Hey you guys, it's me, your girl, black, the stylist, and i am back with another video today. So today's video, we will be doing a lace, frontal box, braids um, the box braids won't be too small. They will be jumbo braids um. As you can see. I already um mold my clients cap down, so i will say with this style, we're doing this together. This is my first time doing a frontal braid box, braid lace front, so we are doing this together. This is very beginner friendly. It'S the same concept, same tricks and tics that tricks and tips that you would use, not tips, but techniques that you would use when you are doing a frontal, wig install pretty much. The only thing is before hand before you break your client kind of like measure. The frontal, where we will place it and where it will be in the back, so you can kind of part the hair off halfway that you will need to break down under the front part. I would say, that'll probably be the hardest test that i had to deal with was making the braids in the front as flat as possible. So especially if your clients hair are thick and long. So that was the only um. The only con that i had doing this style was making sure the braids in the front were flat as possible, so i'm gon na go ahead and melt my cap down some more and then i'm gon na take the makeup the same routine blend the um cap To her skin tone and then we'll get started with laying this lace do so you guys right now i am placing the funnel on my client's head and i'm taking it to go ahead and position it so once i sew it down it's in the right place. So when i got to the back, i went ahead and parts right above the um trim line of the lace so that i can sew it down so that extra trim from the lace i will be cutting that off, because i do not want that to be Showing when i go to do the box braids and blend it with her natural hair - hmm, hey, hmm wow, hmm, um, hmm, okay! You guys! Let'S go ahead and note this lace, so i'm gon na go ahead and use my bow hole and, of course, i'm gon na do my little glue dots as usual. If you saw any of my previous lace videos, it is the same routine for this style. I want to say i used about four to five layers and um this particular day. I decided to do something different and only um glue, the first half first and then went back in and did the second half of the lace um. It was okay, but i think i prefer to just do it all at once and let it dry at the same time versus doing one half and the other half. I know a lot of scholars do that, but yeah i prefer to do my glue from ear to ear, so we're going to go ahead and do that lay this lace and then we will start box braiding. This lace - frontal, hmm, you so right now i am pulling out the hairs to separate them to do my baby hairs. So i just took a thin line across the whole frontal to separate my baby hairs and then i'm going to take my elastic band to melt it down. While we start the braid process this so as i'm partying um, i decided that i wanted to do like a side, part and kind of let them fall to the side um. I also part a thin line of hair in the bag to kind of get rid of demarcation where the lace stops and meets with her natural hair. So at this moment i just pretty much did some big parts across the front, some triangles and squares just to make it really cute, because it is a lace frontal. So it was kind of hard to get the parts as even as you want them to be. With the frontal in the front and to also match your hair in the back, so i did use shine and jam as my um gel for this style and it worked perfect. It actually holds the hair very well, and so all i'm going to do is parts in um part and lay partly rubber band everything all so at this moment, i'm just going to go ahead and work around the whole head part it off from the bandits and Then i will start doing the box braids. I want to say this style took me about four to five hours, because it was my first time doing this style. Okay, we have made it. We are halfway there um. All the parting is done in rubbing. So now it's time to start by spraying, this hair, i want to say she probably had. I don't even think she had 20 braids on her head. So it's very simple: it's very beginner friendly. I will say that you guys it's not hard at all. If you know how to lay a frontal you're going to do grades, the only thing i would say is just that demarcation, where the lace stops and her natural hair begins just kind of take your time to blend it as best as possible parting it and then Go back in with makeup and kind of get the parts to line up even to look natural and blend with her hair, but that is the only con with doing that style with doing this style. Is that demarcation where delay stops and her natural hair begins is making it you know not detectable as possible, so yeah, i'm gon na go ahead and box where it throws our hair off and then i'll be back with the end result and yes with this style, I am going to do dramatic baby hairs um. It'S not my first time doing dramatic baby hairs, but i don't do them often so stay tuned. For that part, so, foreign, my hmm, okay, you guys we have made it we're almost to the end. So i've finished the box braids right now. I am going in and i'm plucking some more hair out to thin out these baby hairs just so they won't be too thick so um once i do that, i'm going to go ahead and cut them a little shorter, but don't cut them too short, because lately I'Ve been doing the technique where you go ahead and curl them before you mow them. So i take my smallest curling iron and i will curl the baby hairs in the front. Then i will go in with my razor and cut them shorter to the desired length that i want them to mold my baby hairs. I will tell you that curling them first does help you swirl the baby hairs better. So i do like this technique and i've been using it lately, so i do like it. So i hope you guys if you haven't tried it go ahead and try it. I think you would love it too, if you're having a hard time, swirling your baby hairs and even doing baby hairs, so this does help to curl them. First, hmm, hmm foreign, you so so bye,
