Wig Link- https://www.afsisterwig.com/products/t...

What'S popping y'all, it's your girl, asia and i'm back with another video and today, after showing y'all this week that i ordered like i was so excited for it to get here. So i'm just unboxing it for y'all. So you can see how the package come and everything and basically kind of a nice little black box with a little blue bow, and it's pretty simple like it's not. You know nothing too major anything um. You know the wig comes in a hair knit. You came with a um wig cap. It was like a light brown color. It was like too light for me, but it's still the fact that they put it in there. It came with a little elastic band and then a little rubber band, but all together the wig came very nicely. It was already pre-plucked. It seemed like it was already bleached to me, like i didn't, have to do any extra um, bleaching or anything. All i did was put my makeup on it, but i like the way it came out. It was a bob, but i got a long length to it. So it's a long little bob, it's 13 by four and, as you can see, the little clips are in it for the elastic band. It has a decent amount of clips to make sure it's secure, yep, that's about it! What'S up y'all, i know my lips is probably crusty that is okay kind of real crusty. I am about to do my hair. I think i'm going to um do a voice over so y'all, probably not going to. Let me talk the whole time, but i just don't speed it up. Let y'all see it's gon na be not really detailed, but just a full beginning. To finish of how i lay my wig, you know, i just saw the wig i'll put the um link down in the description where i got it from and yeah just follow along and you know. Hopefully i can help y'all do something that y'all don't normally do. I normally do use a blow dryer to dry my glue, but i'm not gon na do that now, because i really don't feel like it, but it it all goes the same way. It won't be drying it. Okay, okay, so i'm gon na try not to do as much talking as possible, but basically i start off by putting some gel on my edges because they be a little crunchy and they like to just be all over the place. So basically, all i do is just put a little gel on them slick them back. Sometimes they stick back. Sometimes they don't either way it go this week it's getting laid down, so i just basically just try to do as much as i can and then i go in and put my cap on. I do not do the ball cap method just because i feel like it's too much it's just too much for me. I don't have that much patience, so i just put the wig the wig cap on and i just like make sure it's like close to my hairline as possible, but like not too much because you could see that through the legs which are going to see and Yeah, as you can see now, i'm just fiddling with the wig just to see how everything is i'm gon na go in with my makeup. Yes, i had to dig it out because i got a lot at the bottom, but it won't come out the little pump. So do not judge me, but basically all i do is put it on like a little makeup brush and then just like rub it into the lace. You guys see me do that right here and i put a little bit. I go all the way back to the end of the cap. I just put it all over the lace to be honest, and then i put a little around the hairline like right at the end of the hairline. I realized that, like it was hard for me to do it, holding it up, so i flipped it inside out and put it on my knee and it was like the perfect fit, and then i just rubbed all that in i know a lot of people say, Like why you just didn't tend it, this is just how i like my wigs. I know that every time i put my makeup on it's gon na look exactly the way i wanted to so this is just the way i do it. I am not a professional. I'M not telling you this is how you should do your wigs, but this is just how i do it and how i like it, but yeah after that, i'm just looking at it. Seeing if i cover most areas and now i'm gon na get right into putting the elastic band and everything on i never used one before so y'all gon na see like i really look confused, but i figured it out and i love it. My wig don't be just falling off, so i thought i'd get it on you're gon na see, like i'm gon na put the wig on, i was so confused. I was like trying to figure out like how do i do this, but i figured it out so now all you're gon na see is me like putting it on and i'm just making sure like it's in the right spot. Most of the time, wigs don't normally fit me like i've, never had like a big wig. I'Ve always had like just right rig rigs. Just right. Wigs are like a little too small because, like my head is so big in my opinion, but i'm just looking at it like the hairline was fantastic like the middle part was beautiful. It was like nicely plucked. It looked very natural to me so now i'm just fitting it on my head trying to see like how far over i need it now. You can see me go in and cut the tails off. I call them tails, y'all call them flaps, y'all call them whatever y'all wanna call them, but i call them tails. I cut the tails off and i'll make sure i cut them like off good enough because they be irritating my ears but yeah. As you can see. I'M just pulling it and cutting it's really all about how you want your wig to lay and how you want it to sit right. You do not have to put on a wig and go based off how somebody else. Do it just make sure the wig look exactly how you want to look how you want it to look on your head. I normally keep the lace on the front, but i don't know i was just in the mood to cut it all off. Normally, i would lay the wig with the lace alone, but like i'm learning new methods, so i'm just trying to better my lace, front lace but yeah, i'm not wasting no time. I'M gon na go right in and get um some more gel put it on them. Sideburns, i told y'all they never lay down, they never lay down, so i'll just be trying to do the best i can before i put the wig down, because i don't want to be losing no hairs and i know y'all, don't so. Basically, i'm just fitting it trying to make sure everything look good, seeing how far i need to pull it back. I do be trying to cover that big old forehead. So don't nobody tell me you covering so much of your forehead. Yes, i am because i don't like it, i got a big forehead, so i tries to cover it. So, yes, i'm not wasting no time i'm going in with my. I believe this boho. That was like the first glue i started using, so i just got comfortable with that. I normally just splat it on around my headline, where i think i'm gon na lay it away at, and i normally do like two layers. I know a lot of people say between like two and three: that's normally what i do. I do like two because, like three, i feel like it's too dry to me and my wigs never lay for real. But yes, i am using one of my makeup. Brushes. Don'T judge me, i just don't, have popsicle sticks sitting around my house, so i just used the nearest pointy thing. Like y'all heard me say i wasn't gon na use my blow dryer. It was like so late and i didn't want to you know disturb anybody. So i just wave my hand it all just making sure they get dry. You want to start your next layers as soon as the layer is like pretty much clear. That'S when you know your wig is ready to be laid when your glue is clear. If your glue is white, do not put it down you gon na make a mess. Now you will see like i put it, i put it down when it's like still kind of white, because i know that it's almost there and i don't want it to be too dry. Another method that i've been trying to use is like cutting the lace and doing it in sections, but i've just learned like that. Doesn'T work for me like those corners that i cut. They always lift up because, like i try to do the middle and then lift it up and they end up lifting so that don't work for me, but it is easier. So you can focus on one section at a time to try to do your whole hairline at once, but it's it's all about your preference and what works best for you, but this is how i do it. So, yes, i just stick it down. As you can see, i comb through i like poke at it comb through it, and i i scrape it a little bit basically pressing the lace into that glue and just making sure it's sticking and then, after you see me, go through and cut the lace off. Most of my blades are like very dull at this point, but just use whatever you like. I know a lot of people use razors like a lot of people, don't use scissors, but it all do the same thing just make sure it's not just like a straight line. Make sure it's like a good hairline. Looking perimeter. Oh, my god, my cat is going sorry about that, but i was watching a movie. That'S why i was dancing um but, like you could see on this side, i didn't cut it like at the at my temple. I just i just kept going because i just felt like that was just a waste of my time, cutting the lace. All right, you will see, i cut it, but then i didn't do it in sections. I tried down like it's just gon na pull up. You see so i was like yeah i'm not supposed to. I just realized, like i'm, not that's, not gon na work for me, but it is a method to try. I do like doing that sections, but yeah. I just ended up putting the glue all over my forehead. I don't care what nobody say. Yes, i cover up too much full head. I don't care, there's a lot of forehead on that wig, so i just put it on there. You see how i lift on the corner that i already glued. I don't like that, but, like i see it, do whatever makes you happy so yeah on the top part, and i just rub it in. I just rub it in that's all. I could do this black rose black, and that makes it easier for me, but then you got ta be quick when it comes to gluing it down because, like i said it will dry fast, i know sometimes i probably use too much glue, but that is okay. This is my preference. It'S not like my wigs and yeah and i'm not trying to say this is the best land wig ever it's just. This is the way i do it even after i do this. I still have some parts that is like lifting, so i just go back and i just clean it up. That'S all yeah so now y'all can see i'm just laying the wig down pulling and laying and pressing and just making sure that it is secure, which sometimes it don't be. So i have to go back and put my glue in, but that's okay, as long as your big is laid. That'S all that really matters. So basically i just hold like the sideburns down i feel like i can control the wig more when i hold the sideburns down so yep. Now i'm just putting my etched scarf on. I didn't cut the lace off because i know that when i do the center it be needing some time to dry. So i just put the scarf on. Let it sit for just a little bit press on it and then i just take it off and then just make sure you comb out your hair, because you don't want the hair to be like sticky or anything. So just make sure you clean the hair out as much as possible. I was trying to use my little razor, but it was just dull, so i eventually just went in with the scissors and just called it a day. I was pretty satisfied with the way it bit and i everything lost put my heart on freeze now, as you guys can see like, i really do, go in and make sure as much lace as i want is off like i said this is how i, like My wigs, i know a lot of people do theirs differently. It'S just all about how you want yours to look and how you're comfortable wearing it and yeah. Like i said, i did have to go back in and get some pieces that didn't have um glue on it like it was either too close to my face, so i just didn't put enough glue to make it stick for real, but normally i just put like One little thin layer and then just smooth it out, let it dry for a little bit pull and stick. That'S really all i need. If it's like a little touch-up, you don't have to do two extra layers. The focus was more so on the middle area like a middle part or like a side middle part. It wasn't really focused like on the the sides very much like, as you can see, it's more thicker on the sides like it was plucked, but it just wasn't as thin as the middle section was, which is fine. As you can see, i do go in and fix it, but all i did was basically just figure out how it's going to style and i got right into it. As you can see now, my hair is in a middle part. Basically, all i did is put a little um mousse on the middle part and just slick it down the little got to be spraying. That'S it my camera died. So i didn't get that part. I just cut my edges in the front. Normally i just chop a lot off and then just go through and cut down. I just go straight down if i need to cut out more because i don't like my edges, like alone they're, not adult hairs, they're, not teenage hairs, they should be baby hairs. Now you often see me go in and i guess i needed to fix this area one more time it just would not it wouldn't work with me. I kept having like little pieces just flaring up, so i'll just keep it's all like. I said it's all about how you want your health, don't let nobody tell you. This is the wrong way to do it. It'S all about how you like your legs, yep just put a little bit on it girl and if you put too much just wipe it right off girl just like that with the comb. How many edges i needed? They say that, like seven edges is like the best amount. If you got more than seven edges, including your sideburns, i don't cut my sideburns. I just don't really care for how it looks, but other people look nice on me. I just rather have it long, but in my opinion, on other people i do like i'm sure i don't cut them short, but including your sideburns. That'S two and then you should have seven total okay, y'all gon na see me go in now with my tweezers and just pluck a little bit out of the side, because i don't know it just really looked thick to me like, as you guys could see when I pull the hair back, it definitely is plucked, but it just wasn't as plug for me and how i like it now. There is tracks right behind that little amount of lace - that's right there and i guess that's why they did that to make sure like it was full on the side, knowing that it wasn't like a full lace on the sides, not a full lace wig, as you Guys seen in the beginning, so i guess that's why they did that which was nice, and i think it was very well made. I just like my perimeter to look not thin but like not so thick so yeah. I just went in and took a little bit out, not too much. You do not want a ball wig just enough for it to not look so thick. I try not to put gel on my edges. I try. I do end up putting gel on it sometimes, but i try not to just because after i lay my edges, i like to comb them out and when you comb them out with gel. Sometimes i don't i only use got to be. I know it's gels out there that don't flake up but like when i use them. I got to be it just flake up and it'd be like too crunchy when i use mousse it always lay right and then, when i comb it out, it's not crunchy. It'S still like soft and everything so yeah, i i suggest use mousse because that's the best thing i like styling phone, so yeah, i'm not going to keep talking for the rest of this video i'ma. Let y'all watch me. Do my edges now i'll come back in a little while stay with me sad to be alone so now, at this point i am just about doing my edges, and all i do is put my scarf on sit for about 30 minutes and the big reveal happens. Y'All, look at my face. It'S like my favorite thing, taking my scarf off and it'd be like stuck to my head and just looking at my edges. It'S like wow. I really laid that i did yeah so now. All i'm gon na do is just style. It maybe put some curls y'all, see i'm gon na cut some slight layers, i'm not cutting like major layers, because it's already short - and i just don't like layers on my short hair personally - i've seen other people do it and they had like the same length. But me i was not going to take the time to mess it up. All i do is just cut down on an angle from my face. This is just my trick to make layers. I know a lot of people do their layers professionally, i'm not a professional. I'M just a child of a professional, and i just act like i know what i'm doing and really i don't, but, as you guys could see like it's very natural, like i didn't want like a very dramatic wig, i wanted something i could wear every day off. What you trying to do, i don't really know how i'm feeling this kinda new. I like my stuck up with the attitude. Let know how you coming yeah very rude: he be low-key, just vibing in the soup, so many heartbreaks i've been trying to get rush it. I know i'm destined for greatness either you with me you're against me. I can't force it to fake it few i causes i ain't, kissing ass playing tag. I'Ve been it never turn, my back on so yeah. This is pretty much the finished product, i'm not going to combat my edges, because am i going nowhere right now? So, yes, this is pretty much know something you could wear every day so but um yeah. This is pretty much it. I might ask some clips from like tomorrow or something in it or you know throughout the week whenever, but this is pretty much it if you like the video, please like comment and subscribe and turn on and post notifications. So you know when i post - and you know, if you want this here or want to look at other hairs from this website, i will put the link down in the description and yeah. That'S pretty much it. Thank you guys for watching this, my baby and ain't. Nobody gon na touch
