How To : Lace Closure Wig With Side Bang

Hi everyone - so I am here today to talk to you guys about my wig that I just made. I am super excited because I finally was able to make a lace, wig, well a wig with a lace closure, and I did it successfully kind of the hair that I happen. Right now is from evil wigs and they sent this hair to me to review, and I was kind of tired of wearing extensions on my hair. So I was like you know what I'm gon na make a wig. This hair is in 1618 and 20 inches and the closure is 14 inches. My mannequin, I secured it in this little wig clamp, stand thingy. This is a dome cap that I used just a regular dome cap got it from Sally's and Evo. Wigs sent me a wig cap in a camel color, and I used it to go under my closure. Here'S what I did. I went ahead and put my dome cap on my mannequin, pinned it down with some t pins and then started to stitch. My hair on starting with the 20 inch bundle in the back. I tried to make sure there was no more than 1 centimeter of space between each track and then I went ahead and put my 18 inch bundle on the wig. After that, I went to the front and sewed down my closure and before slowing down my closure, I went ahead and stitched this under it. So that way, the lace wouldn't look dark after sewing down my closure, I went ahead and just stitched down the last bundle and that's all I did. I went under the and cut out the part of the dome cap that was underneath the lace closure and that's all I did that's it very simple, very straightforward. I slapped the wig on painted some makeup in here. I washed my hair and I wore my hair in its natural state over the weekend because I just didn't have time to silent and it was really rainy and overcast the entire weekend. So I just did not even waste my time I went ahead and just lightly flat iron. My hair with my irresistible me diamond flat iron, and I'm gon na give you guys more details about splat on later. It'S my favorite this year, like one of my favorite flowers ever right here is the on switch and then up here are the controls, the temperature control, so just turn it on here. It'S got the temperature right now is that it's just climbing up and I'm just gon na try to set it off 450 and then now it's climbing up its going to show you the numbers, as it goes up I'll show you guys all about it later and Once it kicks the top right here, it's good to go, I did was put it on 450 and I used my cheek heat protection spray so lightly Flatiron. I only passed once because all I'm doing is layering my hair. This is how we're gon na let our hair, the hair, is really long. I'M gon na have to show you guys. Okay, it's really long, so it comes almost to the small of my back out like this is not 20 inches. It'S like 20 to 24 I'll. Just get some hair in the front, and I still have some in the back a lot in the back: okay, so to layer. My hair, we're gon na get small amounts of hair and the first layer is gon na be right here. Second, third, fourth fifth, at like armpit length of six at like bra strap length. So that's all I want is just soft light layers, and this is my first section. I can't cut with my left hand, I'm gon na twist, the hair over. So that way, the hair that was here is now here and I'll just go ahead and cut in a downward motion all right and that's my back a little bit lower this time and go down with that on this side. What I'm going to do is a little bit different, I'm going to start actually down here. I don't want my hair to start all the way up top, so I want to start like here before I totally and completely feet damage my hair. I'M going to go ahead and use my naughty, not out heat protection spray, so the heat protection spray gives you shine.
