenager and he eating everything. So I'm getting ready to spend some money on him and I'm getting ready to spend some money on the house. I have been in my house a few months now and when I say between Christmas holiday season all day, I just did not pay attention to nothing and then life was life, and so I really didn't care, but I'm finally, in the place where I'm like all Right, let's make this house a home before I do a holiday. I need some nurses me because mother's hungry, so with that being said, thank you. Oh, it was a good day for coffee all right, so I'm at Walmart they got the good stuff hold on damn. So there it is right there I'm getting ready to get that um, but there's some things here that caught my eye like this Hair Lab, I'm a sucker for packaging and that looks cute and then they got Kaleidoscope. I'M really interested in trying that I did not know natural Club was in store. Now I've never really tried them only because all of the stuff I knew of them was all refrigerated stuff and like that was my issue with Eco slate. I love Eco slate, but because it's not in the house with my other hair products, I tend to forget it's in the refrigerator, and so I don't really like a whole lot of refrigerated stuff, but now that they have stuff on the star shelf, I'm willing to Try it overall, they got a lot of stuff out now, that's catching my eye. Now I'm not pushing consumerism on you and telling you to spend your money, but because I'm a content creator and I play with her products for a living. I I got some things. This is, you know, sketching my ass next on the list, this bad boy right here so look currently at my house. I have all of my hair products in my linen closet and my linens and my classic closet. Because, again I told you, I didn't care nothing about how the house is looking. I just stuck stuff where I could, and you know that's just what it's been, but of course I need my closet closet back, because I've been getting more and more clothes. I need that space, and so I got to put my linens in my linen closet, my clothes and my clothes closet and them hair products got to come out my linen closet and go on this bookshelf, and so I kind of wanted something with some gold on It they got a white one, but I know me: I'm clumsy and um, I'm gon na get it dirty, and then I got this baby with these hands. They like to touch stuff, so he gon na get it dirty. So I think a black book here bookshelf. I should say would work y'all, I'm such a sucker okay, so I was walking to my car and like before I came to the store I had to make sure which store had the for you by Teal products and the only one that had it. Like all the stuff in my area is to be honest in a predominantly white part of town, so here's the thing about me: I hate girl, style cookies. I hate Girl Scout cookies right now, let's go back to what I just said. I'M in a predominantly white part of town There's a little black girl at the door, selling Girl Scout cookies, and when I tell you, these people are walking past her left and right. I don't like that and the look on her face. It just broke my heart, so I'm about to give me some cash. I'M gon na buy some cookies from this baby. I don't like them, but I ain't gon na let my little girl go down in flange like that. Let'S get some cookies all right, I'm back! Yeah, I'm gon na get some cookies all right, I'm back. I got to keep this brief because my camera's about to die but y'all okay, so I went ahead and got four boxes of cookies, honey stuff. I only I don't even like peanut butter, but this is some Dosey does um some um Adventure Foods, it's a brownie, something with caramel um some tag. Alongs. I don't even know what that peanut butter is. But then I got some Thin mix, but we got to have them 10 minutes. I don't even know if y'all can see it because the Sun is bright, but anyway shout out to that little girl. All right. Let me go home and get this video done. We are finally home, and it is my favorite time of the day, AKA time speaking to eat them cookies. I should have never bought them. Oh my God, which one was the one that I had. It was some type of brownie with some caramel on it. I never had that before and I need to not ever have it again because honey. I knocked down a whole row. I did, but it is time to actually eat some real food, and that is where my booze hello, fresh, come in baby hold on. Let me take a bite, real quick, because this thing is: oh, that's good, so this is okay. This wrap! It took me seriously less than 10 minutes to my super simple super fast and that's what I need, because, with this baby, in the background walking and running everywhere, my workload pulling me left and right, I got ta go, do my hair, all the other stuff. Of course it's just life got real busy yesterday and I was like yeah we're going to wait. So what can't wait? Is these feet? Honey - this is my first pedicure of 2023. yeah hello. There darling all right, so I went to the nail shop got my feet done. I ain't recording, because I got the same old thing. I always get every time I say. Oh, I'm gon na try something different. I'M gon na get another color. What did I get white honey? I'M so basic? Really, I'm not, but you know anyway, so I have just filled up to what I call death row and I'm getting ready to see the person. I call Suge Knight, and that is my trainer honey. I just pulled up to my trainer's gym, been working out consistently, but for like one month January 12th was my last time seeing them so for about a month I've been on my own. Just like you know. Okay, so look yes! Do yes, but do I push myself on my own at the same rate that my trainer would absolutely not so um yeah y'all? Listen! I'M scared! I'M scared! I don't know what this is about to be given, but I ain't even gon na record. It just know I I'm literally shaking on the inside. I'M scared to walk in this job. A few moments later, foreign hello, there darling, so I literally just got off of Instagram live y'all know I'm really doing Instagram like. Why is this like real bright chat? I feel like it's just like. Oh anyway, y'all don't usually do Instagram Vibes, but I am doing this challenge with my friends that we kind of like do this uh podcast together and it's called 75 hard and I'm really really excited I'm at the end of day one. So if you've never heard of 75 part, it's pretty much like a mental toughness Challenge and um. So basically for 75 days there is no alcohol um, not even socially it's just not! Then you have to read 10 pages of some type of self-development book. You pick a diet and you stick to it. Um you work out twice a day for 45 minutes for each workout and one of them has to be outside um, and then you have to drink one gallon of water a day, I'm gon na link um some sources to it. In my description box, if I remember so that y'all can kind of know more details about it, because I probably forgot something so I'm at the end of day one I just finished my third leader, but I got ta, fill this up one more time and drink. Another one of these, and then I'm done for the day, oh and then I still got to read my 10 pages of a book. I actually need to find a different book because the p, the book that I picked was, I think it's called the power of positive thinking. It'S cute, but it's a little cheesy and it's not working for me, but I feel really really excited. I feel um really just pretty much, I'm just like really happy to be in the position to be doing something for myself like I know how to lose weight, I'm already on a weight loss Journey, so I'm not in this for weight loss. What I've been doing has been working for me um, but the mental discipline, that's something I need to tighten up on. So I'm really looking forward to seeing what the 75 days gon na be. I'M not even saying I'm trying it I'm doing it, because if I mess up you supposed to start all the way over from day one and I'm not gon na, do that. We'Re gon na do this 175 and we're gon na see it through so um. So far like I said, it's feeling really really good. I feel uh just real energized. Maybe it's the water, because y'all know I'll be dehydrated a lot and that's something that I'm struggling with out of all the parts of this challenge. The thing that's most challenging to me is drinking the water just because y'all know I had weight loss surgery, and so, while my stomach has lost some of the Restriction um and I am able to drink more, the fact is, I do still drink small amounts at A time, and so just like having to remember all day to stay on top of my hydration - that's a challenge, but overall it is actually really really doable. So uh I'm really really excited about the oh and the thing that I did a man y'all, I'm a black girl with black girl, hair and I live in the midwest, I'm not working out outside of it. I I'm just I didn't know um. I was just like that portion of uh the challenge I am going to a man I just I'm not with the outside world like that kudos to y'all. They can do that, but I'm just gon na do two workouts and uh that y'all just don't get what y'all get at all and you're supposed to take a picture of yourself every day. So you can monitor your progress. I have to retake my day one picture because the group that I'm doing with I wasn't aware we were sharing our pictures and so when I say I'm scantably class, sorry I I got to you know: do some more pictures, but overall y'all I'm really really excited About this Challenge and I'm looking forward to what the end of these 75 days or it's gon na bring me and um, I'm of course gon na document it with you all as well, so y'all can kind of like follow along. I don't think I'm gon na talk about it every day, um as far as like in vlogging and stuff. I think I might save one of it like all of it and put it all together in one video and tell y'all about my whole experience. I'Ll probably give you like an update every two weeks or something like that. I don't know I haven't decided yet, but I know I'm going to do a video about it, but I wanted to introduce y'all today in this Vlog so anyway um. The thing that I told you I was going to do was clean out my linen closet. So let me take y'all upstairs so y'all can see it. So this is my linen closet that, as you can see, has zero Linens, it's just full of hair stuff. So my goal is to reclaim my time and my closet by sorting through this deciding what stays and what goes and um yeah we'll just go from there. So honestly, I really don't have that much, because I have not been doing as much hair content as I used to so I haven't been purchasing as much when it comes to hair products. So the last time I did a purge with you all. I really have not accumulated that much, so it shouldn't take too long. So let me go ahead and move all this stuff downstairs and I'll tell y'all what size what goes and why all right. So I brought everything down. It quoted some fragrances. We'Re going to talk about that at the end, but I'm gon na rapid fire through all of this stuff. I don't have it separate in no particular category. I'M gon na just give you like a 10 second review. Yes, no, you got to go all the tray. Looks shampoo y'all know I love it, I'm keeping it Azure Beauty, blue tansy, serum y'all can see by now. I love this stuff. I use it a lot, I'm keeping it eyes real Beauty, blue tansy, repetitive conditioner. I use the mask like crazy. I'Ve had this and I've never actually used the conditioner. So for that reason, I'm gon na get no, I kind of want to keep yeah we're gon na keep um The Arrogant tape line. When I straighten my hair, this is really really good. So everything in the collection, I'm keeping TGI and moisture Rich shampoo. This is one of my favorite moisturizing shampoos. I absolutely love it, I'm keeping it it's almost gone too sure but yep. Listen! I'M getting myself melanin Hair Care, deep conditioner shout out to the booski Whitney I've used this a few times. Y'All can see that I actually really really enjoyed this, I'm keeping it melanin. Hair Care, shampoo, y'all, know I love this stuff, I'm keeping it as I am coconut car wash. This is literally one of the best co-washers on the market. Really great price point. I will always have this in my house. Yes, this texture and bowel shampoo. This is from when I did my Dollar Tree video. This is actually really really good for clarifying your hair. Yes, it's a dollar 25 and yes, it does have sulfate um. It'S really good to cleanse your hair, but I do have some sulfate free clarifier. So for that reason, I'm gon na go ahead and get rid of it. But honestly, this is not a bad product at all at all. Functional beauty, coily, hair mask I've, never actually did a video on this. I bought it with the intention of reviewing it, but I was like do they really care? No, and so I've used it on myself and on my wigs, and this is actually a really good product, I'm keeping it casual Beauty. I actually really enjoy this. Leaving do not like the smell but the actual function of it. We love it. So I'm Gon na Keep it curls Blueberry Bliss, leaving love it keeping it. I do a beauty. Gluteancy shampoo, clarify absolutely love it, I'm keeping it all right, I'm keeping everything. I have. Never used this it's from bread, it's the mud mask. I actually want to try this one day. I'Ve had it over a year, though, and I've never put it to you, so I feel like I'm being wasteful, so I'm gon na go ahead and crack this thing. Open um, especially because they send it to me in PR uh yeah, I'm gon na keep this and see what it's like. Donna'S recipe, hair, cream. Y'All know this cream is cracking the bottle. I absolutely love it. I will never not have it in my house. This is an amazing, listen to me, an amazing product. I will always keep it. Hh, Cosmetics, the African black soap. I actually really enjoyed this, but the thing is you have to pay attention because these are really natural products. This expires. I don't know if y'all can see, but it expires after three months. I'Ve had this more than three months, and so this particular bottle has to go. It'S not a bad product. It'S just expired pattern. Styling custards out of all the custards I've ever used. This has been one of my favorites, I'm going to keep it shea moisture stronghold gel. I have used this um for when I do updos and stuff like that, and it's a cool product. Am I in love with it? Not necessarily. Is it bad not at all? I just don't feel connected to it, so I'm gon na go ahead and get rid of it. The do big girl, honey, curl custard. This is actually a really good product. You just have to be careful with how much you use, because you use too much. It will be flake City, but it gives me really good results um. I can't complain about that. I just have to leverage and make sure I'm not going too far with the application, so I'm gon na keep this because it really does a good job. I'M actually almost out of it. I probably got one more wash day with it and then we'll go from there all right, camera care, moisturizing gel. I actually really really like this. I just used up the clear one so now I can focus on this. I use it for updos. I even do some wash and goes with it, but it's mainly for like when I do my ponytails and stuff. It does a really good job. So I'm okay, Azure Beauty, curl, defining gel. I actually get a really nice soft hole wash and go when I use this. The only thing is: I've had this for over a year and it does expire in 12 months so just to be on the safe side, we're gon na go ahead and yeah. Try and then change cup, it's a whole nother color, so we're gon na. Let this go main choice, cheers gelato. This is one of my no literally. This is my favorite gel for wash and goes when it was leaving Sally. They reduced the price. So I bought up all of them, I'm down to three um, but now the previous owner of the main choice, Courtney. She has it available through her site or Bali, or something like that. So if I want to get some more, I can. But yes, this literally is my absolute favorite gel for wash and goes next nature little. This particular Tanner is expired, so just to be on the safe side, I'm gon na get rid of it, but I do really love Niche products. They got some good stuff. Next Azure Beauty, blue tansy. I know I'm keeping this. This is seriously an amazing product, Brio, any kind, kiwi think keeping it this chlorine. I think yeah um. So I was sent this and pee on. I'M be honest with you. This was expensive for a five ounce jar. I want to say it would. I know it's well over twenty dollars for this little container and there's just certain things, although I do think black women should have access to like luxury and expensive things if they want to. I also know not to bring certain things to my YouTube channel, because y'all gon na go off about it and I don't feel like reading the comments, and so this was one of those things, and so, while I have used it - and I did like it - I Just did make a video about it and I really don't even have enough in here for another wash and go so it's a wash and go trying to cut myself. I don't have enough in here for a whole another wash day, so it's got to go girl and hair curl Cloud. I have not used this just because I have not been doing a lot of protective styles, but I am gon na keep it just because so far I just really love girl and hair wash day products. They'Re really really like seriously Amazing briogio Scout Revival. I am keeping this girl Smith, co-wash y'all had this over a year. It is expired, so I'm gon na go ahead and let it go. Although is expensive um. I really didn't even use half of it. It'S like down here, it's a good product. I just don't find myself co-washing a whole lot. I use it like on my wigs and stuff. This is way too expensive of a product to be using on wigs. I wish I could wash my hair more. I just don't so it got ta go native, shampoo, uh and conditioner the volumizing one, if you're looking for something, that's inexpensive, that has great ingredients and stuff like that. This is actually really really good. I do enjoy this, even though this isn't like a deep treatment. As far as the conditioner goes, it's still really good. Like I love it ion um. I bought this for when I straightened my hair. I'Ll be honest. I did not enjoy this line, so we're gon na get rid of this pattern. Okay, so when I partner with them, they sent me the transition mask. I have not used this today, I'm interested in trying it so I'm gon na keep that and then I do have the treatment mask. I'Ve told y'all before I love this, so I'm definitely not getting rid of this Trey Lux moves, I'm almost out of it. I'M all the way down here, I'm keeping this melon and leaving keeping it untied or not play with somebody else. Y'All already know uh main choice: H2O hydration therapy - I'm gon na get rid of it only because it's expired. They sent this to me when I was pregnant and, to be honest, I had the opportunity to partner with them. They were gon na give me that good check, but I was good and Pregnant and at a certain point I was just like. I cannot execute so no and I appreciate the opportunity, but I've had it since then, and my baby would be one like next week. So they got ta go functional Beauty. This is actually a really good line, keeping it blue tastic, leaving I'm keeping this this one is expired, so I'm gon na get rid of this. This is um. I don't know if the lights are showing is agile Beauty. I'Ve had this over a year, got ta, go Maui, moisture gel. This didn't even perform well on my wig, so I know it. Ain'T gon na do well on my hair. You got to go and the last product is pattern leave and let me tell you something because the gel is in the other room, my baby. He responds really well today, and I love the ingredients. It'S not heavy and like essential oils and stuff like that. I try not to put that in his head. He don't need all that um, so I do well with either the shea moisture kids leave-in or this pattern leaving and then they have the pattern curl gel. That does amazing for my baby's hair. So that is what I've been using on him so far so good. I have no complaints now, because I've been talking a long time, I'ma hurry up and get these done. As far as the fragrances go, all right, y'all - probably gon - na throw a pitchfork about this honey good girl. This one is the Supreme okay. So since I've been buying fragrances a lot, my taste recently has changed. So this one is like a floral and it has like a berry note in it. I used to love me a soft white, floral and stuff like that, but lately, since I've gotten into Niche fragrances, it's kind of like expanded, my taste and so a lot of like the traditional florals and stuff. It has gotten boring to me. So it's not that this is a bad scent. It'S just it's not spectacular to me. So I'm gon na get is leaving and by leaving y'all my family and friends they as soon as they see one of these videos, they'll be like. Oh, you got stuff, you don't want. We coming up so like one by one. All these products gon na be gone next. Uh last summer, Tick Tock went crazy. Talking about it was the sale at Walgreens, where you can get a whole bunch of fragrances for like 50 off some stuff was like two dollars. It was like an error in a ring up honey. I went on a hunt to all these different um Walgreens and the only thing I got for sale was this and then the store it smell good is guest, seductive um. It'S got like a lot of vanilla notes to it uh, but it leans very masculine. To me they say it's a women's fragrance, but it's unit six to me and it leans really really Madison, but it performs well, it's got a lot of projection and it lasts a long time. It'S just a little too masculine for me. So we got ta, go uh midnight Amber glow from Bath and Body Works. I have had this stuff for a while, and it is literally at the very top because I just don't find myself using body mist, and my thing is, is with my fragrances because, like the fragrance group I mean they talk about layering and stuff, like that. I'M like, if I'm spending all this money on these fragrances, I don't want to have to layer it with nothing so a lot of times I don't, and so my body mist just tend to sit there, and I flock to my actual perfumes because they last longer And so for that reason, I'm gon na go ahead and get these body mist up, because I just I never use them um, and that applies to this as well. This actually is a really nice body mix, but I never use it so. It'S gon na go next. Is this from Nest? It is golden nectar, like I told y'all, my taste recently changed when I bought this. I was in love with this, but something about it since I've been playing with them Niche fragrances. This. Just it's not appealing to me and so for that reason I'm gon na go ahead and let it go, and so I'm glad I got the small bottle as opposed to the big one. So that's the tip to you buy something small. First, before you invest in the big one, because your tastes might change like mine did and instead of just be sitting on the Strip, you don't want to waste your money. Next, I have three more um, so I I bought some stuff just to like throw on. If I'm running errands and stuff, so I don't have to tap into my expensive stuff and these both came from anthropology, I put a dent in them because I'm a heavy sprayer but the reality is, I rarely ever spray them um. What I'm going to do is keep these for bedtime scents because, yes, I put on fragrances before I go to bed, but other than that. I really I never use them, so I wouldn't repurchase it. I want to actually spend money on stuff, I'm actually going to use um, and so that's that on that, the last thing I told you I'm in a fragrance group. This is pure Instinct crave. It'S supposed to be like this. For my own situation, the girls was raving about all like these little tablets. Like you know, when people just talking to me, tell me how Mr Speaker, no, like it literally smells good. It'S like a rollerball, but all the way people hype this up. It don't perform. Like that, like literally it just smells good, but as far as like an attractor with these pheromones y'all don't buy into that height. If somebody like you, they like you, they want to be around you. They want to be around you, but putting on fragrance and thinking. That'S going to entice somebody, so you please be for real. I also say be real if you don't Tick Tock, you know, but as far as using this for like a thermal situation, don't do that just buy it because it smells good. This does smell good, but I hate Rollo balls and so for that reason I'm gon na get rid of it so anyway, that is all the stuff that I'm getting out of my house and it is actually late at night now. So I am going to leading stuff on the floor. I spent the last. They put it on the ship. We didn't put the Shelf together yet so I'm not uh. I'M Gon na Leave This stuff on the floor. I'M attend to it tomorrow and take a shower because I haven't taken one from coming from from the gym and I'll see y'all tomorrow. Oh look at the arch y'all. I don't know if it's picking up on camera, but the best thing about when I used to live in Texas was anytime. I came to St Louis and I saw the arch it just made me emotional so anyway, good morning it is a new day. I actually just left the gym for my first workout of the day and I did fasted cardio, so it was just like treadmill and elliptical work um, because my legs are a little sore from yesterday's workout with my trainer um. I'M currently at this grocery store called figgles Foods um and I'm coming to get some cold pressed juices. Sometimes I like to juice, because it just makes my body feel a lot better. So there is a black owned business here called juice Masters and you can find them inside of fields food on Lafayette in St Louis. They have some really good recipes. They have some that's just like just to taste good like lemonade and stuff like that. But then they do have some of the ones that I have like, which is green Elixir, which is spinach, cucumber, celery, Apple, lemon and parsley, and then I got Jazzy mango, which is mango Apple, orange and ginger. I like it for the health purposes, so I'm thinking today and tomorrow I'll do just like a lot of juicing and drinking water and stuff just to cleanse my insides. I feel like I'm a long overdue for that, so the bag is secured. I got enough to last me a few days. I don't know how long I want to juice, but I know for sure I'm gon na do it today. I just feel like I need to um, but let me tell you something last time I was at the store, this woman. She was checking me out and I had my baby with me and she goes girl. He gon na give you a problem. I said what you mean: she said he cute and he dark skin. So when he get older, you gon na have some issues. Do you know I would black your eye? Okay, okay, no, but seriously. That'S weird like that. Do you hear yourself? That is weird all right, so I'm getting ready to wrap up this video, but of course we got to talk about some goodies and the first thing I'm going to show y'all I'm over the moon about so um backstory y'all know I have been bragging about tree Huts Moroccan Rose Body Butter for a while. Now, let me say this real quick: they just came out with a vanilla one. They really missed the mark on that it's just. I was really excited about the vanilla, but as soon as I opened it, it gives nothing. Okay, it almost gives crayon, it does not smell like vanilla at all. So if you are interested in that, I would not recommend it, but the Moroccan Rose they knocked it out of the park, and so now tree hut has come out with foaming gel washes and they had it in my rock and rolls. Let me tell you something, so I just picked it up, so I have not taken a shower with it yet, but I opened up the cap. It smelled just like the body butter, but a little bit more faint. So I went to the bathroom and washed my hands with it as soon as the water and stuff activated it. The smell came out. This smells just like the body butter. Is it's amazing honey, I'm about to go. Get me some more. So if you um are interested in the body wash I'm telling you now, this is amazing. It had a nice lather to it as well. Like this, the smell I just even now, as I'm doing like this, I can smell it. So yeah, if you like the uh body butter, you'll, love this too next um, I picked up a different body wash. This was before I knew that they had the tree hut and stock. Why not take a shower nine times out of ten I'm using a native body wash they just tend to do good. For me, I love the ingredients, and so this one, oh they smell good. This one is strawberry and vanilla Taffy. They have like these candy themed body washes right now, and so I picked this one up. I had never smelled. I actually ordered it through the app um through the Target app and I'm telling you now they they did a good job. So uh this one is gon na, be your favorite um yeah, like overall native make some really good stuff, like I really rocks for native. In real life - and this ain't sponsored - I spent my own coin next speak of the coin honey. I got this moisturizer. Is it from bioma? It'S a moisturizing gel cream. So here's the thing I sometimes wash my face three times a day, so I do my expensive skincare before I go to bed right and then, when I get up I wash and I moisturize again. But then I go to the gym and if I don't watch all that sweat and salt and stuff off me I'll break out, so I have to wash again now the only moisturizer I have like in full size of my house. Right now is from drunk elephant and I love it. Okay, listen! I love me some drunk elephant, but that price tag is giving very much so expensive and so using it three times a day. No, I'm just not gon na do what I refuse, and so I picked this up as an inexpensive option. How much was it hold on uh? Let'S see I spent 13.99, so compare this to drunk elephant yeah. Drunk elephant is good. Don'T get me wrong, but a little bit of that is just you paying for the night, this you paying for the product 13.99. I used it. I loved it. It'S that water gel consistency. So it's not a cream. It'S kind of just like this. It'S kind of I don't know if you've used the water gel before you know what I mean. So I love the consistency. It dries into my skin really good. It'S super moisturizing. So if you're looking for an inexpensive skin moisturizer, this is nice and then the last thing that I want to show y'all um. I have the lavender one, but I just picked up the peppermints Dr uh Bronner's, Castile, so y'all know I work out a lot and I've been needing to clean the body before I do. You know the body wash the body wash is cool, but I need to you got ta, you know, listen, you got to make sure that thing's clean and so I use um Dr browner's bar soap. It gets me right. I was using it necessary, but I'm being honest, the necessary bar. So I don't like that at all. It'S got like these gritty pieces in it. It don't feel good on my skin and so um. While I love the brand necessary the bar soap, I would never purchase that, but Dr Bronner's super good. It gets me clean and then I do my second wash with my body wash so that I can get some moisture back in now. Y'All know the peppermint. It makes your holes cold and I ain't no other way to say it does, but you know you know a little fresh whatever so anyway, speaking of fresh, I just got home from the gym, so I got to get fresh. I cannot wait to take a shower with this this I can't tell y'all how excited I am about it, and this is 18 ounces and let me double check how much was it I spent 7.99, so yeah, I'm really impressed by this. I definitely I'm impressed all right so with that being said, this portion of the Vlog - I'm actually recording this on the day that I'm going to upload the video.
