What'S good was popping at you, girl, Lyanna, akin, either wing specialist and I'm back with another tutorial, so this is gon na be a tutorial on how to do a lace. Closure sewing using the elastic band. So basically, what you want to do is start off with your closure and you're gon na the closures usually come if it's a brand new closure. It comes with like that extra lace in the front, so you just want to go ahead and pin the hair back and cut that extra lace in the front. So you want to cut as close to the hair as possible without actually cutting the hair. So now I'm just gon na take this elastic hand that I got from Walmart and I'm gon na put it put the end against the corner for closure and I'm just gon na throw it down. Imma, add a few stitches there and then after I'm a toggling. It just to make sure that it's secure and it's not gon na go anymore. So I'm going to do the same thing. On the other side, I'm going to take the end of that elastic band, i'ma, just sew it to the corner of that closure and my client actually got hair dye on her lace of the closure. But it's not gon na make a difference because you're not gon na be able to see it anyways cuz, that's not what the part is so yeah just disregard that my clients, hair, is braided down already, so I'm just gon na go ahead and have her hold The front of that closure, while I just put the elastic band around her head and just line up the middle. Basically, you want the closure centered. So wherever your part is whether it's in the middle or on the side, you just want that closure to be centered. On that part, so you just want to make sure the closure is directly on the clients hairline. You don't want it to be too far in front or too far so now, I'm just gon na take one side of the closure and sole it down. On the very first screen, I'm gon na end up cutting the elastic band. It'S not gon na be around the clients head because if you leave it on the client set it'll get tighter over time. So I'm gon na just saw in that first braid and then start sewing the elastic band down on that braid as well, and I'm only gon na go down like a few stitches. I'M not gon na sew down too far and I'm just gon na set it. So now I'ma just do the same thing to the other side. I'M gon na just fill the elastic band on to that braid and then sew the closure down on that side and basically, this feel really really close together on the closure. So it'll be nice and flat just working my way around to the other side. So now, I'm back on the other side and I'm just gon na be sewing down the remainder of the closure to these breeds sewn as closely together as possible. So now I'm just gon na be lifting up the band and cutting wherever I get a stitch on it and, like I said earlier, you want to make sure you cut the band because if you don't, it may not feel tight for your client at that moment. But over time it will get tighter and that headache will be OD. So now I'm just gon na be part in the closure. I'M just lining up wherever her part is on her natural hair with the closure and I'm just parting. It making sure that it's nice and straight and symmetrical so now, I'm just tweezing out whatever needs to be cools down. You don't want to pluck it too much, because you don't want the part to be really really wide. You just want it to look as natural as possible, so basically just you got a eyeballing. You just got to tweeze wherever you see fit so now. You just want to go ahead and section off a very small section in the front and sew down that front part of the closure on to that very first braid, and you just sort of throw it close together and this helps secure the closure down. So it doesn't slide back all the time so when it comes to attach in that first bundle I basically just tie a knot on the beginning of the web, and I double my wife's like the first two buns I double and the last one I single. So that's how I'm able to just tie a knot in between it and just go ahead, and I started sewing very closely together on that first breathe. So you basically just want to stall from side to side flipping over the wefts. You don't want to cut it, because if you cut it, then it causes it to shed and yeah. You just want to flip it over make sure it's nice and flat and just follow that same motion up until you get to the top of the closure. So I really don't know why I do this, I just like it better for some engine, but after I get done so in a bundle. I just go ahead and press it out. I take really small sections and I pressed it phone stream and it just comes out better for some reason and actually goes back faster in my opinion. So for that very last track, you want to sow it as close to the poacher as possible without sewing it. On top of the pole, you can see so on the closure it'll make the closure bulky and leave lumps in it or bumps, whichever you want to call it, but yeah just also on top of the closure. So the way I get my closure too late really really flat is I take the wine not pressed it on the roof of the closure, and I take my flat iron and just go ahead and follow that section through with it, and I take very, very thin Sections like paper thin sections when I do this and I'm going to do the same thing to the other side as well, so I had just took a little bit of add to control put it on that little piece of hand. I was sticking out in the front and that's took some serum, not a lot. Just like a dime size. I rubbed it in my hands. We just placed it over her head, so it can be really really soaking and yeah. That'S about it. This is the final look. It is very flat, very silky, very straight and my client loves it. So thank you guys for watching and be sure to subscribe. If you want to see more videos,
