Hey guys, so I just finished filming a video just showing you guys how I laid my weeks, I would say, install by don't sew them down, because I because I like to change my hair everyday and serving in and out for everyday, is it's just long and To be honest, the caps itself is really sturdy and it doesn't move anywhere. Everyone always asked me um. How come I don't use analysts, an elastic band or I don't use combs or anything to put it in. To be honest, if I want some more security, our ad book like to bump in society and that's about it because the caps are quite secure, so I don't really need to use elastic, bangs, elastic bands or combs, but um. It'S completely optional up to you! How you wan na wait weeks, but personally I'm trying to keep the tension off my head as much as possible because, as you can see, I've got my edges are really thin Tomatoes. My hair in general is thin, but my edges are thinner and they've been like that since secondary school stuff yeah - I'm not really too fussed about that, but I just don't want too much tension around my hairline and stuff like that. So anyway, I hope the video is easy to follow. It'S not really that hard, and I just show you guys from my natural hair, it's my braid pattern throughout wig cap and how I blend my closure and how I flatten it at the top here and that's basically it so if you guys have any questions, do Let me know in the description box and I'll get onto it. So, just just as like a little side note this week, there's made colored and styled by myself as well as the hair as well. The closure is from me as well, so if anyone, if you guys, are interested if anyone's interested in getting a wig made just um, send me an email or yeah just send me an email. I will leave my email in the description box or somewhere in the video um and also leave my Instagram, where you guys can check out some pictures of wigs and other stuff that I've done for clients as well so yeah. I hope you guys enjoy the video yeah, so if you have any requests or anything, you know and thank you guys for watching, don't forget to rate comment and subscribe, and I would talk to you guys in my next video bye, hey guys, I'm starting off with My natural hair, I do have a video on my natural hair and talking about my big chop and my journey so far of being natural, so and check out my last video. If you want to know more information on that, but here I'm just deciding whether I want a major part in all side parting, one of the great benefits of week is that you can easily change your part in without no hassle whatsoever. Is it even though you start it as one part in you, can also rock as a mid, apply it, and just as long as your braid pattern is really flat and really effortless, then you can work either way. So here I'm just sectioning my into two sections and then I'll begin on my braids there before braiding my hands gon na pull out my edges and I'm gon na leave them out of my braids just to help the blending process. When I apply my weight and also leave the tension of my edges as well, because as you can see, they're quite thin, so I'm just gon na suspension them off before breaking my hair, and here I'm just starting on my braid and paying away from the botton. I hope that makes sense what you see in luging anyway. What I mean by cutting away from the pocket, see I'm just sectioning it off and then I'll begin braiding, my hair down, so I'm just gon na begin braiding, my hair down and away from the pattern. As you can see in the video yeah, if your hair is thin like mine, you can all also use extensions just to help platform. I can't find anything this time, and so I'm just playing it with my natural hair, but using extensions will make the plats last longer and give you a better grip on it. But using your natural hair is equally as fine as well. So I'm just going to continue braiding down. I'D normally do about 3/4 breaks down before I do the rest go in or back so yeah. I'M just gon na show you that in the video. So once I'm done with my ankle brace going down, I just um Platt the rest going backwards and I'll show you that in a minute, but it doesn't have to be me or anything just as long as it's flat and it has no bumps and stuff in It waiting for you, it's done it's perfectly fine, as you can see, mine is messy, so I'm just gon na repeat the same steps on the other side and pop my hairline out and then braid my hair down and she would see in the video. So I'm just following the same steps: braiding my hair down away from the bottom and then I'm gon na do the rest going backwards, as you will see in the video. So I'm just going to speed it up to save some time, but you guys get the general idea anyway. So finally, you're done braiding my hair, and this is what my braid pattern it's like, as you can see. It'S not that me white still works for me, but before I apply my wing, I'm just gon na all down those scuppers and virgin coconut oil and she'll see me doing in video and just just to keep my scalp wash moisturize while it's under the week. So before putting on my wig, I'm just going to clip my edges back just so it doesn't get tucked underneath that and I'm also gon na clip the loose bits that well from my braids as well. So I'm gon na show you my braid pattern. One more time - and you can see it's not that neat, but it still works and it's still a pretty flat for my week. So before playing on my week, I like to put on a wig cap just to protect my braids and just to have a bit of tension on the plate as well. That makes sense, so it doesn't shift too much. So I'm just gon na put that on here and I like to dot down one because obviously the cut is gon na come through the closure, and here I'm just showing you what my wig looks like see: there's no elastic band, no cakes, no combs and I Think, on my way, I'm just gon na put that on my head now, when I start blending that in so when you're putting on your wig, you want to line up the parting with the parting you made in your natural hair. So this will make sure it lays pretty flat around the closure area and you have no pumps. Oh, yes, what I'm gon na do and I'll slide it up, and then I put my week on top of that. So what I'm gon na do now is I'm gon na pop, my natural hair from the closure part in, so I'm making sure that a parting line both of them line up together. So it looks pretty natural and then I'm just going to use some concealer to blend that in, as you can see the line of demarcation there. So you want to get rid of that. So you can use some concealer and foundation, or some eyeshadow just to blend that in so it's not visible. So once I've applied that I'm just gon na use my finger just to dump right in and blend it out, cuz you don't it to be a really really harsh line. So then it you can tell it's obvious so so, when I blend that in properly and make sure there's no harsh line next, I'm just gon na stick down my edges using the character edge tamer, I'm just gon na use that and apply a little bit of That for edges just to make it more nice and smooth, so I'm just gon na go, go ahead and lightly. Stop my hands. Go find my straightness through my head just to give it a bit more sleep cooks, that's special, opting here using my straighteners, which I believe are from Remington, so yeah, I'm gon na quickly straighten my hair and I'll get on to the next step. After so I'm gon na do now, is I'm gon na get some water for my spray, but I'm just gon na pray about two sprays in my hand and then sort of rub it on the top part of my closure just to smooth away from flyaways. Then I'm gon na go with my kerning wood and just press down on my closure, making sure to flatten it and to tame any flyaways that I do have. This is actually one of the best techniques to get your hair really flat. As you can see, it's it lit makes it lay super super flat. The heat of it makes it live really flat because you don't want a pleasure to be bumpy and very unnatural, so using this will definitely help you make it look a bit more natural and flat. At the same time, if you have in stubborn flyaways, you can just use a bit of gel and rub that on the hair as well, and that would make the flyways they flat as well. So guys, that's how I laid my wigs. I hope this video was helpful to you guys, and I hope you guys enjoyed this video. As you can see, the wig looks pretty natural and pretty flat. So thank you guys for watching and I'll talk to you guys in my next video bye, guys.
