The hair came in 7 days. When I received it the packaging was neat. No harsh smells. True to it's length. I've had the wig about 4 days & it's soooooooooo soft. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the lace was extremely light so bleaching is necessary unless you're a lighter skin tone & the hair sheds. The lace did come preplucked but if you want an extreme natural look you will have to do some more plucking
